When the lower incisors of the patient are occluded with the plane guide plate, the plane guide plate is positioned 2-3mm in the root of the incisal margin of the upper anterior teeth (middle incisors), the width in the proximal-distal direction is 8-10mm, the width in the sagittal direction is 3-4mm, and the thickness is 1-1.5 mm.
(3) An attachment part corresponding to the lateral surface of the cuspid tooth tongue is designed, the arc main body of the bracket is semicircular, the diameter of the arc main body is 1.5-2mm, the arc main body is 0.5-1mm away from a mucous membrane, and the midpoint of the arc main body is vertically positioned in the root direction of the upper cuspid tooth root. The arc main body is provided with traction small columns in the direction close to the middle occlusal direction at positions 1-1.5mm away from the left and right of the midpoint of the arc main body respectively, the length is 3-4mm, and the diameter is 0.5-0.8 mm. In this way, mandibular distraction and canine distal movement can be achieved simultaneously.
(6) After the maxillary canine teeth move backwards and the anterior teeth are scattered in gaps, the upper anterior teeth are fixedly corrected (in the process, the device is not detached). The bonding brackets in the anterior dental area are aligned using niti wires. After the anterior teeth are aligned, the six anterior teeth of the upper jaw are stably connected, and finally the whole adduction of the six anterior teeth of the upper jaw is realized. In the process of adduction of the upper jaw, the lower jaw is treated correspondingly, the lower jaw is aligned and leveled as soon as possible, and the lower front teeth are taken as a whole, so that the side effect on the lower front teeth is reduced.
