In practical application, the owner usually finds that the mobile terminal is forgotten and lost or stolen by others and lost. When the owner finds that the mobile terminal is lost, a short message is sent to the mobile terminal at the first time, which causes two situations, one is: the owner and the friend are together, the mobile terminal of the friend is used for sending short messages to the mobile terminal of the owner, and the received short message number is the contact phone number stored in the address list; the other situation is that: the owner alone sends a short message to the mobile terminal of the owner by using the mobile terminal of a stranger, and the received short message number is a strange telephone number.
Step 420, determining whether the content of the short message is the same as the preset content of the short message, if so, entering step 430.
Specifically, the short message content triggering the loss mode is preset, and the short message content is similar to the verification password and can be one of numbers, characters and symbols or any combination thereof. And judging whether the content of the received short message is the same as the preset short message content (verification password), if so, entering the step 430, and if not, failing to judge that the mobile terminal is in a lost state.
Step 430, determining that the mobile terminal is in a lost state.
Specifically, when the content of the short message is the same as the preset content of the short message, it is determined that the mobile terminal is in a lost state. After step 430, step 320 is triggered.
When the content of the short message is different from the preset content of the short message, the short message may be a short message sent by other people or a harassing short message, it cannot be determined that the mobile terminal is in a lost state, and the process is ended.
Step 320, determining whether the electric quantity of the mobile terminal is greater than a preset electric quantity threshold, if so, entering step 330, and if not, entering step 340.
Specifically, the current electric quantity of the mobile terminal is obtained, and whether the current electric quantity is greater than a preset electric quantity threshold is judged, if yes, step 330 is performed, and if not, step 340 is performed.
In step 330, an alarm signal is generated to alarm.
Specifically, when the mobile terminal is in a lost state, an alarm mode is entered. In the alarm mode, at least the following seven alarm modes are adopted to achieve the purpose of reminding people around the mobile terminal.
First, an alarm signal is issued in such a manner as to generate a sound signal for a ringtone alarm, which is prestored in the memory 160. The alarm is connected with a loudspeaker of the mobile terminal, and the sound signal is amplified through the loudspeaker, so that the sound signal can be widely spread. The sound signal may be set to a sound with a distinct alarm characteristic, such as: police car enforcement sounds, pre-stored "thief catching" sounds, default alarm sounds.
Secondly, aiming at the mobile terminal with an indicator light, the light alarm is carried out by sending out an alarm signal in a mode of generating light flicker. The manner in which the light flashes may be a light with a noticeable vigilance, such as: the 'red' and 'blue' lights similar to the warning lights flash alternately, etc.
Thirdly, the light alarm is given out by generating sound signals and flashing light. Generating an alarm in combination with the first and second ways described above.
Fourthly, an alarm signal is sent out in a vibration mode to alarm.
Fifthly, an alarm signal is sent out to alarm in a mode of generating sound signals and vibration.
Sixth, an alarm signal is generated to give an alarm in a manner of generating light flickering and vibration.
Seventh, an alarm signal is generated to give an alarm in a manner of generating a sound signal, a light blinking and a vibration.
Further, in the alarm mode, the functions of all keys or/and touch keys of the mobile terminal are shielded, so that the current holder (thief) of the mobile terminal cannot operate the mobile terminal.
Further, in the alarm mode, only incoming calls are allowed to be received, so that the owner can make an incoming call in time to contact the current holder of the mobile terminal, and cannot normally operate other functions of the mobile terminal.
And 340, backing up the data in the mobile terminal to the cloud.
Specifically, when it is determined that the electric quantity of the mobile terminal is less than or equal to the preset electric quantity threshold, which indicates that the electric quantity of the mobile terminal is not enough to generate an alarm, data in the mobile terminal is backed up to a cloud account of the mobile terminal owner, for example: contact person modes in the address list, short message contents, chat records of social application programs, application program lists and the like.
And 350, destroying the data in the mobile terminal and restoring factory settings.
Specifically, after the data in the mobile terminal is backed up to the cloud, the data in the mobile terminal is destroyed and returned to the factory setting, so that lawless persons are not allowed to take the opportunity.
Further, as will be understood by those skilled in the art, since the power of the mobile terminal will gradually decrease, the steps 320 and 350 are dynamically performed in real time, namely: in the alarm mode, if the initial electric quantity of the mobile terminal is greater than a preset electric quantity threshold value, an alarm signal is generated to alarm, until the electric quantity is less than or equal to the preset electric quantity threshold value, data in the mobile terminal are backed up to the cloud end, the data in the mobile terminal are destroyed, and factory settings are restored, or if the mobile terminal receives a signal for removing the alarm, the alarm is automatically removed.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the method for automatically warning that a mobile terminal is lost in the embodiment may further include:
and positioning the current position of the mobile terminal in real time, and sending current position information to a designated contact of the mobile terminal or a telephone number for receiving the short message so that the owner can acquire the position of the mobile terminal at any time and immediately seize the mobile terminal.
In order to make the automatic alarm method for mobile terminal loss of the present embodiment more clear and understandable, the following example is provided.
Assuming that the mobile terminal is a mobile phone, the short message content of the preset triggering loss mode is as follows: #06#, the preset threshold value of the electric quantity is 5%.
Example one:
firstly, a short message sent by a telephone number 131XXXX1234 is received, and the content of the short message is # 06.
And secondly, judging that the content of the short message is different from the preset content of the short message (the #06 #).
And thirdly, the mobile phone cannot be judged to be in a lost state, and the process is ended.
Example two:
firstly, a short message sent by a telephone number of 131XXXX4321 is received, and the content of the short message is #06 #.
And secondly, judging that the content of the short message is the same as the preset content of the short message (the content of the short message is the same as the content of the short message.
And thirdly, judging that the mobile phone is in a lost state.
And fourthly, judging whether the current electric quantity of the mobile phone is more than 5%, if so, giving an alarm by generating a sound signal of 'catching a thief', shielding all key functions, only allowing incoming calls, backing up data in the mobile phone to a cloud end until the electric quantity of the mobile phone is less than or equal to 5%, destroying the data in the mobile phone and recovering factory settings.
According to the automatic alarm method for the loss of the mobile terminal, whether the electric quantity of the mobile terminal is larger than the preset electric quantity threshold value or not is judged by detecting that the mobile terminal is in a loss state, when the electric quantity of the mobile terminal is judged to be larger than the preset electric quantity threshold value, an alarm signal is generated to alarm, the situation that data in the mobile terminal is utilized by lawbreakers is avoided, in addition, the lost mobile terminal sends out the alarm signal to remind surrounding people, the mobile terminal owner can conveniently track the falling of the mobile terminal, and loss can be timely recovered.
Example two
Referring to fig. 5, a second embodiment of the present invention further provides an automatic alarm method for a mobile terminal loss. In a second embodiment, the method for automatic alarm of loss of mobile terminal is a further improvement on the first embodiment, except that the detecting that the mobile terminal is in loss state comprises the following steps:
step 510, setting the emergency contact person of the mobile terminal in the lost state, the content of the short message, and the interval time threshold for receiving two short messages.
Specifically, two or more contacts are preset as emergency contacts of the mobile terminal in a lost state, that is, short messages sent except the emergency contacts cannot be detected.
Step 520, receiving a first short message sent by the first contact and a second short message sent by the second contact.
Step 530, determining whether the first contact and the second contact are preset emergency contacts, if yes, entering step 540.
Specifically, when both the first contact and the second contact are emergency contacts, step 540 is entered. Only one of the first contact or the second contact is an emergency contact, and the process ends.
And 540, judging whether the contents of the first short message and the second short message are the same as the preset short message contents, if so, entering 550.
Specifically, when the content of the first short message is the same as that of the second short message and both the content of the first short message and that of the second short message are the preset short message content, the process goes to step 550. And when the contents of the first short message and the second short message are the same but different from the preset short message content, ending the process. And when the contents of the first short message and the second short message are different, ending the process.
Step 550, determining whether the time interval between the first short message and the second short message is less than or equal to a preset time interval threshold, if yes, entering step 560.
Specifically, when the time interval between the first short message and the second short message is less than the preset interval time threshold (e.g. 30 minutes), step 560 is performed. And when the time interval for receiving the first short message and the second short message exceeds a preset interval time threshold, ending the process.
Step 560, determining that the mobile terminal is in a lost state.
In the automatic alarm method for the loss of the mobile terminal provided by this embodiment, by receiving the first short message sent by the first contact and the second short message sent by the second contact, and respectively determining whether the first contact and the second contact are emergency contacts, whether the content of the first short message and the content of the second short message are preset short message contents, and whether the time interval for receiving the first short message and the second short message is less than or equal to a preset interval time threshold, it is determined that the mobile terminal is in a lost state, and the accuracy for detecting the lost state of the mobile terminal is refined.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 6, a third embodiment of the present invention further provides an automatic alarm method for a mobile terminal loss. In a third embodiment, the method for automatic alarm of loss of mobile terminal is a further improvement on the first embodiment or the second embodiment, except that the method further comprises the following steps:
at step 610, an alarm deactivation command is detected.
Specifically, the instruction may be a touch instruction, a press-and-slide instruction, a fingerprint, face recognition, a voice, or the like.
Step 620, determining whether the instruction meets a preset release condition, if so, entering step 630.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the preset alarm-release instruction includes: and at the first point, the three fingers simultaneously touch the touch screen of the mobile terminal, and at the second point, the infrared distance sensor is shielded. If both of these two are satisfied, step 630 is entered.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that in other embodiments, other disarmed instructions may be provided, such as: fingerprint, face recognition, voice timbre, voice content, etc.
In step 630, it is determined whether the duration of the command reaches a preset time threshold, and if so, step 640 is performed.
Specifically, for the alarm deactivation instruction being a touch instruction, the preset time threshold for the alarm deactivation instruction is: the duration of the instruction, for example: the continuous touch pressing, the continuous pressing sliding, the continuous finger contact sensor for fingerprint identification, the continuous face alignment camera for face identification and the like.
For the alarm cancellation command to be a voice recognition command, the preset time threshold for the alarm cancellation command refers to the time when the microphone is aimed to generate a voice.
For the instruction to cancel the alarm instruction as the voice content, the preset time threshold of the alarm cancellation instruction is the time taken to speak the preset voice content, and for example: the alarm releasing instruction is set as follows: if the voice content is "open the door with sesame", and the time threshold is set to 1 second, it is determined whether the time for receiving the voice content "open the door with sesame" is 1 second, if yes, the process proceeds to step 640, and if no, the process ends.
Step 640, deactivating the alarm signal.
Specifically, when the duration of the instruction reaches the preset time threshold, the owner finds the mobile terminal, and then the alarm signal is released, and the functions of the key or/and the touch key are recovered.
In the method for automatically alarming loss of the mobile terminal, the alarm signal is released by judging that the detected alarm releasing instruction meets the preset releasing condition and the duration time of the instruction reaches the preset time threshold, so that the normal use of the mobile terminal is recovered when the owner finds the mobile terminal.
Example four
The invention further provides an automatic alarm device for the loss of the mobile terminal.

This embodiment is a mobile terminal loses automatic alarm device, the device includes:
the detecting module 710 is configured to detect that the mobile terminal is in a lost state.
Specifically, a trigger condition for the mobile terminal being lost is set in advance and stored in the memory 160. When the trigger condition is reached, the detection module 710 detects that the mobile terminal is in a lost state.
More specifically, the detection module 710 further includes:
and the receiving unit is used for receiving the short message.
Specifically, the receiving unit receives the short message sent from the other mobile terminal, and the phone number of the other mobile terminal may be a contact phone number stored in the mobile terminal or a strange phone number.
In practical application, the owner usually finds that the mobile terminal is forgotten and lost or stolen by others and lost. When the owner finds that the mobile terminal is lost, a short message is sent to the mobile terminal at the first time, which causes two situations, one is: the owner and the friend are together, the mobile terminal of the friend is used for sending short messages to the mobile terminal of the owner, and the short message number received by the receiving unit is the contact phone number stored in the address list; the other situation is that: the owner alone sends a short message to the mobile terminal of the owner by using the mobile terminal of a stranger, and the short message number received by the receiving unit is a strange telephone number.
And the judging unit is used for judging whether the content of the short message is the same as the preset content of the short message.
Specifically, the short message content triggering the loss mode is preset, and the short message content is similar to the verification password and can be one of numbers, characters and symbols or any combination thereof. The judging unit judges whether the content of the short message received by the receiving unit is the same as the preset content (verification password) of the short message.
If yes, the judging unit judges that the mobile terminal is in a lost state. Specifically, when the content of the short message is the same as the preset content of the short message, the determining unit determines that the mobile terminal is in a lost state.
A determining module 720, configured to determine whether the power of the mobile terminal is greater than a preset power threshold, if so, trigger an alarm module 730, and if not, trigger a backup module 740.
Specifically, the current power of the mobile terminal is obtained, and the determining module 720 determines whether the current power is greater than a preset power threshold, if so, the alarm module 730 is triggered, and if not, the backup module 740 is triggered.
An alarm module 740 for generating an alarm signal to alarm.
Specifically, when the mobile terminal is in a lost state, the alarm module 740 enters an alarm mode.
The backup module 740 is configured to backup data in the mobile terminal to a cloud.
Specifically, when the determining module 730 determines that the electric quantity of the mobile terminal is less than or equal to the preset electric quantity threshold, which indicates that the electric quantity of the mobile terminal is not enough to generate an alarm, the backup module 740 backs up the data in the mobile terminal to the cloud account of the mobile terminal, for example: contact person modes in the address list, short message contents, chat records of social application programs, application program lists and the like.
And a destruction module 750, configured to destroy the data in the mobile terminal and restore factory settings.
Specifically, after the backup module 740 backs up the data in the mobile terminal to the cloud, the destruction module 750 destroys the data in the mobile terminal and returns the data to the factory setting, so that no lawless persons can take the opportunity.
Further, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, since the power of the mobile terminal is gradually decreased, in the alarm mode, if the determination module 720 determines that the initial power of the mobile terminal is greater than the preset power threshold, the alarm module 730 generates an alarm signal to alarm until the determination module 720 determines that the power is less than or equal to the preset power threshold, the backup module 740 is triggered to backup the data in the mobile terminal to the cloud, and the destruction module 750 destroys the data in the mobile terminal and restores factory settings, or when the mobile terminal receives a signal for canceling the alarm, the alarm is automatically canceled.

In order to make the operation of the automatic alarm device for mobile terminal loss of the present embodiment more clear and understandable, the following example is provided.
Assuming that the mobile terminal is a mobile phone, the short message content of the preset triggering loss mode is as follows: #06#, the preset threshold value of the electric quantity is 5%.
Example one:
firstly, a receiving unit receives a short message sent by a telephone number 131XXXX1234, and the content of the short message is # 06.
And secondly, the judging unit judges that the content of the short message (the #06#) is different from the preset content of the short message (the #06 #).
And thirdly, the mobile phone cannot be judged to be in a lost state, and the process is ended.
Example two:
firstly, a receiving unit receives a short message sent by a telephone number of 131XXXX4321, and the content of the short message is #06 #.
And secondly, the judging unit judges that the content of the short message is the same as the content of the preset short message (the content of the short message is the same as the content of.
Third, the detection module 710 determines that the mobile phone is in a lost state.
Fourthly, the judging module 720 judges whether the current electric quantity of the mobile phone is greater than 5%, if so, the alarm module 730 alarms by generating a sound signal of 'thief catching', shields all key functions, and only allows incoming calls, until the electric quantity of the mobile phone of the judging module 720 is less than or equal to 5%, the backup module 740 backups the data in the mobile phone to the cloud end, and destroys the data in the mobile phone and restores the factory settings.
The mobile terminal loss automatic alarm device provided by the embodiment, the mobile terminal is in a loss state through the detection module 710, the judgment module 720 judges whether the electric quantity of the mobile terminal is greater than a preset electric quantity threshold value, when the judgment module 72 judges that the electric quantity of the mobile terminal is greater than the preset electric quantity threshold value, the alarm module 730 generates an alarm signal to alarm, the data in the mobile terminal is prevented from being utilized by lawbreakers, in addition, the lost mobile terminal sends the alarm signal to remind surrounding people, the mobile terminal owner can conveniently track the falling of the mobile terminal, and loss can be timely recovered.

The receiving unit 820 is configured to receive a first short message sent by a first contact and a second short message sent by a second contact.
The determining unit 830 is configured to determine whether the first contact and the second contact are preset emergency contacts.
When the first contact and the second contact are both emergency contacts, the determining unit 830 further determines whether the content of the first short message and the content of the second short message are the same as the preset short message content.
When the content of the first short message and the content of the second short message are the same and are both the content of the preset short message, the determining unit 830 further determines whether the time interval between the receiving of the first short message and the receiving of the second short message is less than or equal to a preset time interval threshold.
When the time interval between the receiving of the first short message and the receiving of the second short message is less than the preset interval time threshold (for example, 30 minutes), the determining module 830 determines that the mobile terminal is in the lost state.
And when the time interval for receiving the first short message and the second short message exceeds a preset interval time threshold, ending the process.
The automatic alarm device for mobile terminal loss provided by this embodiment receives a first short message sent by a first contact and a second short message sent by a second contact through the receiving unit 820, and the determining unit 830 determines whether the first contact and the second contact are emergency contacts, whether the content of the first short message and the second short message is the preset short message content, and whether the time interval for receiving the first short message and the second short message is less than or equal to the preset interval time threshold, so as to determine that the mobile terminal is in a lost state, thereby refining the accuracy of detecting the lost state of the mobile terminal.
