本发明公开了一种用于移动充电车的监控装置,该装置具有以下优点:(1)可以根据GPS定位功能,快速定位且能呼叫最近的移动充电车;(2)通过充电车上控制器与手机APP进行通信,可实时的显示充电所产生的费用,并且能通过手机进行在线支付功能,通过这种装置可快速实现定位、呼叫、计算充电费用、在线支付充电费用,节省救援时间,前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及监控装置领域,特别涉及一种用于移动充电车的监控装置。
背景技术
目前市场上的移动充电车还无法提供GPS定位、呼叫、显示充电费用、在线支付充电费用等功能,如果在路上纯电动汽车因电量不足抛锚时无法在最短的时间内进行求助。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于移动充电车的监控装置,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种用于移动充电车的监控装置,所述监控装置包括控制器模块、信号接收模块、信号处理模块、无线模块和工作模块,所述无线模块包括无线发射和无线接收,所述控制器模块通过无线发射与信号接收模块的无线接收连接,所述信号接收模块分别与信号处理模块和工作模块连接,所述工作模块包括单片机和计费支付模块。
优选的,所述控制器模块上设置有GPS模块,所述GPS模块与信号接收模块连接。
优选的,所述信号处理模块还包括校正模块,所述校正模块用于实现接收GPS模块信号的时间与信号处理的时间同步。
优选的,所述控制器模块包括机壳、显示屏、控制芯片、按键和发射杆,所述显示屏和按键设置在机壳的表面,所述控制芯片设置在机壳的内部,所述发射杆设置在机壳的侧面。
优选的,所述机壳的一侧设置有USB接口。
优选的,所述机壳的一侧设置有指纹灯。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
图1出示本发明的具体实施方式:一种用于移动充电车的监控装置,所述监控装置包括控制器模块、信号接收模块、信号处理模块、无线模块和工作模块,所述无线模块包括无线发射和无线接收,所述控制器模块通过无线发射与信号接收模块的无线接收连接,所述信号接收模块分别与信号处理模块和工作模块连接,所述工作模块包括单片机和计费支付模块。
此外,如图2所示,所述控制器模块上设置有GPS模块,所述GPS模块与信号接收模块连接,所述信号处理模块还包括校正模块,所述校正模块用于实现接收GPS模块信号的时间与信号处理的时间同步,所述控制器模块包括机壳、显示屏、控制芯片、按键和发射杆,所述显示屏和按键设置在机壳的表面,所述控制芯片设置在机壳的内部,所述发射杆设置在机壳的侧面,所述机壳的一侧设置有USB接口,所述机壳的一侧设置有指纹灯。
充电车内充电机通过控制器向卫星发送定位信号,APP接收卫星的定位信号运算出充电车的位置(经度、纬度、高度)、时间和运动状态(速度、航向),每秒1次送给单片机并存储,以便随时提供定位信息。
基于上述,本发明提供了一种用于移动充电车的监控装置,该装置具有以下优点:(1)可以根据GPS定位功能,快速定位且能呼叫最近的移动充电车;(2)通过充电车上控制器与手机APP进行通信,可实时的显示充电所产生的费用,并且能通过手机进行在线支付功能,通过这种装置可快速实现定位、呼叫、计算充电费用、在线支付充电费用,节省救援时间,前景广阔。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种用于移动充电车的监控装置,其特征在于,所述监控装置包括控制器模块、信号接收模块、信号处理模块、无线模块和工作模块,所述无线模块包括无线发射单元,所述控制器模块通过无线发射单元与信号接收模块的无线接收单元连接,所述信号接收模块分别与信号处理模块和工作模块连接,所述工作模块包括单片机和计费支付模块;所述控制器模块上设置有GPS模块,所述GPS模块与信号接收模块连接;所述信号处理模块还包括校正模块,所述校正模块用于实现接收GPS模块信号的时间与信号处理的时间同步;所述控制器模块包括机壳、显示屏、控制芯片、按键和发射杆,所述显示屏和按键设置在机壳的表面,所述控制芯片设置在机壳的内部,所述发射杆设置在机壳的侧面;根据GPS定位功能,快速定位且能呼叫最近的移动充电车;通过充电车上控制器模块与手机APP进行通信,控制器模块向卫星发送定位信号,APP接收卫星的定位信号运算出充电车的位置、时间和运动状态,每秒1次送给单片机并存储。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于移动充电车的监控装置,其特征在于,所述机壳的一侧设置有USB接口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于移动充电车的监控装置,其特征在于,所述机壳的一侧设置有指纹灯。
