Abstract
中医专治胆结石保胆疗法。对胆管结石成份与功能进行中药配方：硝酸钾，氧化钾，香豆精，绿原酸，钙，锰，郁金黄素，三十一烷，香豆酸。胆囊与胆管都有结石。先化、排胆管结石，胆囊次之。配方：用含硝酸钾、含香豆酸的三十一烷、含郁金黄素的香豆精的中药。清热利湿，消肿解毒，有耐磨，增加胆管收缩，利胆排固体，用药一月后可排除胆管里的石头。针对胆囊内的大石，防止堵塞胆管，先化石、再排石。用含硝酸钾、含郁金黄素、含钙、锰、含香豆酸、香豆精、含氧化钾、氧化内的中药。有清热化毒、化石成浆，升散淮火郁，收缩胆囊，增加胆汁利胆作用。用药半月后，大石变小石，小石变泥瘀。

技术领域
汤药疗法：从植物中选出有效成份，1蟠桃素，补肾健脾，化毒，散毒，去毒。2香豆精，绿原酸，补遗正气利胆、促胆汁分泌增加。3三十一烷香豆酸，增加钙锰等补肾，对器戒耐磨。4硝酸盐，化石软石。
冲刺疗法：主化石，强阴，健脾调补五脏。中药：玄明粉，硝酸粉，元胡，没药，寒化，利胆活血，抗宿滞。
膏药疗法（各阶段膏药配方相同）。针对于胆囊大石头，从胆囊穴直入。清热抗炎，化石消肿，磨积排出。
背景技术
2016年2月18日经检查胆囊结石和胆总管小结石并轻度扩张，各院都说没办法保胆，只有切除，去第四院住院，大夫说，胆管结石手术难度大，需要到郑州请专家，可费用太大，由乙方承担，胆囊结石由本院切除，我想在经济上会拖垮孩子，病人要受死，胆也没有了，想到此决定出院。决定用自己研发的中药配方来治疗。
发明内容
治疗方法。分三种疗法：（1）汤药（2）冲刺（3）膏药。
每种疗法分三个阶段，每阶段的疗法都是围绕每阶段彩超片子上的病情描述，采用不同中药。
第一阶段中药配方：柴胡，黄连，大黄，黄芩，桔梗，半夏，括楼，枳实，菌陈，鸡内金，玫瑰花，蒲公英，栀子，厚朴，木香，溪黄草，丹皮，白芍，蟠桃等25种。
第二阶段中药配方：玫瑰花，木香，厚补，白芍，蟠桃，金钱草，菌陈，虎仗，溪黄草，蒲公英，徐长卿，苋菜，大黄，黄连，黄芩，半夏，柴胡，桔梗，括楼，枳实，迷迭香，胆汁等28种。
第三阶段中药配方：木通，银柴胡，白芍，当归，大黄，黄连，黄芩，桔梗，栝楼，枳实，金钱草，茵陈，苋菜，徐长卿，迷失香，玫瑰花，虎杖等25种。
汤药疗法。根据彩超片上的病情分析造成结石的原因，结合中医理论，肝气痛，胁痛等。认真查找对症中草药。
根据病情需要采用中药：三十一烷，黄酮，有清热解毒、利湿排渣作用。香豆精，咖啡，有补精利胆作用。香豆酸、飞燕草素，有补阴调和正气作用。绿原酸，有利胆管收缩作用。
冲刺疗法。结合彩超片上写的病情选择中药或粉剂药物（因有些中药，不宜久煎），虽然用法不同，但功效相同。中药：银柴胡，元胡，没药，玄明粉，解毒化石，活血理气，抗固体，预防脂化成份沉积管壁上，破瘀生新。
膏药疗法：针对胆管结石。同样按片子上写的病情，因各病有归属，各脏腑有门户和穴位。分三个穴位，胆管穴，胆囊穴，胆俞穴，功效直达而快速作用病位。中药配方（各阶段膏药配方相同）：白矾，芒消，苦胆，急性子，胆汁，凤仙花，乳香，没药，使药力从胆区直入胆管内豁出结气，化毒成浆，活血化瘀，生新。
症状与主治。第一阶段，主要对胆管结石和扩张，证明胸口下偏右有压疼，胀痛感，呕恶感，仰卧不舒，主要是化胆管结石，排出沉渣。第二阶段，微疼，因石有点大，怕堵塞胆总管，先化石，症状不疼了，敢侧面睡觉了。第三阶段，大石已变成小石，小石变成泥瘀积，晚上侧面睡也不疼了，也敢趴着睡了，主要排石，排出沉渣和固体成份。

1.第一段中药配方：柴胡，黄连，大黄，黄芩，桔梗，半夏，括楼，枳实，菌陈，鸡内金，玫瑰花，蒲公英，栀子，厚朴，木香，溪黄草，丹皮，白芍，蟠桃等25种。
2.第二段中药配方：玫瑰花，木香，厚补，白芍，蟠桃，金钱草，菌陈，虎仗，溪黄草，蒲公英，徐长卿，苋菜，大黄，黄连，黄芩，半夏，柴胡，桔梗，括楼，枳实，迷迭香，胆汁等28种。
3.第三段中药配方：木通，银柴胡，白芍，当归，大黄，黄连，黄芩，桔梗，栝楼，枳实，金钱草，茵陈，苋菜，徐长卿，迷失香，玫瑰花，虎杖等25种。
