a determining module, configured to determine whether the mobile terminal meets a play-out mode condition or a privacy mode condition according to the current environment information, where the play-out mode condition is a condition that a call sound is greater than a preset first sound threshold, and the privacy mode condition is a condition that the call sound is less than a preset second sound threshold;
an adjusting module, configured to adjust a current state mode of the mobile terminal to a determined mode if the current state mode is different from the determined mode;
wherein, the detection module is specifically configured to: and if the preset direction is right above the mobile terminal, determining that the current environment information of the mobile terminal is that the mobile terminal is positioned in front of the chest of the user for communication.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the determining module is further specifically configured to:
detecting whether the time kept by the mobile terminal in the conversation in the preset direction exceeds a preset time threshold value or not;
and if the keeping time exceeds a preset time threshold, determining that the mobile terminal meets the condition of a play-out mode.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the determining module is further specifically configured to:
when the mobile terminal is detected to be in a call in the preset direction, starting a shooting device, and shooting images around the mobile terminal in the preset direction through the shooting device;
determining whether the image around the mobile terminal comprises face information or not;
and if the image around the mobile terminal comprises the face information, determining that the mobile terminal meets the condition of a play-out mode.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the determining module is further specifically configured to:
if the mobile terminal is determined to meet the condition of the play-out mode, and the sound direction of the mobile terminal is detected to be changed, and the change range meets a preset range threshold, determining that the mobile terminal meets the condition of the privacy mode; the preset range threshold value comprises a range from the position right above the mobile terminal to the lower left side, or a range from the position right above the mobile terminal to the lower right side.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the determining module is further specifically configured to:
if the mobile terminal is determined to meet the condition of the play-out mode and the sound direction of the mobile terminal is detected to be changed, starting a shooting device, and shooting images around the mobile terminal in the changing direction through the shooting device;
determining whether the image around the mobile terminal comprises human ear information;
and if the image around the mobile terminal comprises the ear information, determining that the mobile terminal meets the condition of the privacy mode.
