本发明涉及包装材料成型制作领域,提供一种平面板材制成的安全包装内盒,所采用的技术方案是:设有一平整的板材,在板材上设置折叠区块和形变区块;在折叠区块周边设置折痕,沿折痕翻折后可形成立体支撑框架;在形变区块内设置形变单元,所述形变单元可设为一个或多个;在每个形变单元内设置线缝,线缝之间形成成型带;在相临的成型带之间设置连接点,所述连接点的数量和位置根据被包装物形状作调整,以实现与被包装物的紧致贴合。

本发明涉及包装材料成型制作领域。
背景技术
目前安全包装内盒的制作方法多数采用多块板材切割拼接而成或者按照固定的形状注塑或冲压而成,这些量产而成的包装内盒在实际使用中不但无法适应不规则或者形状不一的产品,从而导致产品包装欠缺紧致的包裹性;而且用多块板材切割拼结制造包装内盒制造时工序多、工艺较复杂,使用时需要先拼装,费时费力;按照固定的形状注塑或冲压而成立体结构,在储存和运输时通常会占用较大空间;前述方法制成的安全包装内盒形状都是固定不变的,不能根据被包装物作适应性调节。对于形状固定的安全包装内盒,其缓冲效果往往受限于制作材料本身的性质,要想达到更好的减震效果,则需要更好弹性的材料,所需材料成本也会更高。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种平面板材制成的安全包装内盒。
所采用的技术方案是:
一种安全包装内盒,包括一平面板材,所述平面板材上设有折叠区块和形变区块,在形变区块周边设置折痕,折痕以外为折叠区块,折痕以内为形变区块,沿折痕翻折后可形成立体支撑框架,在形变区块内设置形变单元,在形变单元内设置线缝,线缝之间形成成型带,在相临的成型带之间设置连接点,当被包装物放在形变单元时,线缝被拉开,形变单元发生形变,与被包装物紧致贴合。
进一步地,所述线缝被拉开形成网眼,成型带构成网格,连接点形成网格节点,形变单元拉伸为网兜状。
更进一步地,所述形变单元可设为一个或多个。
本发明的有益效果是:本平面板材制成的安全包装内盒制作完成和运输过程中呈一平板状,在使用时,沿折痕翻折后可形成立体支撑框架。线缝被拉开形成网眼,成型带构成网格,连接点形成网格节点,由此实现平面板材到立体结构的转变;每一形变单元都可拉伸为网兜状,根据不同的使用场合,线缝和成型带在不同的拉伸力作用下形成大小不一的网兜,连接点的形状和位置分布可根据特定的立体结构作调整,以实现与被包装物的紧致贴合。本包装内盒的一片式制作方法可一次成型,减少制作工序,使用时的操作更为便捷,节省材料耗费和人力资源。本包装内盒采用网状成型方式,网格之间舒张程度可根据使用场合作适应性调节,适用范围较广,同时具有较好的防震和透气效果;且可多次重复使用,节省资源耗费;也可采用可降解材料制作,可减少白色垃圾排放,有利于环保。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供的平面板材制成的安全包装内盒,设置一平整的板材1,在板材1上设置折叠区块2和形变区块3;在折叠区块2周边设置折痕21,沿折痕21翻折后可形成立体支撑框架;在形变区块3内设置形变单元31,所述形变单元31可设为一个或多个;在每个形变单元31内设置线缝311,线缝311之间形成成型带312;在相临的成型带312之间设置连接点313,所述连接点313的数量和位置根据被包装物形状作调整,以实现与被包装物的紧致贴合。

1.一种安全包装内盒,其特征是:包括一平面板材,所述平面板材上设有折叠区块和形变区块,在形变区块周边设置折痕,折痕以外为折叠区块,折痕以内为形变区块,沿折痕翻折后可形成立体支撑框架,在形变区块内设置形变单元,在形变单元内设置线缝,线缝之间形成成型带,在相临的包装带之间设置连接点,当被包装物放在形变单元时,线缝被拉开,形变单元发生形变,与被包装物紧致贴合。
2.如权利要求1所述的安全包装内盒,其特征是:线缝被拉开形成网眼,成型带构成网格,连接点形成网格节点,形变单元拉伸为网兜状。
