本发明涉及一种面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
目前生产的面料结构单一，层次感差，满足不了人们的需要。且不具有闪光功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种层次感强的带有阻燃面料层的绒条闪光面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种带有阻燃面料层的绒条闪光面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体的上表面设有绒毛层、下表面设有提花层，所述绒毛层上设有绒毛条，所述绒毛条与绒毛层连接为一整体，并用线固定在面料本体上，所述提花层固定在面料本体的下表面，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物由经向纱线和纬向纱线相互交织构成，所述的经向纱线和纬向纱线的断面均为三角形。织物下设置阻燃面料层，阻燃面料层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线，织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物；所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维；所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为60 ：37 ：3 ；所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为27tex。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、凸起的绒条、绒毛层和提花层增强了带有阻燃面料层的绒条闪光面料的层次感，同时手感柔软舒适。
2、当白光通过三角纱线后，会形成不则颜色的光，透过布面的光会形成较强列的反射和折射，使织物具有较高光泽度。

参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种带有阻燃面料层的绒条闪光面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1的上表面设有绒毛层2、下表面设有提花层4。所述绒毛层2上设有绒毛条3，所述绒毛条3与绒毛层2连接为一整体，并用线5固定在面料本体1上。图2实施例中的绒毛条3等距、平行排列。所述提花层4固定在面料本体1的下表面。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物由经向纱线和纬向纱线相互交织构成，所述的经向纱线和纬向纱线的断面均为三角形。织物下设置阻燃面料层，阻燃面料层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线，织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物；所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维；所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为60 ：37 ：3 ；所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为27tex。

1.一种带有阻燃面料层的绒条闪光面料，包括面料本体（1），其特征在于：所述面料本体（1）的上表面设有绒毛层（2）、下表面设有提花层（4），所述绒毛层（2）上设有绒毛条（3），所述绒毛条（3）与绒毛层（2）连接为一整体，并用线（5）固定在面料本体（1）上，所述提花层（4）固定在面料本体（1）的下表面，所述面料本体（1）由织物制成，所述织物由经向纱线和纬向纱线相互交织构成，所述的经向纱线和纬向纱线的断面均为三角形，织物下设置阻燃面料层，阻燃面料层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线，织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物；所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维；所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为60 ：37 ：3 ；所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为27tex。
