本发明涉及精细化工产品制剂领域,具体为一种奶牛洗乳液的配方,包括(按质量百分比计),苯扎氯胺,表面活性剂,过氧化氢甘油,8%~10%的紫花苜蓿混合液,其中紫花苜蓿混合液中包含20wt%~30wt%的紫花苜蓿粉末、20wt%~30wt%的牛初乳,采用以下步骤制得:1)将紫花苜蓿混合液与过氧化氢、纯净水混合均匀并进行加热;2)当温度升至20℃时,保持搅拌,将苯扎氯胺及表面活性剂加入到1)的混合液中,恒温持续搅拌5分钟;3)保持搅拌,向步骤2)的产物中加入甘油,搅拌3分钟,静置得奶牛洗乳液,本发明可以有效的对奶牛乳房进行杀菌和消毒,而且可以有效的使清洗后的乳房对小牛犊产生吸引作用。

本发明涉及精细化工产品制剂领域,具体涉及一种奶牛洗乳液。
背景技术
牛奶有着非常高的营养,适合各个年龄段的人食用,现今大大小小的奶牛场,通过饲养奶牛来获取牛奶,但是为了得到质量较高的牛奶,保护奶牛乳房免遭细菌和疾病的侵害就成了重中之重,必须将奶牛乳房的保护设施进行完善,使得在奶牛的饲养过程中,可以有效的阻止乳房上的细菌进入原奶中,污染牛奶,影响牛奶的品质,也能够有效的防止乳房因为细菌等微生物的滋长而遭受疾病的损伤。
传统的奶牛乳房清洗方式一般是在挤奶之前用清水或纸巾擦拭,并进行消毒,这种普通的清洗无法除掉一些皮肤上附着能力较强的污垢和细菌,使得在挤奶时由于挤压奶牛乳房的动作而造成细菌和污垢随着挤压掉入原奶中,污染牛奶的质量,而且目前大多数的牧场或者奶农都是在挤奶前后使用药浴液来清洗奶牛乳房,但是普通的药浴液存在清洁污垢的能力较差和药味较重这两个缺点,当奶牛乳房上有各种污渍的时候,普通的药浴液产品杀菌效果就会变差,导致杀菌不完全;奶牛生出小奶牛之后,刚出生的小奶牛需要母奶牛进行直接哺乳才能健康的成长,但是普通的药浴液为了杀菌会存在很重的药味,导致小奶牛为因为厌恶药味而不喜欢吮吸母奶牛乳房,无法正常进食。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种奶牛洗乳液,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种奶牛洗乳液,包括(按质量百分比计),
苯扎氯胺,含量为5%~12%;
表面活性剂,其为烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇硫酸钠及十二烷基硫酸钠以2:3:
3质量份组成,所述表面活性剂含量为10%~20%;
过氧化氢,含量为5%~12%;
甘油,含量为10%~22%;
8%~10%的紫花苜蓿混合液;
余量为纯净水;
其中紫花苜蓿混合液中包含20wt%~30wt%的紫花苜蓿粉末、20wt%~
30wt%的牛初乳、其余为纯净水。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的配方更加简单,包括苯扎氯胺、表面活性剂、过氧化氢、甘油、紫花苜蓿混合液和纯净水,以上几种物质通过低温加热和简单的搅拌后得到洗乳液,十分方便配制;本配方中苯扎氯胺与表面活性剂复配能够产生大量洗涤性泡沫,可以有效的将奶牛乳房以及周围的皮肤进行清洗,而且泡沫可以将深层的细菌脱离出来,有效的完成清洗任务;过氧化氢具有良好的消毒作用,可以进一步的将脱离出来的细菌等污染物消除掉,也能进一步对奶牛乳房进行消毒;甘油可以对奶牛乳房进行润滑保护,防止乳房干裂,减小乳房裂开的几率;紫花苜蓿混合液中含有紫花苜蓿粉末和牛初乳,紫花苜蓿植物对于奶牛来说,是其非常喜欢的食物,营养价值很高,而且紫花苜蓿植物本身具有奶牛很喜欢的香气,不会使小奶牛对洗乳液洗后的乳房产生排斥行为,加入的牛初乳会让小牛犊更加喜欢去吮吸清洗完的母奶牛的乳房,十分有效。

一种奶牛洗乳液,包括(按质量百分比计),
5%的苯扎氯胺;
表面活性剂,其为烷基苯磺酸、脂肪醇硫酸钠及十二烷基硫酸钠以2:3:3质量份组成,所述表面活性剂含量为10%;
过氧化氢,含量为5%;
甘油,含量为10%;
8%的紫花苜蓿混合液;
余量为纯净水;

实施例四
杀菌效果实验:
首先配制好浓度为1×108cfu/mL~3×108cfu/mL实验用菌悬液,实际作用时菌悬液浓度为1×107cfu/mL。
实验分为两组,组别1为实验组,组别2为对比组。
组别1:取消毒实验用无菌试管,加入0.5ml上述实验用菌悬液,再加入0.5ml有机干扰物质,混合均匀后置于20℃水浴中5min,然后使用无菌吸管吸取上述实施例1中的奶牛洗乳液4.0ml加入到菌悬液中,迅速混合并且计时。待实验用悬菌液与奶牛洗乳液相互作用至30s后,吸取0.5mL实验悬菌液与奶牛洗乳液的混合液加于4.5mL中和剂中并混匀,实验悬菌液与奶牛洗乳液的混合液在加入中和剂作用10min后,使用无菌吸管吸取1.0mL样液,按活菌培养计数方法测定存活菌数,一个无菌吸管接种两个平皿,如果平皿上生长的菌落数较多时,可进行系列10倍稀释后,再进行活菌培养计数。
组别2:用标准硬水代替奶牛洗乳液,进行平行实验,作为实验对照。上述两组实验均在37℃的温箱中进行,48h后结束并观察结果,并且计算出两组的活菌浓度(cfu/mL),然后换算为对数值,再通过公式:灭菌对数值=组别2中菌数对数值—组别1中菌数对数值,从而计算出结果,结果如表1所示:

参考表1中细菌杀灭对数值的结果,当细菌杀灭对数值大于等于5时,消毒结果为合格,所以可见本发明实施例1所述的奶牛洗乳液杀菌效果显著。
实施例2和实施例3中所述奶牛洗乳液的杀菌效果与实施例1相同,分别通过进行上述实验得到实施例2与实施例3的细菌杀灭对数值均大于等于5,即杀菌效果一样显著。
实施例五
洗乳液吸引性实验:
首先挑选出40头健康的奶牛,然后在一间水泥屋子里放置有两个大小体积均相同的饮水槽,两个饮水槽中分别倒入2L的水,其中一号饮水槽中再加入1L上述实施例1所述的紫花苜蓿混合液,二号饮水槽中再加入1L水,然后将40头准备好的奶牛依次牵入水泥屋子中,观察40头奶牛饮水时选择饮水槽的情况,结果如表2所示:

参考表2中选择不同饮水槽奶牛数量的结果,可见本发明实施例1中的紫花苜蓿混合液具有独特的吸引奶牛的作用,在其加入水中之后可以有效的吸引奶牛去饮用,紫花苜蓿混合液中有紫花苜蓿粉末和牛初乳,两者均有着独特的香味,所以当奶牛洗乳液中配制有紫花苜蓿混合液,可以在对奶牛乳房清洗之后,依旧对小牛犊有吸引功效,使得小牛犊不会对清洗后的奶牛乳房产生排斥,可以验证出紫花苜蓿混合液具有吸引奶牛的味道。
实施例2和实施例3中所述奶牛洗乳液与实施例1相同,分别通过进行上述实验得到实施例2与实施例3中选择一号饮水槽的奶牛数量均为38,即香味吸引效果显著。
