Abstract

本发明涉及供电设备领域,提供一种用于腐蚀环境下的输电杆塔,包括杆塔,杆塔的下方设有固定于地下的固定脚,其特征在于,所述固定脚为竖直向下设置的长方体结构,固定脚的各个侧面分别固定连接弧形连接件,连接件为扁平结构,其侧面与固定脚的侧面接触固定;每个连接件的圆弧方向朝外,尾端处连接增加接地和固定面积的长方体形的固定块;固定脚的表面及连接件的表面均设有防腐蚀涂层。本发明能够将输电杆塔的固定部分得到强化,结构上采用多连接件固定的方式,相对的连接件组成同一平面的支撑结构,增强固定脚的强度,同时设有监测装置,涂层的设置进一步降低受到腐蚀的风险,使得整体的使用寿命大大提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及供电设备领域,具体涉及一种用于腐蚀环境下的输电杆塔。
背景技术
在输电线路架设过程中,通常需要面对不同的架设环境,如高温、潮湿、盐碱、酸性环境等,不同环境下的杆塔架设通常需要不同类型及型号的材质。在腐蚀性较高的环境下,传统的杆塔材质容易遭受严重的腐蚀,使用寿命缩短,且对后续的维护保养造成严重的困难。而由于检测设备难以检测到下方的形变量,对于腐蚀情况难以把握。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题,提供一种增强塔体结构,并且对主要部件、各个紧固件利用特有的复合层包覆的用于腐蚀环境下的输电杆塔。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现,
一种用于腐蚀环境下的输电杆塔,包括杆塔,杆塔的下方设有固定于地下的固定脚,固定脚为竖直向下设置的长方体结构,固定脚的各个侧面分别固定连接弧形连接件,连接件为扁平结构,其侧面与固定脚的侧面接触固定;每个连接件的圆弧方向朝外,尾端处连接增加接地和固定面积的长方体形的固定块;
所述固定脚的表面及连接件的表面均设有防腐蚀涂层。
优选的,固定脚相对侧的两连接件的内侧所在竖直平面相互平行。
为便于检查,所述连接件的上方水平固定有电极板,电极板连接太阳能电池板,沿着连接件的上平面设有与电极板相配合的传感器,传感器的外侧设有外接端子。
防腐蚀涂层是由以下重量份的原料制得的:环氧树脂100份、造纸污泥灰5-7份、聚乙烯醇10-15份、聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺1-3份、乙氧基二乙二醇醚8-10份、丁基缩水甘油醚4-6份、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮5-9份、1, 2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮5-7份、聚六亚甲基胍4-6份、二甲苯基醚10-15份和水50-60份;
所述造纸污泥灰为造纸污泥在600℃焚烧所得粉末,200目筛筛分,筛余小于10%。
本发明的有益之处在于,能够将输电杆塔的固定部分得到强化,结构上采用多连接件固定的方式,相对的连接件组成同一平面的支撑结构,增强固定脚的强度,同时设有监测装置,涂层的设置进一步降低受到腐蚀的风险,使得整体的使用寿命大大提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种用于腐蚀环境下的输电杆塔,包括杆塔1,杆塔的下方设有固定于地下的固定脚11,固定脚11为竖直向下设置的长方体结构,固定脚的各个侧面分别固定连接弧形连接件3,连接件为扁平结构,其侧面与固定脚的侧面接触固定。
为了增强同一平面的连接强度,每个连接件的圆弧方向朝外,尾端处连接增加接地和固定面积的长方体形的固定块4。
而作为更优的设计,固定脚相对侧的两连接件的内侧所在竖直平面相互平行。此种结构下位于相对侧面的连接件组成相互支撑的结构,由于圆弧状态下的支撑结构无接点,抗腐蚀能力强,因此两侧连接件组成椭圆结构强度高不易变形。
为了方便后期对于地面下方的腐蚀程度以及有无倾斜现象的检测,连接件的上方水平固定有电极板2,电极板连接太阳能电池板,沿着连接件的上平面设有与电极板相配合的传感器,传感器的外侧设有外接电感测试仪器的端子。通过连接件的弧形部设置的传感器与上方电极板之间的距离,从而间接反映出下方的距离变化,当超过一定数值范围时进行维护工作。
为了进一步增强抗腐蚀性能,固定脚的表面及连接件的表面均设有防腐蚀涂层。防腐蚀涂层是由以下重量份的原料制得的:环氧树脂100份、造纸污泥灰5-7份、聚乙烯醇10-15份、聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺1-3份、乙氧基二乙二醇醚8-10份、丁基缩水甘油醚4-6份、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮5-9份、1, 2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮5-7份、聚六亚甲基胍4-6份、二甲苯基醚10-15份和水50-60份;造纸污泥灰为造纸污泥在600℃焚烧所得粉末,200目筛筛分,筛余小于10%。
本涂料具有极佳的防水防腐蚀性能,可以实现金属基材的钝化和缓释,根据使用环境的不同,可以进行单道或多道喷涂,进行多道喷涂时两道喷涂间隔24h以上。

1.一种用于腐蚀环境下的输电杆塔,包括杆塔,杆塔的下方设有固定于地下的固定脚,其特征在于,所述固定脚为竖直向下设置的长方体结构,固定脚的各个侧面分别固定连接弧形连接件,连接件为扁平结构,其侧面与固定脚的侧面接触固定;每个连接件的圆弧方向朝外,尾端处连接增加接地和固定面积的长方体形的固定块;固定脚相对侧的两连接件的内侧所在的竖直平面相互平行;
所述固定脚的表面及连接件的表面均设有防腐蚀涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于腐蚀环境下的输电杆塔,其特征在于,所述连接件的上方水平固定有电极板,电极板连接太阳能电池板,沿着连接件的上平面设有与电极板相配合的用于感应连接件与电极板距离的传感器,传感器的外侧设有外接端子。
