技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体的说,涉及了一种抗老化绝缘电缆及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的快速发展,各行各业得到了迅速发展,特别是电力、通信、交通、城建房地产等行业得到了高速发展,在这些行业中各种电缆得到了广泛应用,现在对电缆的要求越来越高,对电缆的抗老化性能、耐磨性能具有严格的要求,而传统的电缆在抗老化性能和耐磨性能上很难满足现在的使用要求,尤其是在需要防水、阻燃,同时需要移动拖拽的场合,急需要一种新型的电缆来满足这些要求。
为了解决以上存在的问题,人们一直在寻求一种理想的技术解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构设计合理、具有较高的抗拉强度、高的耐候性能且制作工艺简单的抗老化绝缘电缆及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种抗老化绝缘电缆,包括镀锡无氧铜丝线芯和设置在所述镀锡无氧铜丝线芯上由内而外依次分布的硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层、阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层、玄武岩纤维布带加强的隔热阻燃加强层、镀锌铝带铠装层、镀锡铜丝屏蔽层、2-氨基-5-(对-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑稀土金属有机配合物改性聚乙烯抗辐射层和分子量为300万~400万的耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层;
其中,在所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层的外壁上还设置有向外延伸的肋状凸起,在所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层外包绕有兼作穿管的保护套管,且所述保护套管内壁、所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层外壁、以及肋状凸起侧壁之间形成空腔。
基于上述,所述硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层的横截面由多个实心扇形拼合而成。
基于上述,所述镀锡无氧铜丝线芯形状为由多根镀锡无氧铜丝铰合成的圆柱状结构。
基于上述,在所述阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层的内部还均匀排布一圈镀锌钢绞线材质的抗拉加强芯。
基于上述,所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层是由分子量为300万~400万的超高分子量聚乙烯颗粒和作为耐磨内衬的碳化硅高硬度耐磨材料混炼制得的。
基于上述,所述2-氨基-5-(对-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑稀土金属有机配合物改性聚乙烯抗辐射层材料是将2-氨基-5-(对-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑稀土金属有机配合物和聚乙烯颗粒进行混炼得到的;所述阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层材料是将聚醚砜材料与无机阻燃剂混炼得到的。
本发明还提供一种抗老化绝缘电缆的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
将多根镀锡无氧铜丝铰合成呈圆柱状的镀锡无氧铜丝线芯;
采用电缆挤出机依次在所述镀锡无氧铜丝线芯上包裹一层硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层和阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层;
依次在阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层表面通过机械包裹由玄武岩纤维布带加强的隔热阻燃加强层、镀锌铝带铠装层和镀锡铜丝屏蔽层;
在所述镀锡铜丝屏蔽层表面包裹2-氨基-5-(对-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑稀土金属有机配合物改性聚乙烯抗辐射层和分子量为300万~400万的带有肋状凸起的耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层;
最后在所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层的外壁套装粘结一层保护套管,从而制得所述抗老化绝缘电缆。
基于上述,所述抗老化绝缘电缆的制备方法还包括以下步骤:在所述硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层表面形成所述阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层时,首先将多根抗拉加强芯均匀排布固定在所述硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层外侧表面,然后采用电缆挤出机在所述硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层外侧表面形成一层内部包含所述抗拉加强芯的所述阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层。

进一步讲,在所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层的外壁上设置所述保护套管,使得电缆挤出时就具有了兼作穿管的保护套管,不需另外再穿管就可直接敷设,从而提高了工作效率高。本发明还提供一种制备所述抗老化绝缘电缆的方法,该方法步骤简单、易于工业化生产。

其中,在所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层8的外壁上还设有向外延伸的肋状凸起10,在所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层8外包绕有兼作穿管的保护套管11,且所述保护套管11的内壁、所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层8的外壁、以及肋状凸起10侧壁之间形成空腔12。
优选地,为了增加电缆的内部结构稳定性,本发明的所述硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层2的横截面由三个实心扇形拼合而成,且所述镀锡无氧铜丝线芯1由多根镀锡无氧铜丝铰合而成呈圆柱状的镀锡无氧铜丝线芯。
本发明通过在所述镀锡无氧铜丝线芯上合理设计各保护层,使得所述抗老化绝缘电缆的镀锡无氧铜丝线芯与外界完全隔离,提高了电缆的阻燃性能,可有效避免因电缆气火发生的火灾事故,提高了电缆使用的安全性能。所述镀锌铝带铠装层5、所述镀锡铜丝屏蔽层6、所述2-氨基-5-(对-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑稀土金属有机配合物改性聚乙烯抗辐射层7可协同提高电缆的耐候性能和屏蔽性能。所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层8具有较高的耐磨性能,提高了该抗老化绝缘电缆的表面抗腐蚀和抗机械破坏性能。
同时在所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层8的外壁上设置所述保护套管11,使得电缆挤出时就具有了兼作穿管的保护套管,不需另外再穿管就可直接敷设,从而提高了工作效率高。

然后采用电缆挤出机依次在所述镀锡无氧铜丝线芯1上包裹一层所述硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层2和所述阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层3;并依次在所述阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层3表面通过机械包裹由玄武岩纤维布带加强的隔热阻燃加强层4、镀锌铝带铠装层5和镀锡铜丝屏蔽层6;
最后采用电缆挤出机依次在所述镀锡铜丝屏蔽层6表面包裹所述2-氨基-5-(对-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑稀土金属有机配合物改性聚乙烯抗辐射层7和分子量为300万~400万的带有所述肋状凸起10的耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层8;并在所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层8的外壁套装粘结所述保护套管,从而制得所述抗老化绝缘电缆。
实施例2
如图2所示,本实施例提供一种抗老化绝缘电缆,具体结构与实施例1中的抗老化绝缘电缆结构大致相同,不同之处在于:本实施例中,在所述阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层3内部还均匀排布一圈镀锌钢绞线加工而成的抗拉加强芯9。
本实施例所述的抗老化绝缘电缆的制备方法与实施例1中的制备方法大致相同,不同之处在于:在所述硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层2形成所述阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层3时,首先将多根所述抗拉加强芯9均匀排布固定在所述硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层2外侧,然后采用电缆挤出机在所述硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层2外侧形成一层内部包含所述抗拉加强芯9的所述阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层3。

其中,在所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层的外壁上还设置有向外延伸的肋状凸起,在所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层外包绕有兼作穿管的保护套管,且所述保护套管内壁、所述耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层外壁、以及肋状凸起侧壁之间形成空腔。

采用电缆挤出机依次在所述镀锡无氧铜丝线芯上包裹一层硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘层和阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层;
依次在阻燃改性聚醚砜阻燃层表面通过机械包裹由玄武岩纤维布带加强的隔热阻燃加强层、镀锌铝带铠装层和镀锡铜丝屏蔽层;
在所述镀锡铜丝屏蔽层表面包裹2-氨基-5-(对-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑稀土金属有机配合物改性聚乙烯抗辐射层和分子量为300万~400万的带有肋状凸起的耐磨内衬超高分子量聚乙烯护套层;
