The duration of the preset time is set by an operator according to actual requirements, for example, the preset time can be set to one week, and the smart television uploads plug-in request information to the service center every other week.
Wherein, the plug-in request information comprises the name of the maintenance plug-in. And after receiving the plug-in request information, the service center determines the latest installation package of the maintenance plug-in according to the version number and/or the uploading time of the maintenance plug-in, and then feeds the latest installation package back to the intelligent television.
Step S34, after receiving the latest installation package fed back by the service center, comparing whether the original installation package loaded by the service center is the same as the latest installation package, and if not, loading the latest installation package.
If the original installation package loaded by the smart television is the same as the latest installation package, the fact that the original installation package loaded in the smart television is the latest version is indicated, and updating is not needed. If the original installation package loaded by the smart television is different from the latest installation package, the fact that the original installation package loaded in the smart television needs to be updated is indicated, and the smart television loads the latest installation package fed back by the service center to achieve updating.
In addition, the smart television compares whether the original installation package loaded by the smart television is the same as the latest installation package fed back by the service center, and the comparison can be performed according to the version number of the installation package and/or the uploading time when the installation package is uploaded to the service center.
If the authority level of the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center is not greater than the preset level threshold, the authority level of the maintenance plug-in is generally considered to be low, and the influence on the intelligent television is avoided. Under the condition, the method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can update the maintenance plug-in the intelligent television in time, so that the maintenance plug-in loaded in the intelligent television is the latest version of the maintenance plug-in. After the software fault occurs in the intelligent television, if the maintenance plug-in loaded in the intelligent television is the maintenance plug-in of the latest version, after the plug-in information fed back by a service center is received, the fact that the maintenance plug-in of the latest version is installed can be determined according to the plug-in information, the software fault can be maintained directly according to the maintenance plug-in of the latest version, therefore, plug-in request information does not need to be generated, plug-in request information does not need to be uploaded to the service center, and the software fault maintenance efficiency is further improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, corresponding permission levels can be set for the maintenance plug-in a plurality of ways, illustratively, various maintenance plug-ins can be set to three permission levels of root permission, System permission and general user permission according to the software fault to be maintained, the root permission has the highest permission level, the System permission is the second permission level, and the general user permission is the lowest permission level. In this case, if the preset level threshold is the second permission level and the permission level of the maintenance plug-in fed back to the smart television by the service center is a SYSTEM permission or a general user permission, it is determined that the permission level of the maintenance plug-in is not greater than the preset level threshold, and in order to update the maintenance plug-in loaded in the smart television in time, the smart television may upload plug-in request information to the service center at preset intervals, and update the maintenance plug-in.
In addition, in order to improve the security of the smart television and the service center, an encryption and decryption protocol can be preset between the smart television and the service center, so that the smart television and the service center can communicate according to the encryption and decryption protocol.
In the remote maintenance method for the smart television disclosed in the above embodiment, an operation of generating a monitoring report including fault information according to the software fault and uploading the monitoring report to a service center is disclosed. If an encryption and decryption protocol is preset between the intelligent television and the service center, generating a monitoring report containing fault information according to the software fault, and uploading the monitoring report to the service center, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
firstly, after a monitoring report containing fault information is generated according to the software fault, the monitoring report is encrypted according to the encryption and decryption protocol;

Through the steps, the intelligent television uploads the encrypted monitoring report to the service center, and the service center decrypts the monitoring report after receiving the encrypted monitoring report, so that the safety of data uploading between the intelligent television and the service center is guaranteed.
Further, in the embodiment disclosed in the present invention, after the smart television generates the plug-in request information, the plug-in request information may also be encrypted according to the encryption and decryption protocol, and then the encrypted plug-in request information is uploaded to the service center. And after receiving the encrypted plug-in request information, the service center decrypts the plug-in request information according to the encryption and decryption protocol.
In addition, in the embodiment disclosed in the present invention, after obtaining the plug-in request information, the service center may encrypt the maintenance plug-in according to the encryption and decryption protocol, and then feed back the encrypted maintenance plug-in to the smart television. And after receiving the encrypted maintenance plug-in, the intelligent television decrypts the maintenance plug-in according to the encryption and decryption protocol, and then loads the decrypted maintenance plug-in.
Further, in the remote maintenance method for the smart television according to the embodiment of the present invention, after the software fault is maintained by operating the maintenance plug-in, the method further includes:

Illustratively, in the use process of the smart television, redundant files appear in a certain directory and need to be deleted, after the maintenance plug-in is operated, if the redundant files are rapidly cleared, the smart television uploads the maintenance result to the service center, the service center generates a corresponding maintenance report according to the maintenance result, and the service operator can determine that the maintenance effect of the maintenance plug-in is good through the maintenance report. In addition, if the redundant file is cleared after the maintenance plug-in is operated for multiple times, or the redundant file cannot be cleared, under the circumstance, after the intelligent television uploads the maintenance result to the service center, the service center generates a corresponding maintenance report according to the maintenance result, and an operator can determine that the maintenance effect of the maintenance plug-in is poor through the maintenance report, so that the maintenance plug-in can be upgraded and updated.
The invention further discloses a remote maintenance method of the intelligent television, which is applied to a service center. Referring to an application scenario schematic diagram shown in fig. 1, communication can be performed between an intelligent television 100 and a service center 200 through the internet, and the service center 200 can implement maintenance of the intelligent television by applying the remote maintenance method for the intelligent television disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to a work flow diagram shown in fig. 5, the remote maintenance method for the smart television disclosed by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:

After a software fault occurs, the smart television generates a monitoring report and uploads the monitoring report to a service center, so that the service center can receive the monitoring report. In addition, the fault information included in the monitoring report includes at least: name of the software failure.
Step S42, according to the monitoring report, finding plug-in information of a maintenance plug-in which is stored by the intelligent television and used for maintaining the software fault, and feeding the plug-in information back to the intelligent television, so that the intelligent television can detect whether the maintenance plug-in is installed or not after receiving the plug-in information, and generate plug-in request information under the condition that the maintenance plug-in is not installed.
Operators formulate various corresponding maintenance plug-ins according to various software faults occurring in the smart television and upload the maintenance plug-ins to a service center, so that various maintenance plug-ins are often stored in the service center. In addition, after uploading the maintenance plug-in to the service center, the operator can also upgrade the maintenance plug-in and upload the upgraded maintenance plug-in of the latest version to the service center, so that the service center can store the maintenance plug-in of the latest version.
And after receiving the monitoring report, the service center detects whether a maintenance plug-in used for maintaining the software fault is stored or not according to the fault information contained in the monitoring report, and if the maintenance plug-in is stored, the service center feeds the plug-in information of the maintenance plug-in used for maintaining the software fault back to the intelligent television. The plugin information at least includes a name of the maintenance plugin, and may further include a version number, upload time, and/or an occupied space size of the maintenance plugin, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
After receiving the plug-in information fed back by the service center, the smart television inquires whether the service plug-in is installed or not, if not, plug-in request information is generated, and the plug-in request information is uploaded to the service center. Wherein, the plug-in request information comprises the name of the maintenance plug-in. In addition, if the service center determines that the service center is provided with the maintenance plug-in according to the plug-in information fed back by the service center, the intelligent television directly maintains the software fault according to the maintenance plug-in installed by the service center without uploading plug-in request information to the service center.
And step S43, receiving plug-in request information uploaded by the intelligent television, and feeding back a maintenance plug-in corresponding to the plug-in request information to the intelligent television, so that the intelligent television maintains the software fault through the maintenance plug-in after receiving the maintenance plug-in.
After receiving plug-in request information uploaded by the intelligent television, the service center feeds back a maintenance plug-in corresponding to the plug-in request information to the intelligent television. And after receiving the maintenance plug-in, the intelligent television loads and operates the maintenance plug-in, so that the software fault is maintained.
In the embodiment of the invention, a remote maintenance method for an intelligent television is disclosed, in the method, after the intelligent television monitors a software fault, a monitoring report containing fault information is generated according to the software fault, and the monitoring report is uploaded to a service center; after receiving the monitoring report, the service center feeds back plug-in information of a maintenance plug-in which is stored by the service center and is used for maintaining the software fault; after receiving the plug-in information, the intelligent television detects whether the maintenance plug-in is installed, if not, plug-in request information is generated, and the plug-in request information is uploaded to the service center; after receiving the plug-in request information, the service center feeds back the maintenance plug-in to the smart television; and the intelligent television loads the maintenance plug-in after receiving the maintenance plug-in, and the software fault is maintained by operating the maintenance plug-in.
According to the remote maintenance method for the intelligent television, the service center feeds back the maintenance plug-in to the intelligent television, so that software faults occurring in the intelligent television can be maintained, maintenance personnel do not need to go to a maintenance site of the intelligent television for detection and maintenance, manpower is saved, time required by maintenance is shortened, maintenance cost can be reduced, and maintenance efficiency is improved.
In addition, in the above steps, the operation of feeding back the plug-in information to the smart television is disclosed. This operation can be implemented in various ways depending on the application scenario.

according to the television information of the intelligent television contained in the monitoring report and a preset incidence relation, determining other intelligent televisions related to the target intelligent television, feeding the plug-in information back to a message center, and feeding the plug-in information back to the target intelligent television and other intelligent televisions related to the target intelligent television through the message center, wherein the target intelligent television is taken as the intelligent television for uploading the monitoring report.
In this case, the monitoring report includes not only the fault information of the smart television, but also television information of the smart television, such as a model of the smart television, a name of an area where the smart television is located, and/or an IP segment to which the smart television belongs. And, according to the actual application requirement, the operator sets up an association relationship in advance, for example, in the preset association relationship, the intelligent televisions of the same model are set up to be associated, or the intelligent televisions in the same area are set up to be associated, or the intelligent televisions belonging to the same IP segment are set up to be associated.
After receiving the monitoring report, the service center can acquire television information contained in the monitoring report, determine other intelligent televisions associated with the target intelligent television according to a preset association relation, and transmit the plug-in information to the message center, wherein the message center transmits the plug-in information to the target intelligent television and other intelligent televisions associated with the target intelligent television. For example, if it is determined that the smart televisions of the same model are associated according to a preset association relationship, the service center transmits the plug-in information to each smart television of the same model as the target smart television.
If a certain intelligent television has a software failure, other intelligent televisions associated with the intelligent television also have the same software failure. By the mode, the service center can transmit the plug-in information to the target intelligent television and other intelligent televisions, so that other intelligent televisions do not need to request the plug-in information from the service center. In this case, if the other smart tvs do not have the same software failure, the plug-in information may be discarded after being received. In addition, if the other smart televisions have the same software fault, whether a maintenance plug-in corresponding to the plug-in information is installed or not can be inquired according to the plug-in information fed back by the service center, if the maintenance plug-in corresponding to the plug-in information is not installed, plug-in request information is generated and uploaded to the service center, the maintenance plug-in is requested to the service center, and the software fault is maintained through the maintenance plug-in after the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center is received, so that the monitoring report does not need to be generated by the other smart televisions and uploaded to the service center, and the efficiency of maintaining the software fault of the other smart televisions is further improved.
The following are embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention that may be used to perform embodiments of the method of the present invention. For details which are not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention, reference is made to the embodiments of the method of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention discloses an intelligent television. Referring to the schematic structural diagram shown in fig. 6, the smart television includes: a monitoring report upload module 110, a plug-in request upload module 120, and a maintenance plug-in run module 130.
The monitoring report uploading module 110 is configured to monitor a software fault occurring in the smart television, generate a monitoring report including fault information according to the software fault, and upload the monitoring report to a service center, so that the service center feeds back plug-in information of a maintenance plug-in stored in the service center and used for maintaining the software fault after receiving the monitoring report.
In the smart television, a program product for recording the running condition of each software in the smart television is usually provided, and the software fault occurring in the smart television can be determined by monitoring the record.
And after receiving the monitoring report, the service center detects whether a maintenance plug-in used for maintaining the software fault is stored in the service center according to the fault information contained in the monitoring report, and if so, the service center feeds back the plug-in information of the maintenance plug-in used for maintaining the software fault to the intelligent television. The plugin information at least includes a name of the maintenance plugin, and may further include a version number, upload time, and/or an occupied space size of the maintenance plugin, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The plug-in request uploading module 120 is configured to, after receiving the plug-in information fed back by the service center, if it is determined that the service center does not install the maintenance plug-in according to the plug-in information, generate plug-in request information, and upload the plug-in request information to the service center, so that the service center feeds back the maintenance plug-in according to the plug-in request information.
After receiving the plug-in information fed back by the service center, the smart television inquires whether the service plug-in is installed or not, if not, plug-in request information is generated, and the plug-in request information is uploaded to the service center. Wherein, the plug-in request information comprises the name of the maintenance plug-in.
And after receiving the plug-in request information, the service center feeds back the maintenance plug-in to the intelligent television, and if the service center contains a plurality of versions of maintenance plug-ins, the service center feeds back the maintenance plug-ins of the latest version (or the latest uploading time) to the intelligent television.
The maintenance plug-in running module 130 is configured to receive and load the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center, and maintain the software fault by running the maintenance plug-in.
According to the intelligent television disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the service center feeds back the maintenance plug-in to the intelligent television, so that software faults occurring in the intelligent television can be maintained, and maintenance personnel do not need to go to a maintenance site of the intelligent television for detection and maintenance, so that manpower is saved, the time required by maintenance is reduced, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
Further, the smart television disclosed by the invention further comprises: the system comprises a first grade setting module, a first grade determining module and a maintenance plug-in deleting module.
The first level setting module is used for setting corresponding authority levels for various maintenance plug-ins in advance according to software faults maintained by the various maintenance plug-ins;
the first grade determining module is used for determining the authority grade of the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center according to the authority grade preset for various maintenance plug-ins after receiving the maintenance plug-ins fed back by the service center;
and the maintenance plug-in deleting module is used for deleting the maintenance plug-in after the software fault is maintained by operating the maintenance plug-in if the authority level of the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center is greater than a preset level threshold.
In order to repair various software faults existing in the smart television, operators often make a plurality of repair software. In the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding permission level is set in advance according to the software faults to be solved by various maintenance plug-ins. And if the authority level of the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center is greater than a preset level threshold, generally considering that the authority level of the maintenance plug-in is higher. Under the condition, after the software is repaired and has a fault, the repair plug-in is deleted, so that the recovery authority similar to 'burn after reading' is realized, and the safety of the intelligent television is guaranteed.
In the embodiment of the invention, corresponding permission levels can be set for the maintenance plug-in a plurality of ways, illustratively, various maintenance plug-ins can be set to three permission levels of root permission, System permission and general user permission according to the software fault to be maintained, the root permission has the highest permission level, the System permission is the second permission level, and the general user permission is the lowest permission level. In this case, if the preset level threshold is the second authority level and the authority level of the maintenance plug-in fed back to the smart television by the service center is root authority, it is determined that the authority level of the maintenance plug-in is greater than the preset level threshold, and in order to ensure the security of the smart television, the smart television deletes the maintenance plug-in after completing the maintenance of the software fault.
Further, the smart television disclosed by the invention further comprises: the system comprises a second grade setting module, a second grade determining module and a maintenance plug-in updating module.
The second-level setting module is used for setting corresponding permission levels for various maintenance plug-ins in advance according to software faults maintained by the various maintenance plug-ins;
the second grade determining module is used for determining the authority grade of the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center according to the authority grade preset for various maintenance plug-ins after receiving the maintenance plug-ins fed back by the service center;
the plug-in request uploading module is further used for uploading plug-in request information to the service center at intervals of preset time if the authority level of the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center is not greater than a preset level threshold value, so that the service center feeds back the latest installation package of the maintenance plug-in stored by the service center after receiving the plug-in request information;
and the maintenance plug-in updating module is used for comparing whether the original installation package loaded by the maintenance plug-in updating module is the same as the latest installation package after receiving the latest installation package fed back by the service center, and if the original installation package and the latest installation package are different, loading the latest installation package.
And if the authority level of the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center is not greater than the preset level threshold, the intelligent television uploads plug-in request information to the service center at preset time intervals in order to update the maintenance plug-in stored by the intelligent television in time. If the original installation package loaded by the smart television is the same as the latest installation package, the fact that the original installation package loaded in the smart television is the latest version is indicated, and updating is not needed. If the original installation package loaded by the smart television is different from the latest installation package, the fact that the original installation package loaded in the smart television needs to be updated is indicated, and the smart television loads the latest installation package fed back by the service center to achieve updating.
Furthermore, the smart television disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention may have an encryption and decryption protocol preset with the service center. In this case, the monitoring report uploading module 110 is specifically configured to encrypt the monitoring report according to the encryption and decryption protocol after generating the monitoring report including the fault information according to the software fault, and then upload the encrypted monitoring report to the service center, so that the service center decrypts the monitoring report according to the encryption and decryption protocol, and feeds back the plug-in information of the maintenance plug-in stored by the service center and used for maintaining the software fault after decryption is successful, thereby ensuring security when data transmission is performed between the smart television and the service center.
In addition, the service center can transmit the plug-in information to the message center, and then the message center feeds the plug-in information back to the smart television. In this case, a notification center is usually provided in the smart television, and if the service center feeds back the plug-in information to the smart television through the message center, the message center may feed back the plug-in information to the notification center of the smart television, and then the notification center transmits the monitoring report to the plug-in request uploading module 120 of the smart television in a broadcast manner, so that after acquiring the plug-in information, the plug-in request module 120 determines whether to install the maintenance plug-in according to the plug-in information.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a service center is disclosed, referring to the schematic structural diagram shown in fig. 7, the service center includes: a monitoring report receiving module 210, a plug-in information feedback module 220, and a service plug-in feedback module 230.
The monitoring report receiving module 210 is configured to receive a monitoring report uploaded by the smart television, where the monitoring report includes fault information of a software fault occurring in the smart television.
In the smart television, a program product for recording the running condition of each software in the smart television is usually provided, and the software fault occurring in the smart television can be determined by monitoring the record. And after the software failure occurs, the intelligent television generates a monitoring report and uploads the monitoring report to the service center.
The plug-in information feedback module 220 is configured to search plug-in information of a maintenance plug-in stored by the smart television according to the monitoring report and used for maintaining the software failure, and feed back the plug-in information to the smart television, so that the smart television detects whether the maintenance plug-in is installed after receiving the plug-in information, and generates plug-in request information if the maintenance plug-in is not installed.

The service center disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can feed back the maintenance plug-in to the intelligent television, and the software fault occurring in the intelligent television is maintained through the maintenance plug-in, and the maintenance personnel do not need to go to the maintenance site of the intelligent television for detection and maintenance, so that the manpower is saved, the time required by maintenance is reduced, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
In addition, according to different application scenarios, the maintenance plug-in feedback module 230 may feed back the plug-in information to the smart television in a variety of ways.
In one mode, the maintenance plug-in feedback module 230 is configured to feed back the plug-in information to the smart tv according to the address information of the smart tv included in the monitoring report.
In this case, the monitoring report uploaded by the smart television includes not only the fault information of the smart television but also address information (such as an IP address) of the smart television, and the maintenance plug-in feedback module 230 feeds the plug-in information back to the smart television according to the address information, so that the smart television uploading the monitoring report can obtain the plug-in information.
In another mode, the maintenance plug-in feedback module 230 is configured to determine, according to the television information of the smart television included in the monitoring report and a preset association relationship, other smart televisions associated with a target smart television, feed back the plug-in information to a message center, and feed back the plug-in information to the target smart television and the other smart televisions associated with the target smart television through the message center, where the target smart television is a smart television that uploads the monitoring report.
In this case, the monitoring report includes not only the fault information of the smart television, but also television information of the smart television, such as a model of the smart television, a name of an area where the smart television is located, and/or an IP segment to which the smart television belongs. And, according to the actual application requirement, the operator sets up an association relationship in advance, for example, in the preset association relationship, the intelligent televisions of the same model are set up to be associated, or the intelligent televisions in the same area are set up to be associated, or the intelligent televisions belonging to the same IP segment are set up to be associated.
In this way, the maintenance plug-in feedback module 230 can feed back the monitoring report to the target smart television and other smart televisions having an association relationship with the target smart television, so that other smart televisions do not need to request plug-in information from the service center, and the efficiency of maintaining software faults in other smart televisions is improved.
In addition, in this manner, the maintenance plug-in feedback module 230 generally transmits plug-in information to a message center, and then the message center transmits the plug-in information to a target smart tv and other smart tvs having an association relationship with the target smart tv.
In the smart television, a notification center is usually provided, and a function module for executing the remote maintenance method for the smart television disclosed in the first embodiment of the present invention is provided, and if the service center feeds back the plug-in information to the smart television through the message center, the message center can feed back the plug-in information to the notification center of the smart television, and then the notification center transmits the monitoring report to the function module in a broadcast manner, so that the function module determines whether to install the maintenance plug-in according to the plug-in information after receiving the plug-in information.

Claims (7)

1. A remote maintenance method for an intelligent television is characterized by being applied to the intelligent television and comprising the following steps:
monitoring software faults occurring in the intelligent television, generating a monitoring report containing fault information according to the software faults, and uploading the monitoring report to a service center, so that the service center feeds back plug-in information of a maintenance plug-in stored by the service center and used for maintaining the software faults after receiving the monitoring report;
after the plug-in information fed back by the service center is received, if the maintenance plug-in is not installed according to the plug-in information, plug-in request information is generated, and the plug-in request information is uploaded to the service center, so that the service center feeds back the maintenance plug-in according to the plug-in request information;
receiving and loading the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center, and maintaining the software fault by operating the maintenance plug-in;
the method further comprises the following steps:
setting corresponding authority levels for various maintenance plug-ins in advance according to software faults maintained by the various maintenance plug-ins;
after receiving the maintenance plug-ins fed back by the service center, determining the authority levels of the maintenance plug-ins fed back by the service center according to the authority levels preset for various maintenance plug-ins;
and if the authority level of the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center is greater than a preset level threshold, deleting the maintenance plug-in after the software fault is maintained by operating the maintenance plug-in.
2. The remote maintenance method for the intelligent television according to claim 1, further comprising:
if the authority level of the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center is not greater than a preset level threshold, uploading plug-in request information to the service center at intervals of preset time, so that the service center feeds back a latest installation package of the maintenance plug-in stored by the service center after receiving the plug-in request information;
and after receiving the latest installation package fed back by the service center, comparing whether the original installation package loaded by the service center is the same as the latest installation package, and if the original installation package and the latest installation package are different, loading the latest installation package.
3. The remote maintenance method for the intelligent television according to claim 1, wherein if an encryption and decryption protocol is preset between the intelligent television and a service center, the generating a monitoring report containing fault information according to the software fault and uploading the monitoring report to the service center comprises:
after a monitoring report containing fault information is generated according to the software fault, encrypting the monitoring report according to the encryption and decryption protocol;
and uploading the encrypted monitoring report to a service center so that the service center can decrypt the monitoring report according to the encryption and decryption protocol, and feeding back plug-in information of a maintenance plug-in which is stored by the service center and used for maintaining the software fault after decryption is successful.
4. A remote maintenance method for an intelligent television is characterized by being applied to a service center and comprising the following steps:
receiving a monitoring report uploaded by an intelligent television, wherein the monitoring report comprises fault information of software faults occurring in the intelligent television;
according to the monitoring report, plug-in information of a maintenance plug-in which is stored by the intelligent television and used for maintaining the software fault is searched, and the plug-in information is fed back to the intelligent television, so that the intelligent television can detect whether the maintenance plug-in is installed or not after receiving the plug-in information, and plug-in request information is generated under the condition that the maintenance plug-in is not installed;
receiving plug-in request information uploaded by the intelligent television, and feeding back a maintenance plug-in corresponding to the plug-in request information to the intelligent television, so that the intelligent television maintains the software fault through the maintenance plug-in after receiving the maintenance plug-in;
wherein, the feeding back the plug-in information to the smart television comprises:
according to the television information of the intelligent television contained in the monitoring report and a preset incidence relation, determining other intelligent televisions related to the target intelligent television, feeding the plug-in information back to a message center, and feeding the plug-in information back to the target intelligent television and other intelligent televisions related to the target intelligent television through the message center, wherein the target intelligent television is taken as the intelligent television for uploading the monitoring report.
5. An intelligent television, comprising:
the monitoring report uploading module is used for monitoring software faults occurring in the intelligent television, generating a monitoring report containing fault information according to the software faults, and uploading the monitoring report to a service center, so that the service center can feed back plug-in information of a maintenance plug-in stored by the service center and used for maintaining the software faults after receiving the monitoring report;
the plug-in request uploading module is used for determining that the maintenance plug-in is not installed according to the plug-in information after the plug-in information fed back by the service center is received, generating plug-in request information and uploading the plug-in request information to the service center so that the service center feeds back the maintenance plug-in according to the plug-in request information;
the maintenance plug-in operation module is used for receiving and loading the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center, and maintaining the software fault by operating the maintenance plug-in;
the smart television further comprises: the system comprises a first grade setting module, a first grade determining module and a maintenance plug-in deleting module;
the first level setting module is used for setting corresponding authority levels for various maintenance plug-ins in advance according to software faults maintained by the various maintenance plug-ins;
the first grade determining module is used for determining the authority grade of the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center according to the authority grade preset for various maintenance plug-ins after receiving the maintenance plug-ins fed back by the service center;
and the maintenance plug-in deleting module is used for deleting the maintenance plug-in after the software fault is maintained by operating the maintenance plug-in if the authority level of the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center is greater than a preset level threshold.
6. The smart television of claim 5,
the plug-in request uploading module is further used for uploading plug-in request information to the service center at intervals of preset time if the authority level of the maintenance plug-in fed back by the service center is not greater than a preset level threshold value, so that the service center feeds back the latest installation package of the maintenance plug-in stored by the service center after receiving the plug-in request information;
and the maintenance plug-in updating module is used for comparing whether the original installation package loaded by the maintenance plug-in updating module is the same as the latest installation package after receiving the latest installation package fed back by the service center, and if the original installation package and the latest installation package are different, loading the latest installation package.
7. A service center, comprising:
the monitoring report receiving module is used for receiving a monitoring report uploaded by the intelligent television, wherein the monitoring report comprises fault information of software faults occurring in the intelligent television;
the plug-in information feedback module is used for searching plug-in information of a maintenance plug-in which is stored by the intelligent television and used for maintaining the software fault according to the monitoring report, and feeding back the plug-in information to the intelligent television so as to detect whether the maintenance plug-in is installed or not after the intelligent television receives the plug-in information, and generating plug-in request information under the condition that the maintenance plug-in is not installed;
the maintenance plug-in feedback module is used for receiving plug-in request information uploaded by the intelligent television and feeding back a maintenance plug-in corresponding to the plug-in request information to the intelligent television, so that the intelligent television can maintain the software fault through the maintenance plug-in after receiving the maintenance plug-in;
the maintenance plug-in feedback module is specifically configured to determine, according to the television information of the smart television included in the monitoring report and a preset association relationship, other smart televisions associated with a target smart television, feed back the plug-in information to a message center, and feed back the plug-in information to the target smart television and the other smart televisions associated with the target smart television through the message center, where the target smart television is the smart television that uploads the monitoring report.
