本发明公开了一种竹木防霉剂,由以下质量分数配方成分组成:硫酸铵1‑3份、桐油5‑7份、羟乙基纤维素3‑5份、三唑酮4‑6份、尿酸2‑4份、抗菌剂0.1‑0.3份、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯3‑5份、特丁基对苯二酚1‑3份、纯净水100‑200份,本发明对竹木产品中病菌的消除,防止细菌大量滋生,防止发生霉变,且制备工艺较为简单,便于进一步推广应用。

本发明涉及防霉技术领域,具体而言涉及一种竹木防霉剂。
背景技术
中国也是世界上研究、培育和利用竹子最早的国家,毛竹是中国栽培悠久、面积最广、经济价值也最重要的竹种。其竿型粗大,宜供建筑用,如梁柱、棚架、脚手架等,篾性优良,供编织各种粗细的用具及工艺品。
但是竹子在加工生产的过程中,常常会产生一些常见的霉变现象,在商家储存的时候或者长时间放在家里面不使用,或储存的地方较为潮湿,会导致竹制品表面出现一种霉变,不仅影响了竹制品的美观性,使得表面散发的气味难闻,木材作为重要的家装用具,在使用时由于制作工艺的粗糙导致霉变,也同时使得发生霉变后竹木产品的质量降低,抗压,抗拉能力下降。
发明内容
本发明未解决上述问题,提供了一种竹木防霉剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种竹木防霉剂,由以下质量分数配方成分组成:硫酸铵1-3份、桐油5-7份、羟乙基纤维素3-5份、三唑酮4-6份、尿酸2-4份、抗菌剂0.1-0.3份、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯3-5份、特丁基对苯二酚1-3份、纯净水100-200份。
进一步:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:硫酸铵1份、桐油5份、羟乙基纤维素3份、三唑酮4份、尿酸2份、抗菌剂0.1份、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯3份、特丁基对苯二酚1份、纯净水100份。
进一步:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:硫酸铵2份、桐油6份、羟乙基纤维素4份、三唑酮5份、尿酸3份、抗菌剂0.2份、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯4份、特丁基对苯二酚2份、纯净水150份。
进一步:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:硫酸铵3份、桐油7份、羟乙基纤维素5份、三唑酮6份、尿酸4份、抗菌剂0.3份、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯5份、特丁基对苯二酚3份、纯净水200份。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的防霉剂原料易得、无害,制备方法简单,防霉效果优良,能达到永久防霉,化制备工艺也较为简单,便于进一步推广应用。
