Abstract

一种实用开关电源包括:电源滤波电路、输入整流滤波电路、功率变换电路、启动电路、控制电路、输出整流滤波电路和电压取样反馈电路。其中功率变换电路高频变压器一次绕组输入端只与输入整流滤波电路另一输出端连接,而高频变压器一次绕组输出端则与功率开关管漏极相连接,从该端到地之间接有功率开关管截止时产生的浪涌电压缓冲电路,缓冲电路由电容与电阻串联构成,电容一端接功率开关管漏极,电容另一端与电阻串联再从该端接功率开关管源极,电阻另一端接地,以使所述功率开关管从截止转为导通时工作电流流过该电阻。控制电路则依据电压电流变化信号,有效控制功率开关管有序工作。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种开关电源,尤其是涉及一种用于功率开关管安全保护的实用开关电源。
背景技术
目前为克服功率开关管从导通转为截止时产生的浪涌电压,通常是在高频变压器一次绕组两端,并联由阻容元件和超快恢复二极管组成的钳位电路,由于元件多、结构复杂导致一致性下降,可靠性不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种实用开关电源,它与现有技术相比,结构简单、可靠性高,能使功率开关管由导通转为截止时,有效吸收浪涌电压;还能在功率开关管由截止转为导通时,工作电流出现异常时进行控制;使功率开关管免受损害。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的实用开关电源包括:电源滤波电路、输入整流滤波电路、功率变换电路、启动电路、控制电路、输出整流滤波电路和电压取样反馈电路。
市电经电源滤波电路送输入整流滤波电路后分成两路:一路经启动电路送控制电路电源端使其启动,另一路送功率变换电路高频变压器一次绕组输入端,电路正常后,转由功率变换电路一输出端向控制电路电源端供电,功率变换电路另一输出端经输出整流滤波电路一路供直流输出,另一路经电压取样反馈电路到控制电路电压反馈端;其特征是:所述功率变换电路高频变压器一次绕组输入端只与输入整流滤波电路另一输出端连接,而高频变压器一次绕组输出端则与功率开关管漏极相接,从该端到地之间接有功率开关管截止时产生的浪涌电压缓冲电路,该缓冲电路由电容与电阻串联构成,电容一端接功率开关管漏极,电容另一端与电阻串联再从该端接功率开关管源极,电阻另一端接地,以使所述功率开关管从截止转为导通时工作电流流过该电阻,该电阻上的电流压降信号由功率变换电路输出、送到控制电路过流检测端,控制电路则依据电压反馈电路的电压信号、功率开关管源极电阻上的电流信号,输出控制信号到功率变换电路的功率开关管的栅极电路,使功率开关管始终保持有序工作。
本发明的有益效果是:功率变换电路结构简单可靠,仅用电容电阻有效吸收浪涌电压、又用该电阻兼做异常电流检测、有效控制异常电流,成本低、效率高,容易实施。

具体实施方式
图1包括:市电Ac、电源滤波电路、输入整流滤波电路、启动电路供控制电路启动、功率变换电路、输出整流滤波电路、直流输出电源Dc和电压取样反馈电路,在功率变换电路中高频变压器T一次绕组NP、次级输出绕组Ns、副绕组Nf是控制电路工作电源,功率开关管Vt漏极D、源极S,电阻Rp和电容Cp并联端与高频变压器一次绕组Np输入端A连接、该端还与输入整流滤波电路另一输出端连接,超快恢复二极管Vd负端串联在电阻Rp和电容Cp并联的另一端、超快恢复二极管Vd正端接高频变压器T一次绕组Np输出端B,该端B还连接功率开关管Vt漏极D;功率开关管Vt源极S接地、栅极与控制电路输出端连接。
图2是本发明实用开关电源。与现有技术图1所示开关电源区别在于高频变压器T一次绕组Np输入端A,只与输入整流滤波电路另一输出端连接;功率开关管Vt漏极D与高频变压器T一次绕组Np输出端B连接,从该端到地之间接有功率开关管截止时产生的浪涌电压缓冲电路,缓冲电路由电容与电阻串联构成,其中电容Cv一端与该端相连;电容Cv另一端与电阻Rs串联再从该端接功率开关管源极S,电阻Rs另一端接地;缓冲电路中电容、电阻可以是一只或几只串、并组成,功率开关管可以是功率场效应管,也可以是双极型晶体管。

Claims (3)

1.一种实用开关电源,包括电源滤波电路、输入整流滤波电路、功率变换电路、启动电路、控制电路、输出整流滤波电路和电压取样反馈电路,其特征是:高频变压器的一次绕组输入端只与输入整流滤波电路另一输出端连接,而高频变压器一次绕组输出端则与功率开关管漏极相连接,从该端到地之间接有浪涌电压缓冲电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的实用开关电源,其中所述的浪涌电压缓冲电路由电容与电阻串联构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的实用开关电源,其中所述的电容与电阻串联构成,电容一端接功率开关管漏极,电容另一端与电阻串联再从该端接功率开关管源极,电阻另一端接地。
