技术领域:
本发明涉及包装机械领域,特别涉及贴标机的剥标装置。
背景技术:
不干胶贴标机械中,需要将标签从标带上剥离开来,因此需要剥标装置,而在剥标装置中,最关键的部件为剥标板。传统的剥标板其缺点是剥标效果不佳,易出现漏标、标签损坏等现象。
发明内容:
本申请人针对传统包装用不干胶标签用剥离板的上述缺点,进行研究和改进,提供一种包装用不干胶标签用剥离板,其具有结构简单,剥标效果好的特点。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种包装用不干胶标签用剥离板,包括剥离板本体,剥离板本体的前端具有弧形剥离面,所述弧形剥离面与剥离板本体下表面之间设有连通的通气孔,所述通气孔与微型气泵连接。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明结构简单,比较传统的包装用不干胶标签用剥离板,其具有剥标效果好、剥标可靠性高的优点。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的包装用不干胶标签用剥离板,包括剥离板本体1,剥离板本体1的前端具有弧形剥离面2,弧形剥离面2与剥离板本体1下表面之间设有连通的通气孔3,通气孔3与微型气泵连接。
使用时,不干胶标签从剥离板本体1的上表面导过,经过前端弧形剥离面2处时,不干胶标签的底纸100反向折回前进,微型气泵向通气孔3中通入高压气体,气流将不干胶标签顶起,从而增大底纸100的折回角度,增大标签的剥离可靠性。

1.一种包装用不干胶标签用剥离板,其特征在于:包括剥离板本体(1),剥离板本体(1)的前端具有弧形剥离面(2),所述弧形剥离面(2)与剥离板本体(1)下表面之间设有连通的通气孔(3),所述通气孔(3)与微型气泵连接。
