The device to be controlled can be an intelligent device which receives and plays voice information, such as an intelligent sound box, an intelligent camera and the like. The device to be controlled can register with the server through the wireless communication network, the control device searches related devices to be controlled from the server before use, records interested devices to be controlled and endows the recorded devices to be controlled with unique device identification.
In one embodiment, the control device identifies a voice control command of a user after receiving the voice control command, and the voice control command instructs the device to be controlled to execute a target operation. Optionally, the voice control command includes an identifier of the device to be controlled. The control device first matches the voice control command with a preset control command. The preset control command includes an identifier of the device to be controlled and a control command indicating that the device to be controlled executes the target operation, for example, the identifier of the device to be controlled may be "white", and the corresponding control command may be "talk", or the like. If the control device receives the voice control command of 'I want to speak with the small Chinese character', the matching is successful after the preset control command of 'small Chinese character' and 'speak' is obtained through searching. In this embodiment, after the matching is successful, the control device searches for the corresponding device to be controlled according to the identifier of the device to be controlled in the voice control command.
In one embodiment, the control device stores in advance an identifier of the device to be controlled and address information of the device to be controlled. The identification and address information of the device to be controlled can be found in advance through wireless communication. For example, the control device searches for a nearby device to be controlled in a bluetooth communication mode according to the setting of the user, gives a unique identifier to the searched device to be controlled, simultaneously obtains the address information of the device to be controlled, and stores the identifier and the address information of the device to be controlled in a correlated manner. For another example, the control device may further obtain the IP address information of the device to be controlled through wifi, for example, the device to be controlled first needs to register its own address with the server, and the control device searches for the device to be controlled from the server through wifi and obtains the IP address information of the device to be controlled.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the network establishing module 72 includes:
in the obtaining submodule 81, it is configured to obtain the identifier of the device to be controlled according to the voice control command;
in the matching submodule 82, the network address of the device to be controlled is obtained through matching according to the identifier of the device to be controlled;
in the connection establishing submodule 83, it is configured to establish a network connection with the device to be controlled according to the network address of the device to be controlled.
In this embodiment, the control device may obtain a network address stored in association with the identifier of the device to be controlled according to the identifier matching of the device to be controlled recognized from the voice control command, and then establish network connection with the device to be controlled according to the network address of the device to be controlled. The network connection may be a wireless communication connection, including a wifi connection, a bluetooth connection, or a Zigbee connection.
In an embodiment, after the control device establishes network connection with the device to be controlled, a voice control command is sent to the device to be controlled according to the network address of the device to be controlled. For example, after the network connection is established, a command that needs to be performed voice communication with the device to be controlled may be sent to the device to be controlled, and after the device to be controlled receives the control command, the voice playing device, the microphone, and the like may be turned on accordingly. And then, the control equipment receives voice information sent by the user and transmits the voice information to the equipment to be controlled. And after the control equipment receives the voice information, directly playing the voice information. Thus, a receiving party in the vicinity of the device to be controlled can hear the voice information and can perform voice communication with the user. The device to be controlled can also transmit the voice information received by the receiving party back to the control device.
In one embodiment, the device to be controlled is controlled to execute the target operation according to the voice control command. The target operation comprises one or more of starting the device to be controlled, waking up the device to be controlled and outputting voice information, wherein the outputting voice information comprises one or more of playing voice and displaying characters corresponding to the voice information. After receiving a voice control command of the control device, for example, the voice control command is a voice communication command, and the control device is in a sleep or semi-sleep state, the control device needs to start the control device or wake up the control device according to the voice control command, and then receives voice information of the control device, and outputs the voice information. In this embodiment, when the device to be controlled establishes a network connection with the control device, only the network connection part may be in an activated state, and the other parts of the system are still in an unopened state or a dormant state, so that after receiving a voice control command of the control device and establishing a network connection with the control device, the other parts in the system of the device to be controlled are opened or awakened to perform voice communication with the control device. The device to be controlled can output the voice information according to the voice communication command of the control device, and the output mode can also be output according to the mode indicated in the voice communication command, for example, the voice information is played through voice, or the voice information is recognized into a character form to be displayed, or the characters corresponding to the voice information are displayed while the voice is played. The characters may be words, numbers, punctuation, etc.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, before the voice control command is acquired, the apparatus further includes:
in the search module 91, configured to search for a candidate device to be controlled;
in the configuration module 92, it is configured to configure an identifier for each candidate device to be controlled that is looked up.
In this embodiment, the control device may automatically search for a candidate device to be controlled according to a preset manner or through user triggering. For example, nearby devices are searched in a bluetooth mode, candidate devices to be controlled are selected from the devices, an identifier is configured for each candidate device to be controlled, the identifier is used for uniquely identifying the device to be controlled, and information of the device to be controlled can be obtained through matching by using the identifier in subsequent voice communication.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the lookup module 91 includes:
in the device acquisition sub-module 1001, it is configured to acquire candidate devices to be controlled by at least one of: scanning devices within a near field communication range, and acquiring devices sharing the same cloud account through a remote server;
in the address acquisition submodule 1002, it is configured to acquire address information of candidate devices to be controlled;
the device further comprises:
in the association module 1003, it is configured to store the identifier of the candidate device to be controlled in association with the address information of the candidate device to be controlled.
In this embodiment, the manner of searching for the candidate device to be controlled is different according to different specific communication manners. For example, for a device that can communicate with the control device in a close range, the device within the close range communication range is scanned for a search, and for a remote device, the device sharing the same cloud account may be obtained by a remote server, for example. In any way, the device selected by the user is used as a candidate device to be controlled, and the address information of the device to be controlled is acquired. And storing the acquired address information in association with the identifier of the device to be controlled. During voice communication, when a user gives an identifier of the device to be controlled, address information of the device to be controlled can be searched and obtained according to the information stored in association, and then network connection is established.
In an embodiment, the control device may output the content in the voice control command while transmitting the voice control command to the device to be controlled. The control device may output the voice control command in a voice form or a text form according to the user's device. For example, the terminal can identify the received voice information and display the voice information on a terminal interface in a text mode for a terminal user to view. For example, the terminal can also store the received voice information as a voice file, display the voice file to the terminal user, and the terminal user can play the voice information by clicking the voice file. In an embodiment, the terminal may also receive the voice information transmitted from the device to be controlled, recognize the voice information, and display the recognized voice information in the display interface, so as to display the recognized voice information to the terminal user in a text form or a voice form.
By utilizing the voice communication device provided by the disclosure, the voice communication can be conveniently carried out with the equipment to be controlled through the control equipment, and then the voice conversation can be conveniently carried out between the user and the personnel opposite to the equipment to be controlled. The method disclosed by the invention can be realized by using a plug-in capable of recognizing voice in the terminal without installing software on the control equipment such as the terminal. In the using process, the terminal user can use the terminal without opening any software, registering and logging in. Especially, in the voice call process, the equipment user to be controlled can receive the voice information sent by the terminal user without any operation, and simultaneously, the voice information can be returned to the terminal user, so that the voice call of both sides is realized.
According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a voice communication apparatus including:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
acquiring a voice control command, wherein the voice control command instructs the equipment to be controlled to execute target operation;
establishing network connection with equipment to be controlled according to the voice control command;
and controlling the equipment to be controlled to execute the target operation according to the voice control command.
The processor may be further configured to:
establishing network connection with the equipment to be controlled according to the voice control command, comprising:
acquiring an identifier of equipment to be controlled according to the voice control command;
matching to obtain the network address of the equipment to be controlled according to the identifier of the equipment to be controlled;
and establishing network connection with the equipment to be controlled according to the network address of the equipment to be controlled.
The processor may be further configured to:
controlling the equipment to be controlled to execute target operation according to the voice control command, comprising the following steps:
and sending a voice control command to the equipment to be controlled according to the network address of the equipment to be controlled.
The target operation comprises one or more of starting the device to be controlled, waking up the device to be controlled and outputting voice information.
And outputting the voice information comprises one or more of playing voice and displaying characters corresponding to the voice information.
The processor may be further configured to:
before a voice control command is obtained, candidate equipment to be controlled is searched;
and configuring an identifier for each searched candidate device to be controlled.

obtaining candidate devices to be controlled by at least one of the following modes: scanning devices within a near field communication range, and acquiring devices sharing the same cloud account through a remote server;
selecting one or more of the devices as candidate devices to be controlled;

With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
Fig. 11 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for voice communication according to an exemplary embodiment, which is adapted to a terminal device. For example, the apparatus 1100 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
The apparatus 1100 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 1102, memory 1104, power component 1106, multimedia component 1108, audio component 1110, input/output (I/O) interface 1112, sensor component 1114, and communications component 1116.
The processing component 1102 generally controls the overall operation of the device 1100, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 1102 may include one or more processors 1120 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 1102 may include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 1102 and other components. For example, the processing component 1102 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 1108 and the processing component 1102.
The memory 1104 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the apparatus 1100. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 1100, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 1104 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
A power component 1106 provides power to the various components of the device 1100. The power components 1106 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the apparatus 1200.
The multimedia component 1108 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 1100 and the user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 1108 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 1100 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 1110 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 1110 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the apparatus 1100 is in operating modes, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 1104 or transmitted via the communication component 1116. In some embodiments, the audio assembly 1110 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 1112 provides an interface between the processing component 1102 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 1114 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the apparatus 1100. For example, the sensor assembly 1114 may detect an open/closed state of the apparatus 1100, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the apparatus 1100, the sensor assembly 1114 may also detect a change in position of the apparatus 1100 or a component of the apparatus 1100, the presence or absence of user contact with the apparatus 1100, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the apparatus 1100, and a change in temperature of the apparatus 1100. The sensor assembly 1114 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1114 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1114 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 1116 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the apparatus 1100 and other devices. The apparatus 1100 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1116 receives broadcast signals or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1116 also includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 1100 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 1104 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 1120 of the apparatus 1100 to perform the method described above is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, instructions in the storage medium, when executed by a processor of an apparatus 1100, enable the apparatus 1100 to perform the above-described method of voice communication, the method comprising:
acquiring a voice control command, wherein the voice control command instructs the equipment to be controlled to execute target operation;
establishing network connection with equipment to be controlled according to the voice control command;
and controlling the equipment to be controlled to execute the target operation according to the voice control command.
Wherein, the method further comprises:
establishing network connection with the equipment to be controlled according to the voice control command, comprising:
acquiring an identifier of equipment to be controlled according to the voice control command;
matching to obtain the network address of the equipment to be controlled according to the identifier of the equipment to be controlled;
and establishing network connection with the equipment to be controlled according to the network address of the equipment to be controlled.
The method for controlling the equipment to be controlled to execute the target operation according to the voice control command comprises the following steps:
and sending a voice control command to the equipment to be controlled according to the network address of the equipment to be controlled.
The target operation comprises one or more of starting the device to be controlled, waking up the device to be controlled and outputting voice information.
And outputting the voice information comprises one or more of playing voice and displaying characters corresponding to the voice information.
Before acquiring the voice control command, the method further comprises the following steps:
searching candidate equipment to be controlled;
and configuring an identifier for each searched candidate device to be controlled.
The method for searching the candidate equipment to be controlled comprises the following steps:
obtaining candidate devices to be controlled by at least one of the following modes: scanning devices within a near field communication range, and acquiring devices sharing the same cloud account through a remote server;
acquiring address information of candidate equipment to be controlled;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and storing the identifier of the candidate device to be controlled and the address information of the candidate device to be controlled in an associated manner.
Wherein, the method further comprises:
and outputting the content in the voice control command.
Wherein the network connection comprises: wifi connection, bluetooth connection or Zigbee connection.

Claims (11)

1. A method of voice communication, comprising:
the control equipment acquires a voice control command, and the voice control command indicates the equipment to be controlled to execute target operation; the target operation comprises outputting voice information;
the control equipment establishes network connection with the equipment to be controlled according to the voice control command;
the control equipment controls the equipment to be controlled to execute the target operation according to the voice control command;
the establishing of the network connection with the device to be controlled according to the voice control command comprises: the control equipment acquires the identifier of the equipment to be controlled according to the voice control command; the control equipment obtains the network address of the equipment to be controlled through matching according to the identifier of the equipment to be controlled; the control equipment establishes network connection with the equipment to be controlled according to the network address of the equipment to be controlled;
the controlling the device to be controlled to execute the target operation according to the voice control command comprises: starting or awakening the equipment to be controlled according to the network address of the equipment to be controlled; acquiring voice information; sending the acquired voice information to the equipment to be controlled to instruct the equipment to be controlled to output the acquired voice information; and when receiving the voice information returned by the equipment to be controlled, displaying the returned voice information to a user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein outputting the voice information comprises one or more of playing the voice, displaying characters corresponding to the voice information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said obtaining the voice control command, the method further comprises:
searching candidate equipment to be controlled;
and configuring an identifier for each searched candidate device to be controlled.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the finding candidate devices to be controlled comprises:
obtaining candidate devices to be controlled by at least one of the following modes: scanning devices within a near field communication range, and acquiring devices sharing the same cloud account through a remote server;
acquiring address information of the candidate equipment to be controlled;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and storing the identifier of the candidate device to be controlled and the address information of the candidate device to be controlled in an associated manner.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and outputting the content in the voice control command.
6. A voice communication apparatus, the apparatus being applied to a control device, comprising:
the command acquisition module is configured to acquire a voice control command, and the voice control command indicates the equipment to be controlled to execute target operation; the target operation comprises outputting voice information;
the network establishing module is configured to establish network connection with the equipment to be controlled according to the voice control command;
the control module is configured to control the equipment to be controlled to execute the target operation according to the voice control command;
the network establishment module comprises:
the obtaining submodule is configured to obtain the identifier of the device to be controlled according to the voice control command;
the matching submodule is configured to match the network address of the device to be controlled according to the identifier of the device to be controlled;
the connection establishment submodule is configured to establish network connection with the equipment to be controlled according to the network address of the equipment to be controlled;
the control module includes:
the sending submodule is configured to start or wake up the equipment to be controlled according to the network address of the equipment to be controlled; acquiring voice information; sending the acquired voice information to the equipment to be controlled to instruct the equipment to be controlled to output the acquired voice information; and when receiving the voice information returned by the equipment to be controlled, displaying the returned voice information to a user.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein outputting the voice information comprises one or more of playing the voice, displaying characters corresponding to the voice information.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the searching module is configured to search candidate equipment to be controlled before the voice control command is acquired;
and the configuration module is configured to configure identifiers for each searched candidate device to be controlled.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the lookup module comprises:
the device acquisition submodule is configured to acquire candidate devices to be controlled in at least one of the following manners: scanning devices within a near field communication range, and acquiring devices sharing the same cloud account through a remote server;
the address acquisition submodule is configured to acquire address information of the candidate equipment to be controlled;
the device further comprises:
and the association module is configured to store the identifier of the candidate device to be controlled and the address information of the candidate device to be controlled in an associated manner.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
and the output module is configured to output the content in the voice control command.
11. A voice communication apparatus, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
the control equipment acquires a voice control command, and the voice control command indicates the equipment to be controlled to execute target operation; the target operation comprises outputting voice information;
the control equipment establishes network connection with the equipment to be controlled according to the voice control command;
the control equipment controls the equipment to be controlled to execute the target operation according to the voice control command;
the establishing of the network connection with the device to be controlled according to the voice control command comprises: the control equipment acquires the identifier of the equipment to be controlled according to the voice control command; the control equipment obtains the network address of the equipment to be controlled through matching according to the identifier of the equipment to be controlled; the control equipment establishes network connection with the equipment to be controlled according to the network address of the equipment to be controlled;
the controlling the device to be controlled to execute the target operation according to the voice control command comprises: starting or awakening the equipment to be controlled according to the network address of the equipment to be controlled; acquiring voice information; sending the acquired voice information to the equipment to be controlled to instruct the equipment to be controlled to output the acquired voice information; and when receiving the voice information returned by the equipment to be controlled, displaying the returned voice information to a user.
