Abstract

本发明涉及一种玉米用匀穗壮秆调节剂,其由以下百分重量原料组成:乙烯利25‑40%;芸苔素内酯0.0003‑0.0005%;浓缩糖蜜发酵液15‑25%;壳聚糖0.5‑1.5%;维生素C 3‑8%;pH调节剂1‑10%;表面活性剂1‑3%;水余量。本发明中各成分协同作用,功效相辅相成,在增强玉米根系活力,延缓后期叶片衰老,促进果穗发育,植株矮化,茎粗,纤维素含量高,增强茎秆韧性,在大风天气里对照倒伏率大大降低,有效解决了单独应用乙烯利造成的雄穗发育不良,果穗变小、秃尖瘪粒增多和授粉不良等副作用;此外,本发明还提供了该玉米用匀穗壮秆调节剂的制备方法。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种调节剂,具体涉及一种玉米用匀穗壮秆调节剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
玉米是重要的粮食作物,是畜牧业发展的支柱,在工业加工中的地位越来越突出。但是倒伏是其生产过程中的重大难题,虽然乙烯利农药在玉米抗倒伏中作为单剂使用,可以降低玉米株高,防止倒伏,但却存在影响雄穗发育,易产生穗小、秃尖瘪粒增多和授粉不良等副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种玉米用匀穗壮秆调节剂及其制备方法,其在防止玉米倒伏、匀穗壮秆、保证玉米产量上效果显著。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
技术方案一:
一种玉米用匀穗壮秆调节剂,其由以下百分重量的原料组成:

一种玉米用匀穗壮秆调节剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按配方比例称取各原料,将pH调节剂和水混合均匀后得溶剂;然后将芸苔素内酯、壳聚糖分别用配置好的溶剂溶解;
步骤二、将乙烯利、溶解后的芸苔素内酯和溶解后的壳聚糖依次加入步骤一配置好的溶剂中,搅拌20min后,边搅拌边加入浓缩糖蜜发酵液和表面活性剂,搅拌至分散均匀后,用水补足,继续搅拌20min;即得调节剂A;调节剂A的配制过程中pH≤3;
步骤三、将称取的维生素C单独包装,得调节剂B;
步骤四、使用前,将调节剂B加入调节剂A中,摇晃10min,至混合均匀,即得。
进一步的,所述搅拌的转速为3000~4000转/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明所取得的有益效果如下:
乙烯利可以矮化玉米株高,促进根系发育,抗倒伏,但果穗发育也明显受抑制;芸苔素内酯促进玉米果穗,浓缩糖蜜发酵液中富含的腐殖酸、有机质、氨基酸及氮、磷、钾等植物所需的中微量元素,更含有在发酵过程中产生的未知生长因子,促进玉米果穗的生长发育,并为其提供营养,维生素C提高了玉米的抗逆性,降低了乙烯利对果穗的影响,壳聚糖是天然的植物营养促长剂,既能给植物杀虫,抗病,起到肥料的作用,又能分解土壤中动植物残体及微量金属元素,从而转化为植物的营养素,增强植物免疫力,促进植物的健康;表面活性剂不仅作为助剂应用于本发明调节剂中,还可以对乙烯利、芸苔素内酯起到增效作用;本发明采用乙酸作为pH调节剂,使本发明调节剂在配制过程中以及配置好的调节剂均能保持pH≤3,起到防止乙烯利和维生素C失效的作用,此外,还可以采用其它如磷酸、柠檬酸等pH调节剂;本发明中各成分协同作用,功效相辅相成,在增强玉米根系活力,延缓后期叶片衰老,促进果穗发育,植株矮化,茎粗,纤维素含量高,增强茎杆韧性,在大风天气里对照倒伏率大大降低,有效解决了单独应用乙烯利造成的雄穗发育不良,果穗变小、秃尖瘪粒增多和授粉不良等副作用。

浓缩糖蜜发酵液:购自济南鑫雅化工有限公司。
实施例1
组方:
制备方法如下:
步骤一、按配方比例称取各原料,将pH调节剂和水混合均匀后得溶剂(该步骤所用水的量低于配方中所需水的总量);然后将芸苔素内酯、壳聚糖分别用配置好的溶剂溶解;
步骤二、将乙烯利、溶解后的芸苔素内酯和溶解后的壳聚糖依次加入步骤一配置好的溶剂中,搅拌20min后,边搅拌边加入浓缩糖蜜发酵液和表面活性剂,搅拌至分散均匀后,用水补足至100%,继续搅拌20min;即得调节剂A;调节剂A的配制过程中pH≤3;
步骤三、将称取的维生素C单独包装,得调节剂B;
步骤四、使用前,将调节剂B加入步骤二制得的调节剂A中,摇晃10min至混合均匀,即得。

乙烯利 30%;
pH调节剂(本实施例采用乙酸) 5%;
水 余量。
制备方法如下:
按上述比例称取各原料,先将pH调节剂和水混合均匀后得溶剂(该步骤所用水的量低于配方中所需水的总量);然后将芸苔素内酯、壳聚糖分别用配置好的溶剂溶解;再将乙烯利原液和配置好的溶剂于3500转/min搅拌20min至混合均匀后,用水补足100%,继续搅拌20min,即得;整个配制过程中pH≤3。
对比例2:
组方:
制备方法如下:
步骤一、按配方比例称取各原料,先将pH调节剂和水混合均匀后得溶剂(该步骤所用水的量低于配方中所需水的总量);然后将芸苔素内酯用配置好的溶剂溶解;
步骤二、将乙烯利和溶解好的芸苔素内酯依次加入步骤一配置好的溶剂中,于3500转/min搅拌20min至分散均匀后,用水补足100%,继续搅拌20min;即得;整个配制过程中pH≤3。
效果例1:
选取河北石家庄无极县的玉米地,将其划分为5个区块,分别于于玉米大喇叭口后期,抽雄穗前一周,给玉米喷施实施例1~3和对比例1~2中制得的调节剂,喷施时,每100g调节剂兑6公斤清水,以一秒钟一步的速度,一次两垅,均匀喷洒在一亩(667平方米)玉米的上部叶片上。与对比例1使用单剂乙烯利相比,对比例2茎杆增粗2.3%,产量增加5.6%;实施例1茎杆增粗3.2%,产量增加8.7%;实施例2茎杆增粗2.9%,产量增加7.1%;实施例3茎杆增粗3.5%,产量增加8.9%;由此可知,本发明中各成分协同作用,功效相辅相成,在增强玉米根系活力,延缓后期叶片衰老,促进果穗发育,植株矮化,茎粗,纤维素含量高,增强茎杆韧性,在大风天气里对照倒伏率大大降低,有效解决了单独应用乙烯利造成的雄穗发育不良,果穗变小、秃尖瘪粒增多和授粉不良等副作用,增加了产量。

步骤二、将乙烯利、溶解后的芸苔素内酯和溶解后的壳聚糖依次加入步骤一配置好的溶剂中,搅拌20min后,边搅拌边加入浓缩糖蜜发酵液和表面活性剂,搅拌至分散均匀后,用水补足,继续搅拌20min;即得调节剂A;调节剂A的配制过程中pH≤3;
步骤三、将称取的维生素C单独包装,得调节剂B;
步骤四、使用前,将调节剂B加入调节剂A中,摇晃10min,至混合均匀,即得。
