Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于钻井中酸化解堵的保护油气层加重剂。该加重剂按重量份含有:800~1500重晶石粉,1~3JG-2加重材料改性剂,4~10降滤失剂,1~5磺腐酸钠,5~11乙二醇,0.5~3生物聚合物。能明显降低钻井液的滤失量,有利于酸化解除对地层的堵塞,有利于保护油气层。

Description

保护油气层加重剂
本发明涉及的是一种用于钻井中酸化解堵的保护油气层加重剂。
在用于钻井口进行酸化解堵的诸多加重剂中,重晶石粉(硫酸钡)是用得较多的。由于重晶石呈化学惰性,表面采水性很低,加入钻井液后易沉淀,结块,在钻井液中分布极不均匀,导致流变性能不稳定,影响动力稳定性。由于重晶石既不溶于水,也不溶于酸,故在钻井液液性压力和压差下,重晶石不可避免地会向地层渗透,造成对地层的固相伤害,以及加重钻井液滤失对地层的固相伤害,严重地影响钻井液流变性能,增大滤失量乃至不能酸化作业,降低油气层产能。
鉴于以上原因,本发明的目的是为了克服以上缺点,提供一种能明显降低钻井液的滤失量,有利于酸化解除对地层的堵塞,有利于保护油气层的保护油气层加重剂。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:
本发明加重剂按重量份含有:
重晶石粉                800~1500
JG-2加重材料改性剂      1~3
降滤失剂                4~10
磺腐酸钠                1~5
乙二醇                  5~11
生物聚合物              0.5~3
上述的JG-2加重材料改性剂为表面活性剂,可在市场上买到。
重晶石粉为加重剂的主要原料,JG-2加重树料改性剂可提高重晶石的胶体稳定性,改变加重剂的流变、滤失等性能,具有不增稠和稀释作用,从而大大节省了化学处理剂的用量;防滤失剂起到防止滤失的作用,磺腐酸钠与重晶石粉进行化学反应起到络合作用;乙二醇与重晶石粉进行化学反应超到分散作用;生物聚合物解决pH值范围,提高抗盐能力,热稳定性能、剪切稀释效果和携带和悬浮能力。
本发明通过原、辅材料对重晶石表面进行改性处理,采用高效络合、强制吸附的化学改性法,再辅以适当的综合处理,具有以下优点:
①,粒度分布宽,大部份颗粒尺寸与“中孔中渗类储层”和“低孔低渗类储层”孔喉尺寸的2/3值相近,可作为此两类储存的保护油气暂堵剂;
②,酸溶率较大,与泥浆形成的泥饼酸溶滤失量大,暂堵后可以酸洗助排解堵,有利于射孔解堵,暂堵过程中滤失量低,对油气储层不会造成永久性的堵塞,对油气储层有良好的保护效果;
(③,岩芯经该加重剂及其配伍钻井液中的固相暂堵后反排容易,起动压力也较低,且反排后渗透率、恢复率均大于75%,达到部标要求;
④,增强了加重剂颗粒之间表面的结合力,改善加重剂在泥浆中的分布状态,保护良好的流变性和动力稳定性,降滤失性及酸溶性,以减少泥浆对地层的固相伤害和液相伤害。

本发明产品经新疆部分油田,江汉油田,滇、黔、贵等油田,长庆油田及四川石油局部分油田使用后反映,用于各类钻井液中粘度效应低,降滤失性能好,而且有较大的酸溶率,对保护油气层有明显的效果,能显著降低钻井液的经济成本,通过酸化作业能在很大程度上恢复油气层产量,提高采收率,提高油气层开采的综合经济效益。

本发明加重剂系列产品适用于不同种类的钻井液体系,能够满足现场不同工艺的需求,加重钻井液时粘度效应和切力效应,较普通重晶石粉加重钻井液时大幅度降低,减少其它处理剂的作用,能明显降低钻井液的滤失量,有利于降低钻井液综合成本。
