Abstract

本发明公开了一种分体式负压瓣膜型鼻饲管,属于鼻饲管技术领域。包括体外管和体内管,体外管两端设有连接头,体内管体外部分顶部为插接头,体内管底端为半球型,在体内管底部侧壁上设有三个开口,插接头侧壁设有侧管开口,导丝能通过侧管开口插入体内管内,体内管内壁中部设有负压瓣膜装置。其有益效果是:鼻饲间歇期能将体外管与体内管分离,防止非计划拔管发生;体内管设有负压瓣膜,防止食物返流,体内管通过抽气形成负压使管变扁,使该段体内管变柔软,易弯曲,提高患者的舒适度,降低鼻腔压力性溃疡的发生;体内管中还可以导入导丝,使鼻饲管易于导入,导丝还可以控制负压瓣膜的开闭,以利于从鼻饲管中抽吸胃液使用。

分体式负压瓣膜型鼻饲管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种分体式负压瓣膜型鼻饲管,属于鼻饲管技术领域。
背景技术
吞咽功能障碍的患者,留置鼻饲是保证营养供应的最经济、有效的方法。目前国内外使用鼻饲管鼻饲的患者,非计划外拔管发生率较高。分体式鼻饲管将鼻饲管设计成两部分,即体外部分与体内部分。 当进行鼻饲时,将体外部分通过插接头接到体内部分上,鼻饲结束时将体外部分撤下。体外无多余鼻饲管,给拔管造成困难,降低了自行拔管的风险。本发明在现有的分体式鼻饲管的基础上在体内管部分增加了负压瓣膜装置,通过负压瓣膜装置可以减少体内管部分的体积,减小了鼻饲管与人体的接触空间,降低了患者的异物感,增加了患者的舒适度,同时防止了食物反流。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种分体式负压瓣膜型鼻饲管,鼻饲间歇期能将体外管与体内管分离,防止非计划拔管发生;体内管设有负压瓣膜装置,防止食物返流,并通过抽气形成负压使管变扁,提高患者的舒适度,降低鼻腔压力性溃疡的发生。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种分体式负压瓣膜型鼻饲管,包括体外管和体内管,体外管两端设有连接头,体内管体外部分顶部为插接头,体内管底端为半球型,在体内管底部侧壁上设有三个开口,三个开口之间的距离为2cm,插接头上设有橡胶塞,插接头侧壁设有侧管开口,侧管开口上方设有侧管橡胶塞,导丝能通过侧管开口插入体内管内,且导丝帽与侧管开口完全吻合,导丝完全插入此开口时完全密闭;体内管内壁中部设有负压瓣膜装置,所述的负压瓣膜装置上方的管壁薄于其下方管壁;所述的负压瓣膜装置由硅胶管、锥形瓣膜、橡胶挡块和连接条组成,其外部为圆柱型硅胶管,硅胶管与体内管内壁固定连接,硅胶管内中部设有一锥形瓣膜,锥形瓣膜底部开有圆孔,锥形瓣膜底部设有橡胶挡块,橡胶挡块直径大于锥形瓣膜底部开口,且橡胶挡块侧壁设有连接条,连接条根部固定在硅胶管内壁上。
本发明的有益效果是:解决了现有鼻饲管影响患者舒适度和容易发生鼻腔压力性溃疡的问题。鼻饲间歇期能将体外管与体内管分离,防止非计划拔管发生;体内管设有负压瓣膜装置,防止食物返流,体内管通过抽气形成负压使管变扁,使该段体内管变柔软,易弯曲,减小了鼻饲管与人体的接触面积,降低患者的异物感,提高患者的舒适度,降低鼻腔压力性溃疡的发生;体内管中还可以导入导丝,使鼻饲管易于导入,导丝还可以控制负压瓣膜的开闭,供从鼻饲管的主管抽吸胃液使用。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,一种分体式负压瓣膜型鼻饲管,包括体外管1和体内管4,体外管1两端设有连接头,体内管4体外部分顶部为插接头3,体内管4底端为半球型,在体内管4底部侧壁上设有三个开口, 三个开口之间的距离为2cm,插接头3上设有橡胶塞2,插接头3侧壁设有侧管开口10,侧管开口10上方设有侧管橡胶塞11,导丝12能通过侧管开口10插入体内管4内,且导丝帽与侧管开口10完全吻合,体内管4内壁中部设有负压瓣膜装置5,负压瓣膜装置5上方的管壁薄于其下方管壁;所述的负压瓣膜装置5由硅胶管6、锥形瓣膜7、橡胶挡块8和连接条9组成,其外部为圆柱型硅胶管6,硅胶管6与体内管4内壁固定连接,硅胶管6内中部设有一锥形瓣膜7,锥形瓣膜7底部开有圆孔,在锥形瓣膜7底部设有橡胶挡块8,橡胶挡块8直径大于锥形瓣膜7底部开口,且橡胶挡块8侧壁设有连接条9,连接条9根部固定在硅胶管6内壁上。
体外管1和体内管4为硅胶材质。
使用时,将体外管1连接头插在插接头3上,将导丝12通过侧管开口10导入体内管4中,在导丝12的辅助下,将体内管4导入患者胃中。将打食器与体外管1另一端连接头连接,取出导丝12,用侧管橡胶塞11密封侧管开口10,将食物通过打食器注入患者胃内,注入过程中食物经过负压瓣膜装置5时,从锥形瓣膜7下端开口向下流出,橡胶挡块8被食物下压,连接条9弯曲,食物进入患者胃中。
鼻饲结束后,通过打食器抽吸,负压瓣膜装置5中的橡胶挡块8通过空气吸力向上顶住锥形瓣膜7下方开口,负压瓣膜装置5上方的体内管4的管壁被抽吸成负压时,由于体内管4负压瓣膜装置5上方的管壁薄,也较容易被外部空气压扁,反折掐住体内管4端部,将橡胶塞2插入插接头3即可。体内管4顶部反折固定于鼻翼处。
体内管4由于被抽成了负压,体积变小,易弯曲,提高患者的舒适度,降低鼻腔压力性溃疡的发生。需要抽吸胃液时,将侧管橡胶塞11拿掉,将导丝12通过侧管10插入体内管4内,导丝帽与10紧密连接,形成密闭腔,导丝12可使橡胶挡块8打开,通过打食器从主管内抽吸出胃液或食物以观察胃内残余量。

1.一种分体式负压瓣膜型鼻饲管,包括体外管(1)和体内管(4),体内管(4)底端为半球型,在体内管(4)底部侧壁上设有三个开口,三个开口之间的距离为2cm,其特征在于:体内管(4)体外部分顶部为插接头(3),插接头(3)上设有橡胶塞(2),插接头(3)侧壁设有侧管开口(10),侧管开口(10)上方设有侧管橡胶塞(11),导丝(12)能通过侧管开口(10)插入体内管(4)内,体内管(4)内壁中部设有负压瓣膜装置(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式负压瓣膜型鼻饲管,其特征在于:所述的负压瓣膜装置(5)由硅胶管(6)、锥形瓣膜(7)、橡胶挡块(8)和连接条(9)组成,其外部为圆柱型硅胶管(6),硅胶管(6)与体内管(4)内壁固定连接,硅胶管(6)内中部设有一锥形瓣膜(7),锥形瓣膜(7)底部开有圆孔,在锥形瓣膜(7)底部设有橡胶挡块(8),橡胶挡块(8)直径大于锥形瓣膜(7)底部开口,且橡胶挡块(8)侧壁设有连接条(9),连接条(9)根部固定在硅胶管(6)内壁上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式负压瓣膜型鼻饲管,其特征在于:导丝(12)的导丝帽与侧管开口(10)完全吻合,导丝(12)完全插入时此开口完全密闭。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式负压瓣膜型鼻饲管,其特征在于:负压瓣膜装置(5)上方的体内管管壁薄于其下方体内管管壁。
