Abstract
The invention discloses a Bluetooth-based scanning device, a management device and a system using the Bluetooth-based scanning device and the management device, wherein the device comprises a shell and a main control board arranged in the shell, the main control board comprises a central processing unit, a scanning module and a wireless communication circuit, the central processing unit is respectively connected with the scanning module and the wireless communication circuit through serial ports, the wireless communication circuit comprises a Bluetooth transceiver, the scanning module comprises a bar code scanning engine and/or a two-dimensional code scanning device, and the Bluetooth-based scanning device also comprises a power circuit for supplying power to the main control board. Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the existing problems, the invention provides a scanning device based on Bluetooth, which realizes the purposes of scanning bar codes and two-dimensional codes and analyzing the bar codes and the two-dimensional codes, and further transmits the scanned data to a purchase, sales and inventory management device by utilizing the Bluetooth, so that the time for updating a commodity database is improved, and the timeliness and the accuracy of a purchase, sales and inventory management system are improved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention provides a Bluetooth-based scanning device, which comprises a housing and a main control board disposed inside the housing, wherein the main control board comprises a central processing unit 1, a scanning module 2, and a wireless communication circuit 3, the central processing unit is respectively connected with the scanning module and the wireless communication circuit via serial ports, the wireless communication circuit comprises a Bluetooth transceiver, the scanning module comprises a barcode scanning engine 21 and/or a two-dimensional code scanning device 22,
and the power supply circuit 4 is used for supplying power to the main control panel.
The working principle is as follows: the invention realizes the identification and scanning of the bar code and the two-dimension code by using a bar code scanning engine and a two-dimension code scanning device, and the central processing unit acquires the scanning data and forwards the scanning data by using a Bluetooth protocol through a Bluetooth transceiver.
During specific implementation, the bluetooth protocol can selectively use low-power-consumption bluetooth protocols in different modes such as a bluetooth 2.0 mode, a bluetooth 4.0 mode and the like, so that the power consumption of scanning data transmission is reduced. Further, the power circuit implementation optionally comprises an AC/DC conversion circuit, a protection circuit and a battery pack which are connected with each other. The AC/DC conversion circuit is used for realizing the conversion of alternating current and direct current. The protection circuit is preset with a voltage threshold, whether the voltage of the battery pack is lower than the preset voltage threshold is judged in real time, if yes, a prompt is given to a user, the power supply is cut off, the battery is protected, and the service life of the battery is prolonged. Further, the battery pack may be optionally configured as a lithium battery, wherein the number of lithium batteries is at least 1. The standby time of the scanning equipment based on the Bluetooth is adjusted through the arrangement of at least one lithium battery. In specific implementation, the battery pack may also be configured as an alkali manganese battery, a zinc-manganese battery, a zinc-air battery, a zinc-mercury battery, a hydrogen-oxygen battery, a magnesium-manganese battery, or the like, and the type of the battery pack is not limited herein. Further, when the computer is implemented, a USB interface is optionally added on the shell and electrically connected with the central processing unit. The USB interface is arranged to realize connection with other equipment through a data line, so that data transmission is convenient. In specific implementation, other devices may optionally include a mobile phone, a pad, a notebook, a PC, and the like.
Further, in order to improve the automation and intelligence of the bluetooth-based scanning device of the present invention, in a specific implementation, as shown in fig. 2, the central processor is further optionally connected with an a/D converter 5, and the a/D converter is connected with a player 6 disposed on the housing. After the bar code or the two-dimensional code is identified and scanned by the scanning module, the data acquired by identification and scanning is subjected to digital-to-analog conversion by the central processing unit through the A/D converter, converted into voice information which can be understood by a user and played by the player, and the information of the current commodity is played in time by the user through the playing of the player, so that the user experience is provided. Further, a display screen connected with the central processing unit is optionally installed on the casing. The display is used for displaying the analog information converted by the A/D converter of the central processing unit, so that the intuitiveness of a user is improved.
The scanning device based on the Bluetooth realizes the transmission of scanning data by utilizing the Bluetooth, and in order to realize the data transmission by utilizing other wireless protocols, the wireless communication circuit in the embodiment optionally further comprises at least one of a wifi transceiver, an NFC transceiver, a lora transceiver and a zigbee transceiver. Furthermore, when the wireless communication circuit includes at least one of the NFC transceiver, the lora transceiver, and the zigbee transceiver, a protocol converter may be optionally added, and the NFC transceiver, the lora transceiver, or the zigbee transceiver is connected to the protocol converter, so as to achieve the purpose of performing data transmission with different protocols by using the protocol converter.
Further, among the above-mentioned scanning equipment based on bluetooth, the optional camera, the analytic chip of two-dimensional code of installing on the casing of two-dimensional code scanning device, the camera passes through the FPC circuit board and is connected with the analytic chip of two-dimensional code, and the analytic chip of two-dimensional code is connected with central processing unit. The invention realizes the purpose of conveniently replacing the camera or the two-dimensional code analysis chip by arranging the FPC circuit board, and simultaneously reduces the cost.
