5. The universal tooling for producing earphones according to claim 1, wherein,
the drive-by-wire clamping seat comprises two supporting tables which are correspondingly arranged, and clamping grooves for limiting the drive-by-wire are respectively arranged in the supporting tables;
and two ends of the wire control are fixed between the clamping grooves.
6. The headset production universal tooling of claim 1,
the earphone line comprises a left earphone line and a right earphone line;
a line arranging groove is formed between the line control clamping seat and the line collecting plate, and the left earphone line and the right earphone line penetrate through the line arranging groove.
7. A method for producing earphones, which utilizes the universal earphone production tool as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 to produce earphones; wherein, the earphone production method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps that wires of an earphone wire are placed in a wire containing plate of the earphone production universal tool, and a plug located at one end of the earphone wire is inserted into a corresponding jack;
welding and conducting a wired PCB and the earphone wire, assembling the PCB welded with the earphone wire between a wired upper cover and a wired lower cover, and arranging the assembled wired control card in a wired control clamping groove;
performing an acoustic test on a microphone within the drive-by-wire;
placing a front shell of an earphone in a front shell limiting groove, assembling and sealing a loudspeaker unit in the front shell, then enabling an earphone cable to penetrate through a rear shell of the earphone to be welded and conducted with the loudspeaker unit, and finally enabling the rear shell to be in adaptive connection with the front shell;
and carrying out acoustic test on the horn single body.
8. A method of producing headphones as claimed in claim 7,
during acoustic testing of the in-line microphone,
placing a bottom plate of the earphone production universal tool above a microphone testing system, connecting a plug with a probe of the microphone testing system, positioning the drive-by-wire at a simulation mouth of the microphone testing system, and testing a microphone in the drive-by-wire through the microphone testing system;
during the acoustic test of the horn unit,
will the bottom plate of the general frock of earphone production is placed in loudspeaker test system's top, the plug with loudspeaker test system's probe is connected, preceding shell spacing groove with loudspeaker test system's simulation ear is laminated mutually, through loudspeaker test system is right the loudspeaker monomer tests.
