Abstract

本发明公开了一种户外液晶屏用清洗剂的制备方法,该清洗剂的制备包含以下重量组分的原料:表面活性剂15‑30份、杀菌剂5‑15份、抗氧化剂2‑8份、抗静电剂1‑5份、助剂0.5‑2份、乙醇2‑8份、去离子水20‑40份。其制备方法为将上述原料依次加入到去离子水中,混合搅拌制得。该发明所制备的清洗剂,能够有效除尘抑菌,尤其是对户外液晶屏去除静电、降低蚊虫停留等方面有较大的改进,具备较大的推广价值。

一种户外液晶屏用清洗剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂制备领域,尤其是涉及一种使用在户外液晶屏上,对去静电、抵抗蚊虫更为有效的清洗剂的制备方法。
背景技术
液晶屏是以液晶材料为基本组件的屏幕,使用非常广泛,包括我们的手机、电脑等个人使用的电子设备,也包括体育场、商场等户外大型显示设备。液晶面板的污迹大体分为两种,一种是因为日积月累所粘留的空气中的灰尘,一种是使用者在不经意中留下的指纹和油污,而对于户外液晶屏来说,污迹的主要成分复杂,包括灰尘、雨迹、纤维、蚊虫和鸟类粪便等,有别于普通污迹。另外,这些户外液晶显示屏因为功率更大,也会产生更大量的静电,静电荷的产生会吸附空气中更多的灰尘和细菌,导致显示屏成为细菌滋生严重的地方,户外环境又会引起不同程度的细菌传播。现有的清洗剂要么是纯水与洗洁精等的混合物,要么是针对手机电脑等普通污垢,并没有一种抗静电、抗菌有效同时又适用于户外液晶屏的清洗剂。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上种种不足而提供的一种适用于户外液晶屏的能够抗静电、抑菌的新清洗剂的制备方法。
为了达到以上目的,本发明提供了一种户外液晶屏用清洗剂的制备方法,采用以下技术方案:
第一方面,一种户外液晶屏用清洗剂的制备方法,包含以下重量组分原料:
表面活性剂15-30份,杀菌剂5-15份,抗氧化剂2-8份,抗静电剂1-5份,助剂0.5-2份,乙醇2-8份,去离子水20-40份。
其中,所述的表面活性剂是指壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇醚磷酸盐两种,所述的杀菌剂是指壳聚糖羧酸盐、苯扎氯铵或银离子杀菌剂中的一种,所述的抗氧化剂是指2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲胺基对苯酚,所述的抗静电剂是烷基磺酸钠型抗静电剂,所述的助剂是指消泡剂。
第二方面,一种户外液晶屏用清洗剂的制备方法,制备过程为先将杀菌剂、抗氧化剂和抗静电剂溶于部分40-60℃的去离子水中混合均匀,再加入表面活性剂和剩余去离子水继续搅拌0.2-0.5小时停止加热,将助剂和乙醇加入到混合物中,搅拌情况下自然冷却至室温,得到清洗剂。
具体实施方式
以下实施案例仅为该方面所保护范围内的其中一个可行方案,任何个人或公司均可在此基础上进行调整或改进,但并不影响本发明所涉及保护的范围。
实施例1
一种户外液晶屏用清洗剂的制备方法,包含以下重量组分原料:
壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚20kg,
和脂肪醇醚磷酸盐5kg,
壳聚糖羧酸盐11kg,
2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲胺基对苯酚4kg,
烷基磺酸钠型抗静电剂3.5kg
消泡剂0.8kg,
乙醇4.5kg,
去离子水35kg。
制备过程为先将杀菌剂、抗氧化剂和抗静电剂溶于25kg的55℃去离子水中混合均匀,再加入表面活性剂和10kg去离子水继续搅拌0.3小时停止加热,将助剂和乙醇加入到混合物中,搅拌情况下自然冷却至室温,得到户外液晶屏用清洗剂。
实施例2
一种户外液晶屏用清洗剂的制备方法,包含以下重量组分原料:
壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚25kg,
和脂肪醇醚磷酸盐8kg,
苯扎氯铵12kg,
2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲胺基对苯酚5kg,
烷基磺酸钠型抗静电剂4kg
消泡剂1kg,
乙醇5.5kg,
去离子水45kg。
制备过程为先将杀菌剂、抗氧化剂和抗静电剂溶于30kg的60℃去离子水中混合均匀,再加入表面活性剂和15kg去离子水继续搅拌0.5小时停止加热,将助剂和乙醇加入到混合物中,搅拌情况下自然冷却至室温,得到户外液晶屏用清洗剂。

1.一种户外液晶屏用清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下重量组份的原料:
表面活性剂15-30份,杀菌剂5-15份,抗氧化剂2-8份,抗静电剂1-5份,助剂0.5-2份,乙醇2-8份,去离子水20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种户外液晶屏用清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,表面活性剂是指壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇醚磷酸盐两种,杀菌剂是指壳聚糖羧酸盐、苯扎氯铵或银离子杀菌剂中的一种,抗氧化剂是指2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲胺基对苯酚,抗静电剂是烷基磺酸钠型抗静电剂,助剂是指消泡剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种户外液晶屏用清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法为先将杀菌剂、抗氧化剂和抗静电剂溶于部分40-60℃的去离子水中混合均匀,再加入表面活性剂和剩余去离子水继续搅拌0.2-0.5小时停止加热,将助剂和乙醇加入到混合物中,搅拌情况下自然冷却至室温,得到清洗剂。
