Abstract
The invention relates to a full duplex window intercom system, which receives voice signals of users through an intercom receiving module and sends the voice signals to a sound processing module. The sound processing module is used for carrying out echo elimination and noise reduction processing on the voice signals, and the sound processing module is used for sending the processed voice signals to the loudspeaker for playing; the mute module is used for performing mute processing on the voice signal output by the intercom transmission module; the image acquisition module is used for acquiring the current front face image of the user, sending the front face image to the control module for processing, and sending the processed front face image to the display module for display by the control module. The remote communication module is used for carrying out data interaction with the control module and controlling the intercom system, and the voice processing module processes the voice signal, so that the voice signal played by the loudspeaker is clearer, and meanwhile, the display module is used for displaying the current front face image of the user, so that the interaction communication of the user is more convenient.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an intercom system, in particular to a full duplex window intercom system which is convenient for user interaction and communication.
Background
A traditional window intercom system is characterized in that an intercom main machine is arranged in a window, and an intercom extension machine is arranged outside the window. The two-way intercom inside and outside the window is realized, and the intercom sound has the phenomenon of intermittent. The traditional intercom system has unclear sound transmission and large noise, and can not provide better communication experience for users.

The full duplex window intercom system comprises an intercom receiving module, an intercom transmitting module, a mute module, a remote communication module, an image acquisition module, a sound processing module, a display module and a control module;

In one embodiment, the intercom receiving module includes a host receiving module and an extension receiving module;

As shown in fig. 1, a block diagram of a full duplex window intercom system is shown.
The full duplex window intercom system comprises an intercom receiving module 101, an intercom transmitting module 103, a mute module 107, a remote communication module 108, an image acquisition module 104, a sound processing module 102, a display module 106 and a control module 105.
The intercom receiving module 101 and the intercom sending module 103 are both connected with the sound processing module 102, the image acquisition module 104 is connected with the display module 106, and the image acquisition module 104 and the sound processing module 102 are also connected with the control module 105.
The intercom receiving module 101 is configured to receive a voice signal of a user, the intercom transmitting module 103 is configured to transmit the voice signal to the sound processing module 102, the sound processing module 102 is configured to perform echo cancellation and noise reduction processing on the voice signal, and the sound processing module 102 is configured to transmit the processed voice signal to a speaker for playing; the image obtaining module 104 is configured to obtain a current frontal face image of a user, send the frontal face image to the control module 105 for processing, and send the processed frontal face image to the display module 106 for display by the control module 105.
Based on the above embodiment, the first power module as shown in fig. 2 and the second power module shown in fig. 3 are used to provide the working power for the full duplex window intercom system.
The full duplex window intercom system also includes a monitoring module coupled to the control module 105. The circuit principle of the monitoring module is shown in fig. 4. The monitoring module is used for monitoring watchdog, power failure, reset and the like of the intercom system.
The silencing module 107 comprises a silencing unit and an infrared detection unit, wherein the infrared detection unit is used for detecting whether a user passes through the outside of the window, if not, the infrared detection unit sends a silencing instruction to the silencing unit, and the silencing unit performs silencing treatment according to the silencing instruction.
The full duplex window intercom system further comprises an alarm module connected with the control module 105, wherein the alarm module is used for sending an alarm signal to the monitoring center.

The full duplex window intercom system also comprises a remote communication module 108 connected with the control module 105, and the remote communication module 108 can receive a remote authorization instruction of the other party through the visual duplex intercom between the window intercom system and a background main pipe or a remote authorization post, so that the workload of authorized personnel is greatly reduced.

The intercom receiving module 101 comprises a host receiving module and an extension receiving module;
the host receiving module is connected with the sound processing module 102, and is used for receiving a voice signal of a first user; the extension receiving module is connected with the sound processing module 102, and is used for receiving a voice signal of a second user;
the voice signal of the first user and the voice signal of the second user are transmitted to the sound processing module 102 via the intercom transmission module 103.
In this embodiment, the host receiving module is disposed in an intercom window, such as a bank office window, and is configured to receive a voice signal of a bank staff. The extension receiving module is arranged outside the intercom window and is used for receiving voice signals of the bank user.
Of course, the host receiving module can also be arranged in a resident's home, the extension receiving module is arranged under the resident's building, when a visitor is present, the host receiving module can receive the voice signal of the resident, and the extension receiving module is used for receiving the voice signal of the visitor.

The intercom transmission module 103 includes a host transmission module and an extension transmission module.
The host sending module is configured to send the voice signal of the first user to the sound processing module 102; the extension transmission module is configured to transmit the voice signal of the second user to the sound processing module 102.
In this embodiment, the host sending module is disposed in an intercom window, such as a bank office window, and the host sending module is configured to send a voice signal of a bank staff. The extension transmitting module is arranged outside the intercom window and is used for receiving voice signals of the bank user.
Of course, the host sending module can also be arranged in a resident house, the extension sending module is arranged under the resident building, when a visitor exists, the host sending module can receive the voice signal of the resident, and the extension sending module is used for receiving the voice signal of the visitor.

The sound processing module 102 includes a main processing module and an extension processing module.
The host processing module is used for processing the voice signal of the first user; the extension processing module is used for processing the voice signal of the second user.
In the practical application scenario, various noises and speaking noise of other people exist, so that in the bank office window, the speech signal received by the intercom receiving module 101 needs to be processed.
The host processing module is used for carrying out noise reduction and echo elimination processing on the voice signals of the bank staff, so that the voice signals sent out by the host sending module are clearer.
Similarly, the extension processing module is used for carrying out noise reduction and echo elimination processing on the voice signals of the bank users, so that the voice signals sent out by the score sending module are clearer.
The full duplex window intercom system further comprises a power amplifier module connected with the sound processing module 102.
The power amplification module is configured to amplify the voice signal and send the amplified voice signal to the sound processing module 102.
The full duplex window intercom system further comprises a storage module connected with the sound processing module 102, wherein the storage module is used for storing the voice signal of the first user and the voice signal of the second user.
The storage module is also used for storing the current frontal face image of the user.

The full duplex window intercom system further comprises a recording module connected with the intercom receiving module 101, wherein the recording module is used for recording the voice signals of the first user and the voice signals of the second user and sending the recorded voice signals to the storage module.

The full duplex window intercom system further comprises a video recording module connected with the image acquisition module 104, wherein the video recording module is used for recording the current front face video signal of the user and sending the recorded video signal to the storage module.
The full duplex window intercom system can realize one-to-one full duplex intercom inside and outside the window without conversion. The image acquisition module 104 can adopt a high-definition camera to adjust the shooting position to shoot the face image of the front face of the visitor. And displayed by the display module 106. Thus enabling out-of-window environment and guest monitoring.
Furthermore, by adopting the audio recording module and the video recording module, the visiting process of the visitor can be recorded, and the user can conveniently inquire the visitor in the future.
The full duplex window intercom system further comprises a window management module connected with the control module 105, wherein the window management module is used for reading the data information in the storage module and editing the data information.
The window management module can edit the attributes of the corresponding window (such as the business property of the window, the name of a business person, the business transacted by a customer in a specific period, and the like), and can also be connected with the background of a bank in a butt joint way, so that the information can be read from the information system of the bank, and the specific information in the specific period can be obtained more accurately during the later inquiry.
The full duplex window intercom system can also receive broadcast notification sent by a monitoring center or a cloud center and send the broadcast notification to a host receiving module and an extension receiving module for informing a user. Meanwhile, in a window where the intercom system is provided, when used for encountering a problem, remote assistance may be sought by the intercom receiving module 101.
The above-mentioned full duplex window intercom system receives the voice signal of the user through the intercom receiving module 101 and sends it to the sound processing module 102. the intercom receiving module comprises a host receiving module and an extension receiving module, wherein the host receiving module and the extension receiving module are respectively and correspondingly arranged inside and outside a bank office window or respectively and correspondingly arranged in a resident and under a resident building;

the host sending module is used for sending the voice signal of the first user to the sound processing module;
the extension sending module is used for sending the voice signal of the second user to the sound processing module.
4. The full duplex window intercom system of claim 3 wherein said sound processing module comprises a host processing module and an extension processing module;
the host processing module is used for processing the voice signal of the first user; the extension processing module is used for processing the voice signal of the second user.
5. The full duplex window intercom system of claim 1, further comprising a power amplifier module coupled to the sound processing module;
the power amplification module is used for amplifying the voice signal and sending the voice signal to the sound processing module.
6. The full duplex window intercom system of claim 1, further comprising an alarm module coupled to the control module, the alarm module configured to send an alarm signal to a monitoring center.

The full duplex window intercom system of claim 1, further comprising a recording module coupled to the intercom receiving module, the recording module configured to record the voice signal of the first user and the voice signal of the second user and send the recorded voice signals to the storage module.

The full duplex window intercom system of claim 1, further comprising a video recording module coupled to the image acquisition module, the video recording module configured to record a current frontal facial video signal of the user and to transmit the recorded video signal to the storage module.
9. The full duplex window intercom system of claim 1, further comprising a window management module coupled to the control module, the window management module configured to read data information in the storage module and edit the data information.
