When the circuit breaker 5 is operated, the synchronism of opening or closing is taken as a reference, and the non-synchronism of opening and closing caused by different transmission toughness can be effectively reduced through the elastic value of the elastic element 13.

By combining the analysis of the opening and closing processes of the circuit breakers, the elastic adjusting device for the circuit breaker with the same opening and closing period can meet the requirement of the synchronism of the opening and closing of the circuit breaker 5, and the circuit breaker with the same opening and closing period is formed.
