As can be seen from the above, the apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal provided in the fourth embodiment detects whether the first mobile terminal is successfully connected to the mobile network; if the first mobile terminal is detected to be successfully connected with the mobile network, acquiring the user identity identification card information of the first mobile terminal and acquiring the current state information of the first mobile terminal; logging in an operator server according to the user identity identification card information; uploading the current state information of the first mobile terminal to the operator server through the mobile network, so that the operator server pushes the current state information of the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal. According to the embodiment, the second mobile terminal user can know the current state information of the first mobile terminal, and can know whether the first mobile terminal user is suitable for making a call or other related communication according to the state information, so that the problem that the user is interfered when the call is carried out under the unsuitable condition is effectively avoided.

As can be seen from the above, the apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal according to the fifth embodiment uploads the status information of a first mobile terminal to an operator server, and the operator server pushes the status information of the first mobile terminal to a second mobile terminal associated with the first mobile terminal, and displays the status information of the first mobile terminal at a contact location of a second mobile terminal address book corresponding to the first mobile terminal, so that a second mobile terminal user can know the current status information of the first mobile terminal, and know whether to make a call to the first mobile terminal user or not according to the status information, thereby effectively avoiding the problems of making a call under an inappropriate condition and causing interference to the user.

Fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating a specific structure of a mobile terminal according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, where the mobile terminal may be configured to implement the method/apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal provided in the foregoing embodiments. The mobile terminal 1200 may be a smart phone or a tablet computer,
as shown in fig. 8, the mobile terminal 1200 may include an RF (Radio Frequency) circuit 110, a memory 120 including one or more computer-readable storage media (only one shown), an input unit 130, a display unit 140, a sensor 150, an audio circuit 160, a transmission module 170, a processor 180 including one or more processing cores (only one shown), and a power supply 190. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the mobile terminal 1200 configuration illustrated in fig. 8 is not intended to be limiting of the mobile terminal 1200 and may include more or less components than those illustrated, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the RF circuit 110 is used for receiving and transmitting electromagnetic waves, and performs interconversion between the electromagnetic waves and electrical signals, so as to communicate with a communication network or other devices. The RF circuitry 110 may include various existing circuit elements for performing these functions, such as an antenna, a radio frequency transceiver, a digital signal processor, an encryption/decryption chip, a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, memory, and so forth. The RF circuitry 110 may communicate with various networks such as the internet, an intranet, a wireless network, or with other devices over a wireless network. The wireless network may comprise a cellular telephone network, a wireless local area network, or a metropolitan area network. The Wireless network may use various Communication standards, protocols and technologies, including but not limited to Global system for Mobile Communication (GSM), Enhanced Mobile Communication (EDGE), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) (e.g., IEEE802.11a, IEEE802.11 b, IEEE802.11g and/or IEEE802.11 n), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), world wide Microwave interconnection (Internet mail for micro), other short message instant protocols for short message Communication (wimax), and other instant messaging protocols, as well as any other suitable communication protocols, and may even include those that have not yet been developed.
The memory 120 may be configured to store software programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the method/apparatus for acquiring mobile terminal status information in the foregoing embodiments, and the processor 180 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory 120, so as to implement the function of acquiring the mobile terminal status information. Memory 120 may include high speed random access memory and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, memory 120 may further include memory located remotely from processor 180, which may be connected to mobile terminal 1200 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input unit 130 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control. In particular, the input unit 130 may include a touch-sensitive surface 131 as well as other input devices 132. The touch-sensitive surface 131, also referred to as a touch display screen or a touch pad, may collect touch operations by a user on or near the touch-sensitive surface 131 (e.g., operations by a user on or near the touch-sensitive surface 131 using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or attachment), and drive the corresponding connection device according to a predetermined program. Alternatively, the touch sensitive surface 131 may comprise two parts, a touch detection means and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 180, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 180. Additionally, the touch-sensitive surface 131 may be implemented using various types of resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic waves. In addition to the touch-sensitive surface 131, the input unit 130 may also include other input devices 132. In particular, other input devices 132 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 140 may be used to display information input by or provided to the user and various graphic user interfaces of the mobile terminal 1200, which may be configured by graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. The display unit 140 may include a display panel 141, and optionally, the display panel 141 may be configured in the form of an LCD (Liquid crystal display), an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), or the like. Further, the touch-sensitive surface 131 may cover the display panel 141, and when a touch operation is detected on or near the touch-sensitive surface 131, the touch operation is transmitted to the processor 180 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 180 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 141 according to the type of the touch event. Although in FIG. 8, touch-sensitive surface 131 and display panel 141 are shown as two separate components to implement input and output functions, in some embodiments, touch-sensitive surface 131 may be integrated with display panel 141 to implement input and output functions.
The mobile terminal 1200 may also include at least one sensor 150, such as a light sensor, a motion sensor, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor that may adjust the brightness of the display panel 141 according to the brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that may turn off the display panel 141 and/or the backlight when the mobile terminal 1200 is moved to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the gravity acceleration sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when the mobile phone is stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of the mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which may be further configured in the mobile terminal 1200, detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
Audio circuitry 160, speaker 161, and microphone 162 may provide an audio interface between a user and mobile terminal 1200. The audio circuit 160 may transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to the speaker 161, and convert the electrical signal into a sound signal for output by the speaker 161; on the other hand, the microphone 162 converts the collected sound signal into an electric signal, converts the electric signal into audio data after being received by the audio circuit 160, and then outputs the audio data to the processor 180 for processing, and then to the RF circuit 110 to be transmitted to, for example, another terminal, or outputs the audio data to the memory 120 for further processing. The audio circuitry 160 may also include an earbud jack to provide communication of peripheral headphones with the mobile terminal 1200.
The mobile terminal 1200, which may assist the user in e-mail, web browsing, and streaming media access through the transmission module 170 (e.g., Wi-Fi module), provides the user with wireless broadband internet access. Although fig. 8 shows the transmission module 170, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the mobile terminal 1200, and may be omitted entirely within the scope not changing the essence of the invention as needed.
The processor 180 is a control center of the mobile terminal 1200, connects various parts of the entire mobile phone using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the mobile terminal 1200 and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 120 and calling data stored in the memory 120, thereby integrally monitoring the mobile phone. Optionally, processor 180 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 180 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 180.
The mobile terminal 1200 also includes a power supply 190 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which may be logically coupled to the processor 180 via a power management system that may be configured to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption. The power supply 190 may also include any component including one or more of a dc or ac power source, a recharging system, a power failure detection circuit, a power converter or inverter, a power status indicator, and the like.
Although not shown, the mobile terminal 1200 may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, and the like, which will not be described herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the display unit of the mobile terminal is a touch screen display, the mobile terminal further includes a memory, and one or more programs, where the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, and the one or more programs include instructions for:
detecting whether a first mobile terminal is successfully connected with a mobile network;
if the first mobile terminal is detected to be successfully connected with the mobile network, acquiring the user identity identification card information of the first mobile terminal and acquiring the current state information of the first mobile terminal;
logging in an operator server according to the user identity identification card information;
uploading the current state information of the first mobile terminal to the operator server through the mobile network, so that the operator server pushes the current state information of the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal. And
detecting whether the second mobile terminal is successfully connected with the mobile network;
if the second mobile terminal is detected to be successfully connected with the mobile network, acquiring the user identity identification card information of the second mobile terminal;
logging in an operator server according to the user identity identification card information;
receiving state information of the mobile terminal pushed by an operator server;
and displaying the state information of the mobile terminal on the position of the contact person of the second mobile terminal address book corresponding to the mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to the foregoing corresponding method embodiment, and for details, reference is made to the description of the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by associated hardware instructed by a program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disk, and the like.
In summary, although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, the above-described preferred embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, therefore, the scope of the present invention shall be determined by the appended claims.

Claims (16)

1. A method for acquiring state information of a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving state information of the first mobile terminal set in a first mobile terminal setting interface by a user;
detecting whether a first mobile terminal is successfully connected with a mobile network;
if the first mobile terminal is detected to be successfully connected with the mobile network, acquiring the user identity identification card information of the first mobile terminal and acquiring the current state information of the first mobile terminal; the method comprises the steps that the current state information of a first mobile terminal is obtained from the state information of the first mobile terminal set in a first mobile terminal setting interface by a user, and the current idle state, the vehicle-mounted navigation state or the roaming state of the first mobile terminal is obtained;
logging in an operator server according to the user identification card information to determine a second mobile terminal, wherein the step of determining the second mobile terminal specifically comprises the following steps: the operator server searches an address book corresponding to the first mobile terminal according to the first mobile terminal; determining the mobile terminals corresponding to all the contacts in the address list as second mobile terminals; or the operator server searches the state information of the mobile terminal corresponding to all the contacts in the address book of the second mobile terminal and sends the corresponding state information which can be searched to the second mobile terminal;
uploading the current state information of the first mobile terminal to the operator server through the mobile network, so that the operator server pushes the current state information of the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal, and displaying the state information of the first mobile terminal on the position of a contact person of the second mobile terminal corresponding to the first mobile terminal in an address book of the first mobile terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of uploading the current status information of the first mobile terminal to the operator server, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the state information of the first mobile terminal is updated or not;
if the state information of the first mobile terminal is detected to be updated, reading the updated state information of the first mobile terminal;
and uploading the updated state information of the first mobile terminal to the operator server through the mobile network, so that the operator server pushes the updated state information of the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of logging in an operator server according to the user identification card information, further comprising:
receiving user information of a second mobile terminal determined in an address book of a first mobile terminal;
after the step of logging in an operator server according to the user identification card information, the method further comprises the following steps:
and uploading the user information of the second mobile terminal to the operator server, so that the operator server pushes the current state information of the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal according to the user information.
4. A method for acquiring state information of a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving state information of a first mobile terminal uploaded by the first mobile terminal; the state information is the state information of the first mobile terminal set in a first mobile terminal setting interface by a user, and the first mobile terminal acquires the current idle state, the vehicle-mounted navigation state or the roaming state;
saving the state information of the first mobile terminal;
determining a second mobile terminal associated with the first mobile terminal according to the user identity identification card; the determining of the second mobile terminal associated with the first mobile terminal specifically includes: the operator server searches an address book corresponding to the first mobile terminal according to the first mobile terminal; determining the mobile terminals corresponding to all the contacts in the address list as second mobile terminals; or the operator server searches the state information of the mobile terminal corresponding to all the contacts in the address book of the second mobile terminal and sends the corresponding state information which can be searched to the second mobile terminal;
and pushing the state information of the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal so that the second mobile terminal displays the state information of the first mobile terminal at the position of the contact corresponding to the first mobile terminal in the address list.
5. The method for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal according to claim 4, wherein the method for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal further comprises:
when the state information of the first mobile terminal is updated, receiving the updated state information of the first mobile terminal uploaded by the first mobile terminal;
and updating the stored state information of the first mobile terminal according to the updated state information of the first mobile terminal.
6. The method for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal according to claim 4, wherein the method for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal further comprises:
receiving state information of a first mobile terminal, which is sent by the first mobile terminal and set by a user;
and setting the state information of the first mobile terminal according to the state information of the first mobile terminal set by the user.
7. A method for acquiring state information of a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
detecting whether the second mobile terminal is successfully connected with the mobile network;
if the second mobile terminal is detected to be successfully connected with the mobile network, acquiring the user identity identification card information of the second mobile terminal;
logging in an operator server according to the user identity identification card information;
after successful login, acquiring address book information of the second mobile terminal; sending a state information acquisition instruction to an operator server, wherein the state information acquisition instruction carries address book information, so that the operator server searches state information of mobile terminals corresponding to all contacts in the address book information; or receiving the user information of the mobile terminal of which the state information is to be acquired, which is determined in the address book of the second mobile terminal; sending the user information of the mobile terminal with the state information to be obtained to an operator server so that the operator server searches the state information of the mobile terminal corresponding to the user information;
receiving state information of the mobile terminal pushed by an operator server; the state information is the state information of the mobile terminal set in a mobile terminal setting interface by a user, and the first mobile terminal acquires the current idle state, the vehicle-mounted navigation state or the roaming state;
and displaying the state information of the mobile terminal on the position of the contact person of the second mobile terminal address book corresponding to the mobile terminal.
8. An apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the state information receiving module is used for receiving the state information of the first mobile terminal, which is set in a first mobile terminal setting interface by a user;
the network detection module is used for detecting whether the first mobile terminal is successfully connected with the mobile network;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the user identity identification card information of the first mobile terminal and acquiring the current state information of the first mobile terminal if the first mobile terminal is detected to be successfully connected with the mobile network; the method comprises the steps that the current state information of a first mobile terminal is obtained from the state information of the first mobile terminal set in a first mobile terminal setting interface by a user, and the current idle state, the vehicle-mounted navigation state or the roaming state of the first mobile terminal is obtained;
the login module is used for logging in an operator server according to the user identification card information to determine the second mobile terminal, and the determining of the second mobile terminal specifically comprises the following steps: the operator server searches an address book corresponding to the first mobile terminal according to the first mobile terminal; determining the mobile terminals corresponding to all the contacts in the address list as second mobile terminals; or the operator server searches the state information of the mobile terminal corresponding to all the contacts in the address book of the second mobile terminal and sends the corresponding state information which can be searched to the second mobile terminal;
and the state information uploading module is used for uploading the current state information of the first mobile terminal to the operator server through the mobile network so that the operator server pushes the current state information of the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal and displays the state information of the first mobile terminal on the position of a contact person of the second mobile terminal corresponding to the first mobile terminal.
9. The apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal according to claim 8, wherein the apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal further comprises:
the update detection module is used for detecting whether the state information of the first mobile terminal is updated or not;
the update information reading module is used for reading the updated state information of the first mobile terminal if the state information of the first mobile terminal is detected to be updated;
and the update information uploading module is used for uploading the updated state information of the first mobile terminal to the operator server through the mobile network so that the operator server can push the updated state information of the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal.
10. The apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal according to claim 8, wherein the apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal further comprises:
the user information receiving module is used for receiving the user information of the second mobile terminal determined in the address book of the first mobile terminal;
and the user information uploading module is used for uploading the user information of the second mobile terminal to the operator server so that the operator server pushes the current state information of the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal according to the user information.
11. An apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the state information receiving module is used for receiving the state information of the first mobile terminal uploaded by the first mobile terminal; the state information is the state information of the first mobile terminal set in a first mobile terminal setting interface by a user, and the first mobile terminal acquires the current idle state, the vehicle-mounted navigation state or the roaming state;
the state information storage module is used for storing the state information of the first mobile terminal;
the determining module is used for determining a second mobile terminal related to the first mobile terminal according to the user identity identification card; the determining of the second mobile terminal associated with the first mobile terminal specifically includes: the operator server searches an address book corresponding to the first mobile terminal according to the first mobile terminal; determining the mobile terminals corresponding to all the contacts in the address list as second mobile terminals; or the operator server searches the state information of the mobile terminal corresponding to all the contacts in the address book of the second mobile terminal and sends the corresponding state information which can be searched to the second mobile terminal;
and the state information pushing module is used for pushing the state information of the first mobile terminal to the second mobile terminal so as to enable the second mobile terminal to display the state information of the first mobile terminal at the position of the contact person of the first mobile terminal corresponding to the address list.
12. The apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal according to claim 11, wherein the apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal further comprises:
the update information receiving module is used for receiving the updated state information of the first mobile terminal uploaded by the first mobile terminal when the state information of the first mobile terminal is updated;
and the updating module is used for updating the stored state information of the first mobile terminal according to the updated state information of the first mobile terminal.
13. The apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal according to claim 11, wherein the apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal further comprises:
the device comprises a setting information receiving module, a first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal, wherein the setting information receiving module is used for receiving the state information of the first mobile terminal, which is sent by the first mobile terminal and set by a user;
and the setting module is used for setting the state information of the first mobile terminal according to the state information of the first mobile terminal set by the user.
14. An apparatus for acquiring status information of a mobile terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the network detection module is used for detecting whether the second mobile terminal is successfully connected with the mobile network;
