技术领域
本发明涉及电缆设备技术领域,具体为一种柔性耐高温电线电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展电力的运用尤为普遍,但在用电过程中,对于电量的输送装置也就是电缆和电性的要求十分严格,目前电缆的防火防高温效果较差,不具备防腐蚀的能力,极易受到外界电磁的干扰,不仅如此,目前的电缆的防水能力较差,安全性低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柔性耐高温电线电缆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,所具有的有益效果是:防火、防爆、防水、无烟、无卤、无毒、耐高温、耐腐蚀性强、耐辐射、防电磁干扰、载流量大、过载能力强、高柔性、可大长度、大规格生产。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种柔性耐高温电线电缆,包括芯体、绝缘层、编织网层、金属网层、防腐蚀层、防火层和波纹柔性护套,所述芯体、绝缘层、编织网层、金属网层、防腐蚀层、防火层和波纹柔性护套构成了电缆本体,所述芯体外绕包有绝缘层,所述绝缘层和金属网层之间设置有编织网层,所述防腐蚀层设置于绝缘层和防火层之间,所述防火层表面设置有波纹柔性护套,所述芯体由外半导电阻水带、金属屏蔽层、内半导电阻水带、导体屏蔽层和导体构成,所述导体设置在所述芯体的最内侧,且导体外绕包有导体屏蔽层,所述导体屏蔽层与金属屏蔽层之间设置有内半导电阻水带,所述金属屏蔽层外设置有外半导电阻水带。
优选的,所述编织网层和金属网层构成了抗压支撑层。
优选的,所述导体为铜、镀锡铜、铝或其他合金。
优选的,所述绝缘层的构成材料为云母带或陶瓷化硅橡胶复合绝缘带。
优选的,所述内半导电阻水带和外半导电阻水带内部均匀分布有吸水树脂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该设备结构新颖,波纹柔性护套的存在,使该装置具有较高的柔性,防火层的设置,使该装置具有较强的防火能力,外半导电阻水带和内半导电阻水带的配合使用,使改装置具有较强的防水能力,电流周围会产生磁场,为了不影响别的元件,金属屏蔽层和导体屏蔽层的安装可以把这种电磁场屏蔽在电缆内,可以起到一定的接地保护作用,如果电缆芯线内发生破损,泄露出来的电流可以顺屏蔽层流如接地网,起到安全保护的作用,不仅如此,金属屏蔽层和导体屏蔽层的安装也可以避免外界磁场对电缆的干扰,编织网层和金属网层的配合,对该电缆起到了支撑和抗压的作用,总体而言,该装置无烟、无卤、无毒、耐高温、耐腐蚀性强、耐辐射、防电磁干扰、载流量大、过载能力强、高柔性、可大长度、大规格生产。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种柔性耐高温电线电缆,包括芯体1、绝缘层2、编织网层3、金属网层4、防腐蚀层5、防火层6和波纹柔性护套7,芯体1、绝缘层2、编织网层3、金属网层4、防腐蚀层5、防火层6和波纹柔性护套7构成了电缆本体8,芯体1外绕包有绝缘层2,绝缘层2和金属网层4之间设置有编织网层3,防腐蚀层5设置于绝缘层2和防火层6之间,防火层6表面设置有波纹柔性护套7,芯体1由外半导电阻水带9、金属屏蔽层10、内半导电阻水带11、导体屏蔽层12和导体13构成,导体13设置在芯体1的最内侧,且导体13外绕包有导体屏蔽层12,导体屏蔽层12与金属屏蔽层10之间设置有内半导电阻水带11,金属屏蔽层10外设置有外半导电阻水带9,编织网层3和金属网层4构成了抗压支撑层,导体13为铜、镀锡铜、铝或其他合金,绝缘层2的构成材料为云母带或陶瓷化硅橡胶复合绝缘带,内半导电阻水带11和外半导电阻水带9内部均匀分布有吸水树脂。
工作原理:使用时,波纹柔性护套7的存在,使该装置具有较高的柔性,防火层6的设置,使该装置具有较强的防火能力,外半导电阻水带9和内半导电阻水带11的配合使用,使改装置具有较强的防水能力,在使用时电流周围会产生磁场,为了不影响别的元件,金属屏蔽层10和导体屏蔽层12的安装可以把这种电磁场屏蔽在电缆本体8内,可以起到一定的接地保护作用,如果电缆芯线内发生破损,泄露出来的电流可以顺屏蔽层流如接地网,起到安全保护的作用,不仅如此,金属屏蔽层10和导体屏蔽层12的安装也可以避免外界磁场对电缆的干扰,编织网层3和金属网层4的配合,对电缆本体8起到了支撑和抗压的作用。

1.一种柔性耐高温电线电缆,包括芯体(1)、绝缘层(2)、编织网层(3)、金属网层(4)、防腐蚀层(5)、防火层(6)和波纹柔性护套(7),其特征在于:所述芯体(1)、绝缘层(2)、编织网层(3)、金属网层(4)、防腐蚀层(5)、防火层(6)和波纹柔性护套(7)构成了电缆本体(8),所述芯体(1)外绕包有绝缘层(2),所述绝缘层(2)和金属网层(4)之间设置有编织网层(3),所述防腐蚀层(5)设置于绝缘层(2)和防火层(6)之间,所述防火层(6)表面设置有波纹柔性护套(7),所述芯体(1)由外半导电阻水带(9)、金属屏蔽层(10)、内半导电阻水带(11)、导体屏蔽层(12)和导体(13)构成,所述导体(13)设置在所述芯体(1)的最内侧,且导体(13)外绕包有导体屏蔽层(12),所述导体屏蔽层(12)与金属屏蔽层(10)之间设置有内半导电阻水带(11),所述金属屏蔽层(10)外设置有外半导电阻水带(9)。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性耐高温电线电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层(2)的构成材料为云母带或陶瓷化硅橡胶复合绝缘带。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性耐高温电线电缆,其特征在于:所述内半导电阻水带(11)和外半导电阻水带(9)内部均匀分布有吸水树脂。
