As a further improvement of the invention:
the super absorbent resin is prepared by the following steps:
(1) adding sodium hydroxide into acrylic acid according to the formula amount to neutralize the acrylic acid;
(2) preparing an aqueous solution from acrylamide and a neutralized acrylic acid solution, adding a cross-linking agent, the acrylamide, an initiator, a reinforcing agent, 4 '-diamino-3, 3' -biphenyldisulfonic acid and n-dodecylsulfonic acid sodium, uniformly stirring, and carrying out polymerization reaction for 5 hours at 70 ℃ to obtain a polymer;
(3) and granulating, drying and crushing the polymer to obtain the super absorbent resin.
When the sanitary towel is used, the sanitary towel body is made of the pure cotton, and the water absorption rate of the high water absorption layer in the embedded groove on the sanitary towel is higher than that of the pure cotton, so that when liquid enters the sanitary towel, a difference value of the water absorption capacity is formed between the sanitary towel body and the water absorption layer, and the liquid absorbed by the high water absorption layer can be firmly absorbed in the high water absorption layer due to the difference value of the water absorption capacity in the whole walking or vibrating process, so that the side leakage of the sanitary towel is prevented. The core layer protrudes from the caulking groove to form an arch shape, so that the human body part can be attached more. In addition, the fixing layer can fix the sanitary towel body and the core layer, so that the core layer cannot be separated from the sanitary towel body, and the water permeable holes in the fixing layer can be better used for absorbing water.
Meanwhile, the main water absorbing substance of the high water absorbing layer is high water absorbing resin, the main component of the high water absorbing resin is acrylic resin, and after the high water absorbing resin is neutralized by sodium hydroxide, a cross-linking agent, an initiator, a reinforcing agent, 4 '-diamino-3, 3' -biphenyldisulfonic acid and n-dodecyl sodium sulfonate are added together for reaction to obtain the high water absorbing resin.
Acrylic acid is used as a common water-absorbent resin carrier, acrylamide is added, the acrylamide is similar to an acrylic acid mechanism and has good compatibility, and meanwhile, the acrylamide is provided with an active group, can be used under the action of a dispersing agent, and has good compatibility with a cross-linking agent, an initiator, a reinforcing agent, 4 '-diamino-3, 3' -biphenyldisulfonic acid and sodium n-dodecanesulphonate. By adding the cross-linking agent, the whole acrylic resin can be cross-linked with each other to form a three-dimensional network structure. Meanwhile, the cross-linking agent can also react with other auxiliary agents to firmly lock the effective substances on the whole network structure. The initiator is added primarily to provide a reaction potential to the reaction to allow the reaction to proceed. In the later stage, particularly, the diamino-3.3 '-biphenyldisulfonic acid and the sodium n-dodecanesulphonate are added, on one hand, the diamino-3.3' -biphenyldisulfonic acid reacts with acrylamide in the reaction process and is combined into acrylic resin, the overall acrylic acid structure cannot be influenced due to the reaction with the acrylamide, the overall water absorption can be greatly improved, meanwhile, the diamino-3.3 '-biphenyldisulfonic acid can further improve the absorption of menstrual blood, and meanwhile, the diamino-3.3' -biphenyldisulfonic acid is provided with biphenyl groups, so that the strength of the whole material can be further improved.
The mixture of the N, N-diethyl acetoacetamide and the oxalamide is selected as the cross-linking agent, and the mixture of the N, N-diethyl acetoacetamide and the oxalamide can be cross-linked with the whole acrylic acid to promote the whole acrylic acid to form a complete three-dimensional network structure, and particularly when the mass ratio of the mixture of the N, N-diethyl acetoacetamide and the oxalamide is 1:1, the water absorption effect can be optimal. Meanwhile, N-diethyl acetoacetamide and oxalamide can be crosslinked with diamino-3.3 '-biphenyldisulfonic acid and N-dodecanesulfonic acid sodium salt, so that the structural force of the diamino-3.3' -biphenyldisulfonic acid and the N-dodecanesulfonic acid sodium salt and the whole material is stronger, the loss is avoided, and the water absorption effect is ensured.
