Abstract

本发明公开了一种应用于双T板屋顶的光伏板支架,其安装板中心成型有槽孔,安装板的槽孔内插接固定有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板上侧的安装板上成型有圆形的沉台,安装板上端面的四角成型有与沉台相连通的沉孔,安装板的沉台内插接有圆形透明的防尘板,防尘板覆盖太阳能电池板,防尘板的外圈上固定有外齿圈,安装板的沉孔内插接有驱动齿轮和惰齿轮,驱动齿轮或惰齿轮均与外齿圈相啮合,惰齿轮通过铰接轴铰接在安装板上,驱动齿轮固定在驱动电机的转轴上,驱动电机固定在安装板的下端面上;所述防尘板的上表面上抵靠有透明的吸尘管,吸尘管的一侧成型有开槽,吸尘管固定在排风管上。它能实现光伏板的自动清理,避免热斑效应,节省人力和财力。

一种应用于双T板屋顶的光伏板支架
技术领域:
本发明涉及太阳能电池板的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种应用于双T板屋顶的光伏板支架。
背景技术:
目前受光伏大环境的影响,近两年大型的光伏电站项目在迅速增长,我国人多地少的现状迫使众多的光伏电站向大型厂房屋顶发展,在保证厂房正常功用的前提下并网发电;目前工业厂房有相当一部分采用的是双T板屋面结构,整个屋面是n块双T板拼接而成,对屋面承重和防水具有严格的要求,而在其屋面上安装光伏板,就需要考虑光伏板的安装支架是否会破坏屋面的防水结构。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供了一种应用于双T板屋顶的光伏板支架,其能有效保证双T板屋面的防水。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种应用于双T板屋顶的光伏板支架,包括屋顶的横梁、双T板和光伏板支架的支撑杆,支撑杆的底部成型有安装板,相邻的两块双T板之间插接有若干竖直的螺柱,螺柱下端成型有挡块,螺柱上插套有下压板和下密封垫,下压板压靠在挡块上,下密封垫夹持在下压板和双T板的下端面之间;螺柱的上端露出双T板的上端面依次穿过挡雨板、上压板和安装板螺接有螺母,螺柱的两侧的上压板上螺接有调节螺栓,调节螺栓压靠在挡雨板上,调节螺栓下方的挡雨板和双T板之间夹持有上密封垫。
所述挡雨板的两侧弯折成型有竖直的防雨侧板。
所述双T板的侧边成型有斜面,螺柱下端挡块的两侧成型有与双T板斜面相平行的压合面,下压板的两侧弯折成型有与挡块压合面相平行的斜板,下密封垫夹持在下压板的斜板与双T板的斜面之间。
所述横梁上相邻两块双T板之间的间距均相等。
所述的双T板的长度、下压板的长度、下密封垫的长度、挡雨板的长度、下压板的长度和上密封垫的长度均相等。
所述螺柱下端挡块的宽度大于相邻两块双T板之间的间隙。
本发明的有益效果在于:其采用的安装支架固定在双T板屋面的双T板之间,既能实现屋面双T板之间的连接,同时其安装支架又能保证双T板屋面良好的防水效果。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图1、2所示,一种应用于双T板屋顶的光伏板支架,包括屋顶的横梁1、双T板2和光伏板支架的支撑杆3,支撑杆3的底部成型有安装板31,相邻的两块双T板2之间插接有若干竖直的螺柱4,螺柱4下端成型有挡块41,螺柱4上插套有下压板5和下密封垫6,下压板5压靠在挡块41上,下密封垫6夹持在下压板5和双T板2的下端面之间;螺柱4的上端露出双T板2的上端面依次穿过挡雨板7、上压板8和安装板31螺接有螺母10,螺柱4的两侧的上压板8上螺接有调节螺栓9,调节螺栓9压靠在挡雨板7上,调节螺栓9下方的挡雨板7和双T板2之间夹持有上密封垫11。
所述挡雨板7的两侧弯折成型有竖直的防雨侧板71。
所述双T板2的侧边成型有斜面,螺柱4下端挡块41的两侧成型有与双T板2斜面相平行的压合面,下压板5的两侧弯折成型有与挡块41压合面相平行的斜板,下密封垫6夹持在下压板5的斜板与双T板2的斜面之间。
所述横梁1上相邻两块双T板2之间的间距均相等。
所述的双T板2的长度、下压板5的长度、下密封垫6的长度、挡雨板7的长度、下压板5的长度和上密封垫11的长度均相等。
所述螺柱4下端挡块41的宽度大于相邻两块双T板2之间的间隙。
工作原理:本发明为光伏板的安装支架,主要为安装于双T板屋面的安装支架,具体为安装支架相对于屋面双T板2之间防水结构,通过螺栓连接件结构既实现了双T板2之间的密封连接,同时其结构又可以作为安装支架的固定基础,同时通过调节螺栓9调节,可调节光伏板的高低。

1.一种应用于双T板屋顶的光伏板支架,包括屋顶的横梁(1)、双T板(2)和光伏板支架的支撑杆(3),支撑杆(3)的底部成型有安装板(31),其特征在于:相邻的两块双T板(2)之间插接有若干竖直的螺柱(4),螺柱(4)下端成型有挡块(41),螺柱(4)上插套有下压板(5)和下密封垫(6),下压板(5)压靠在挡块(41)上,下密封垫(6)夹持在下压板(5)和双T板(2)的下端面之间;螺柱(4)的上端露出双T板(2)的上端面依次穿过挡雨板(7)、上压板(8)和安装板(31)螺接有螺母(10),螺柱(4)的两侧的上压板(8)上螺接有调节螺栓(9),调节螺栓(9)压靠在挡雨板(7)上,调节螺栓(9)下方的挡雨板(7)和双T板(2)之间夹持有上密封垫(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于双T板屋顶的光伏板支架,其特征在于:所述挡雨板(7)的两侧弯折成型有竖直的防雨侧板(71)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于双T板屋顶的光伏板支架,其特征在于:所述双T板(2)的侧边成型有斜面,螺柱(4)下端挡块(41)的两侧成型有与双T板(2)斜面相平行的压合面,下压板(5)的两侧弯折成型有与挡块(41)压合面相平行的斜板,下密封垫(6)夹持在下压板(5)的斜板与双T板(2)的斜面之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于双T板屋顶的光伏板支架,其特征在于:所述横梁(1)上相邻两块双T板(2)之间的间距均相等。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于双T板屋顶的光伏板支架,其特征在于:所述的双T板(2)的长度、下压板(5)的长度、下密封垫(6)的长度、挡雨板(7)的长度、下压板(5)的长度和上密封垫(11)的长度均相等。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于双T板屋顶的光伏板支架,其特征在于:所述螺柱(4)下端挡块(41)的宽度大于相邻两块双T板(2)之间的间隙。
