本发明涉及一种对人体没有危害抗菌柔性面料，包括里层，防水层和表层，防水层上设有透气孔，所述的防水层朝向表层一侧，以及朝向里层一侧分别设有倾斜设置的导流槽一和竖直设置的导流槽二。所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成，经丝和纬丝均采用20D/50S莫代尔包覆涤纶纱，经丝和纬丝一上一下相间交织形成平纹组织。本发明防水性能好，且具有抗菌效果，表面柔和。本发明对人体没有危害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌柔性面料。属于服装加工技术领域。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一，面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性，而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。 现有的面料为了提高透气性，往往防水性较差，而且因为缺少抗菌效果，浸水洗涤后速干效果较差，因此有必要改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种抗菌柔性面料，防水性能好，且具有抗菌效果，表面柔和。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为：一种对人体没有危害抗菌柔性面料，主要包括采用化学纤维制成的里层，防水层和采用天然纤维制成的表层，所述里层利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合，形成一个个的小柱子，表面为光滑的凸面，里面形成弓起的凹面，凸面部分与身体接触，凹面部分与防水层交织在一起，所述的防水层上设有透气孔，所述的防水层和表层之间设有防水透气膜，在所述防水透气膜与表层之间设置有抗菌层，所述抗菌层包括里层和外层两侧结构，里层和外层相互间隔交错的交织在一起，并且在里层和外层之间形成相互交错的空腔，在所述空腔内设置有竹炭纤维颗粒，所述的防水层朝向表层一侧，以及朝向里层一侧分别设有倾斜设置的导流槽一和竖直设置的导流槽二，所述表层为斜纹组织结构，其经向短浮长或纬向短浮长依次阶梯式排列，在织物表面构成连续的斜纹，斜纹的倾角为30°—90°。所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成，经丝和纬丝均采用20D/50S莫代尔包覆涤纶纱，经丝和纬丝一上一下相间交织形成平纹组织。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：
本发明制成的服装与身体接触的部分只是一个个的小柱子,打破了传统服装与身体的面接触而形成了点接触，使身体与服装之间留有一定的空间，有利于身体热量的散失。并且利用防水透气膜具有很好的防水性，同时结合防水层上设有的透气孔使得具有很好的透气性，而且由于防水透气膜和表层之间还设有抗菌层，抗菌层中的竹炭纤维颗能有效吸掉身体的异味，同时表层的斜纹结构使得面料更加柔软。
本发明改变了以往织物易变性、强力差等缺点，具有抗皱、耐磨的优点，并且柔软，手感细腻光滑，悬垂性好，绿色环保，对人体没有危害，非常适合高品位精致生活人群对健康环保织物的追求和喜爱。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示，本实施例中的一种对人体没有危害抗菌柔性面料，主要包括采用化学纤维制成的里层1，防水层2和采用天然纤维制成的表层3，所述里层1利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合，形成一个个的小柱子，表面为光滑的凸面，里面形成弓起的凹面，凸面部分与身体接触，凹面部分与防水层2交织在一起，所述的防水层2上设有透气孔4，所述的防水层2和表层3之间设有防水透气膜5，利用防水透气膜5具有很好的防水性，同时结合防水层2上设有的透气孔4使得具有很好的透气性，在所述防水透气膜5与表层3之间设置有抗菌层6，所述抗菌层6包括里层和外层两侧结构，里层和外层相互间隔交错的交织在一起，并且在里层和外层之间形成相互交错的空腔7，在所述空腔7内设置有竹炭纤维颗粒8，所述的防水层2朝向表层3一侧，以及朝向里层1一侧分别设有倾斜设置的导流槽一2.1和竖直设置的导流槽二2.2，导流槽一2.1与空腔7相互错开，导流槽一2.1和导流槽二2.2分别用于外侧防水和内侧防水，当外侧渗水时，利用倾斜设置的导流槽一2.1使渗水能沿着导流槽一2.1流动，防止与空腔7内的竹炭纤维颗粒8接触，同时部分渗水能沿着导流槽一2.1往下流，而进入透气孔4的渗水能通过导流槽二2.2直接往下流，避免内部渗水。所述表层3为斜纹组织结构，其经向短浮长或纬向短浮长依次阶梯式排列，在织物表面构成连续的斜纹3.1，斜纹3.1的倾角为30°—90°，斜纹组织较平纹交织点少，有浮长，其织物较平纹柔软厚实，光泽也较好。
所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成，经丝和纬丝均采用20D/50S莫代尔包覆涤纶纱，经丝和纬丝一上一下相间交织形成平纹组织。

1.一种对人体没有危害抗菌柔性面料，主要包括采用化学纤维制成的里层（1），防水层（2）和采用天然纤维制成的表层（3），其特征在于所述里层（1）利用集圈和成圈线圈的配合，形成一个个的小柱子，表面为光滑的凸面，里面形成弓起的凹面，凸面部分与身体接触，凹面部分与防水层（2）交织在一起，所述的防水层（2）上设有透气孔（4），所述的防水层（2）和表层（3）之间设有防水透气膜（5），在所述防水透气膜（5）与表层（3）之间设置有抗菌层（6），所述抗菌层（6）包括里层和外层两侧结构，里层和外层相互间隔交错的交织在一起，并且在里层和外层之间形成相互交错的空腔（7），在所述空腔（7）内设置有竹炭纤维颗粒（8），所述的防水层（2）朝向表层（3）一侧，以及朝向里层（1）一侧分别设有倾斜设置的导流槽一（2.1）和竖直设置的导流槽二（2.2），所述导流槽一（2.1）与空腔（7）相互错开，所述表层（3）为斜纹组织结构，其经向短浮长或纬向短浮长依次阶梯式排列，在织物表面构成连续的斜纹（3.1），斜纹（3.1）的倾角为30°—90°；所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层由经丝和纬丝沉浮交织而成，经丝和纬丝均采用20D/50S莫代尔包覆涤纶纱，经丝和纬丝一上一下相间交织形成平纹组织。
