一种助行轮椅脚踏板高度调节机构,由脚踏板(1)、踏板塞(2)、踏板轴(3)、下支撑杆(4)、锁紧螺钉(5)、上支撑杆(6)、下铰接件(7)和上铰接件(8)组成,所述的脚踏板(1)通过踏板塞()2固定在踏板轴(3)上,所述踏板轴(3)与下支撑杆(4)焊接,其特征在于:所述的锁紧螺钉(5)穿过下支撑杆螺纹孔(9)和上支撑杆螺纹孔(10)将下支撑杆(4)套接在上支撑杆(6)内。本发明,结构简单,强度高,稳定性好,可以进行线性调节脚踏板的高度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种助行轮椅,特别是关于一种助行轮椅脚踏板高度调节机构。
背景技术
助行轮椅可以通过器械的支撑,让腿脚不方便的老人及腿脚不灵活甚至失去行走能力的人能够自理,能够和正常人一样外出散步。可见,助行轮椅对于行走不便的人们而言,是很好的辅助使用工具,助行轮椅是为腿脚不方便的老年人和残疾人所设计的代步工具,为行动不便的人提供了可以出行的机会。脚踏板通常是助行轮椅除轮子外位置最低的部件,助行轮椅的通过性如何和脚踏板高度有着至关重要的联系,然而,由于实际使用中各种不同环境的需要,脚踏板也不能设置得过高,例如,在写字台上写字,如果脚踏板过高,会使脚不容易放置于书桌下;人体身高也不尽相同,脚踏板高度固定,会影响乘坐舒适性;因此,电动轮椅的脚踏板高度需要根据实际情况调节其高度,现有技术中,脚踏板高度调节机构较为复杂且调整范围较小,难调整到合适的舒适度。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种助行轮椅脚踏板高度调节机构,其结构简单,稳定性好,可以进行线性调节脚踏板的高度。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种助行轮椅脚踏板高度调节机构,由脚踏板、踏板塞、踏板轴、下支撑杆、锁紧螺钉、上支撑杆、下铰接件和上铰接件组成,所述的脚踏板通过踏板塞固定在踏板轴上,所述踏板轴与下支撑杆焊接,其特征在于:所述的锁紧螺钉穿过下支撑杆螺纹孔和上支撑杆螺纹孔将下支撑杆套接在上支撑杆内。
所述的上支撑杆上开有通孔,通孔直径与下支撑杆的外径相等,且二者之间为间隙配合。
所述的上支撑杆和下支撑杆内的通孔上端均开设有上支撑杆螺纹和下支撑杆螺纹。
本发明,结构简单,强度高,稳定性好,可以进行线性调节脚踏板的高度。

具体实施方式
由图1和图2知,本发明一种助行轮椅脚踏板高度调节机构,由脚踏板1、踏板轴3、踏板塞2、下支撑杆4、锁紧螺钉5、上支撑杆6、下铰接件7、上铰接件8组成,所述脚踏板1一端开有通孔套在所述踏板轴3上,并用踏板塞2进行固定,所述踏板轴3与下支撑杆4焊接,上支撑杆6为内部开设有通孔,所述下支撑杆4从下往上方向套在所述上支撑杆6的通孔内部,上支撑杆6顶部设置有上铰接件8和下铰接件7,以此固定在助行轮椅车车架上,所述上支撑杆6内部通孔分为上下两部分,上部分孔内径较小并加工有上支撑杆螺纹10,上支撑杆6内部通孔下部分孔内径较大,与下支撑杆4外径相等,二者之间为间隙配合,使得下支撑杆4可以在上支撑杆6内部上下移动,实现踏板高度可以根据实际需要线性调节;所述下支撑杆4内部通孔分为上下两部分,上部分通孔较小并加工有下支撑杆螺纹9,上支撑杆6内部通孔内径较大;所述上支撑杆6与下支撑杆4通过从下往上贯穿的锁紧螺钉5进行固定,所述上支撑杆内螺纹10与所述下支撑杆内螺纹9与锁紧螺钉5可以匹配,当调整锁紧螺钉5时可以调整下支撑杆4位于上支撑杆6内部的长度,进而调整脚踏板1高度。
由图2知,上支撑杆6和下支撑杆4内部通孔分为上下两部分,上支撑杆上部分的螺纹孔和下支撑杆上部分螺纹孔长度均宜为整个通孔长度的1/4-1/3,螺纹的长度并不是越长越好,一方面会影响脚踏板的调节高度,另一方面也会增加制造成本。

1.一种助行轮椅脚踏板高度调节机构,由脚踏板(1)、踏板塞(2)、踏板轴(3)、下支撑杆(4)、锁紧螺钉(5)、上支撑杆(6)、下铰接件(7)和上铰接件(8)组成,所述的脚踏板(1)通过踏板塞()2固定在踏板轴(3)上,所述踏板轴(3)与下支撑杆(4)焊接,其特征在于:所述的锁紧螺钉(5)穿过下支撑杆螺纹孔(9)和上支撑杆螺纹孔(10)将下支撑杆(4)套接在上支撑杆(6)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种助行轮椅脚踏板高度调节机构,其特征在于:所述的上支撑杆(6)上开有通孔,通孔直径与下支撑杆(4)的外径相等,且二者之间为间隙配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种助行轮椅脚踏板高度调节机构,其特征在于:所述的上支撑杆(6)和下支撑杆(4)内的通孔上端均开设有上支撑杆螺纹(10)和下支撑杆螺纹(9)。
