技术领域
本发明属于地质勘探设备领域,具体来说,涉及一种活动式进水阀限位板。
背景技术
在地勘行业中,往复式泥浆泵是必不可少的设备,而往复式泥浆泵的进水阀限位板,在往复式泥浆泵的工作过程中起着很重要的作用;现有的进水阀限位板是焊接在往复式泥浆泵的缸盖上的,其结构如图1所示,包括进水阀限位板1、筋板2和缸盖3;这种结构在往复式泥浆泵工作的时候是没有任何问题的,但是往复式泥浆泵的弹簧和阀属于易损件,它们的更换比较频繁,当需要更换这两个部件时,这种结构就带来了麻烦,因为往复式泥浆泵的缸盖、弹簧和阀是相互套住的,想要将其取出,只能现将整个泵头部件从其他部件上拆下来,然后将弹簧压缩,并用适当工具将缸盖顶出,然后才能取出弹簧和阀。由此可见,当使用焊接式进水阀限位板时,更换往复式泥浆泵上的易损件弹簧或阀时相当麻烦。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种活动式进水阀限位板。
本发明的技术方案是:一种活动式进水阀限位板,包括进水阀限位板、限位顶板和缸盖;进水阀限位板的顶部有可供限位顶板卡入的凹槽;进水阀限位板、限位顶板和缸盖三者的连接方式均为非固定连接。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比较,本发明使得更换往复式泥浆泵易上的损件弹簧或阀的操作变得简单轻松,方便快捷。

具体实施方式
实施例
如图2所示,一种活动式进水阀限位板,包括进水阀限位板4、限位顶板5和缸盖3;进水阀限位板4的顶部有可供限位顶板5卡入的凹槽41;进水阀限位板4、限位顶板5和缸盖3三者之间的连接方式均为非固定连接。
安装弹簧和阀时,先将弹簧套在阀上,装入泵头中,再将进水阀限位板4装入泵头中与弹簧相互套住,并将弹簧适当压低,插入限位顶板5,使限位顶板5的下端落入到进水阀限位板4的凹槽41中,盖上缸盖3,安装完毕。拆卸时按上述过程反过来即可。当使用本发明的活动式进水阀限位板时,弹簧和阀无论是拆或装,都不需要将泵头部件从其他部件上拆下来,可进行操作,拆装过程简单轻松,方便快捷。
