Abstract
本发明公开了一种红外线应急吸顶灯,它涉及灯具技术领域;安装板的顶端均匀的安装有数个弹簧减震柱,弹簧减震柱的上端安装有绝缘支撑垫,安装壳的内部安装有反光板,反光板的内部安装有LED光源,PCB板上安装有散热器,且散热器的另一面与LED光源的上表面相接触,两个红外感应器分别安装在安装壳底部的两端,安装壳底部的中间安装有透光罩壳,充电器通过导线与蓄电池的充电端连接,蓄电池的放电端通过导线与PCB板的电源端连接,两个红外线感应器分别通过信号线与PCB板的信号接收端连接,PCB板的控制端通过导线与LED光源连接;本发明便于实现快速安装与拆卸,且安装后能实现减震,延长使用寿命,提高了散热性。

本发明涉及一种红外线应急吸顶灯,属于灯具技术领域。
背景技术:
现有的应急灯均为断电即亮,其浪费时间与电能,而且缩短使用寿命,效率低。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种红外线应急吸顶灯。
本发明的一种红外线应急吸顶灯,它包含安装板、弹簧减震柱、绝缘支撑垫、安装壳、密封圈、充电器、蓄电池、PCB板、反光板、LED光源、红外线感应器、散热器;安装板的顶端均匀的安装有数个弹簧减震柱,弹簧减震柱的上端安装有绝缘支撑垫,安装板的内部分别安装有充电器与蓄电池,安装壳的外表面设置有密封圈,且安装壳通过螺栓安装在安装板的安装槽内,安装壳的内部安装有反光板,反光板的内部安装有LED光源,PCB板安装在安装板的底部,PCB板上安装有散热器,且散热器的另一面与LED光源的上表面相接触,两个红外感应器分别安装在安装壳底部的两端,安装壳底部的中间安装有透光罩壳,充电器通过导线与蓄电池的充电端连接,蓄电池的放电端通过导线与PCB板的电源端连接,两个红外线感应器分别通过信号线与PCB板的信号接收端连接,PCB板的控制端通过导线与LED光源连接。
作为优选,所述的弹簧减震柱由橡胶柱与减震弹簧组成,橡胶柱的内部设置有安装孔,减震弹簧设置在安装孔内。
作为优选,所述的散热器为蜂窝式散热器。
本发明的有益效果为:便于实现快速安装与拆卸,且安装后能实现减震,延长使用寿命,提高了散热性。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过附图中示出的具体实施例来描述本发明。但是应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含安装板1、弹簧减震柱2、绝缘支撑垫3、安装壳4、密封圈5、充电器6、蓄电池7、PCB板8、反光板9、LED光源10、红外线感应器11、散热器12;安装板1的顶端均匀的安装有数个弹簧减震柱2,弹簧减震柱2的上端安装有绝缘支撑垫3,安装板1的内部分别安装有充电器6与蓄电池7,安装壳4的外表面设置有密封圈5,且安装壳4通过螺栓安装在安装板1的安装槽内,安装壳4的内部安装有反光板9,反光板9的内部安装有LED光源10,PCB板8安装在安装板1的底部,PCB板8上安装有散热器12,且散热器12的另一面与LED光源10的上表面相接触,两个红外感应器11分别安装在安装壳4底部的两端,安装壳4底部的中间安装有透光罩壳,充电器6通过导线与蓄电池7的充电端连接,蓄电池7的放电端通过导线与PCB板8的电源端连接,两个红外线感应器11分别通过信号线与PCB板8的信号接收端连接,PCB板8的控制端通过导线与LED光源10连接。
进一步的,所述的弹簧减震柱2由橡胶柱与减震弹簧组成,橡胶柱的内部设置有安装孔,减震弹簧设置在安装孔内。
进一步的,所述的散热器12为蜂窝式散热器。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:安装时,通过安装板1上的安装孔进行安装,安装后通过绝缘支撑垫3支撑在墙面上,弹簧减震柱2实现支撑与减震,使用过程中能有效的延长使用寿命,市电与充电器6连接,充电器6为220V转24V智能充电器,且为脉冲充电模式,充电器为蓄电池充电,蓄电池为24V,蓄电池为PCB板提供电能,PCB板为市售PCB板体,红外线感应器11将信号传输给PCB板,由PCB板控制LED光源10的亮与熄灭,能有效的延长使用寿命,同时采用散热器为PCB板与LED光源散热,使得内部温度低,提高稳定性,安装壳4采用密封圈5进行安装,保证连接处的密封性。

1.一种红外线应急吸顶灯,其特征在于:它包含安装板、弹簧减震柱、绝缘支撑垫、安装壳、密封圈、充电器、蓄电池、PCB板、反光板、LED光源、红外线感应器、散热器;安装板的顶端均匀的安装有数个弹簧减震柱,弹簧减震柱的上端安装有绝缘支撑垫,安装板的内部分别安装有充电器与蓄电池,安装壳的外表面设置有密封圈,且安装壳通过螺栓安装在安装板的安装槽内,安装壳的内部安装有反光板,反光板的内部安装有LED光源,PCB板安装在安装板的底部,PCB板上安装有散热器,且散热器的另一面与LED光源的上表面相接触,两个红外感应器分别安装在安装壳底部的两端,安装壳底部的中间安装有透光罩壳,充电器通过导线与蓄电池的充电端连接,蓄电池的放电端通过导线与PCB板的电源端连接,两个红外线感应器分别通过信号线与PCB板的信号接收端连接,PCB板的控制端通过导线与LED光源连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红外线应急吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述的弹簧减震柱由橡胶柱与减震弹簧组成,橡胶柱的内部设置有安装孔,减震弹簧设置在安装孔内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种红外线应急吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述的散热器为蜂窝式散热器。
