以上所述的生发育发口服固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各原料;
(2)在黑豆、黑米、枸杞、黑芝麻和核桃中加入2~3倍重量份的水,浸泡5~10h,加热至沸腾,煮制10~40min,冷却,打浆,磨浆,磨好的浆液放入均质机中,均质后的浆液备用;
(3)在墨旱莲、女贞子、茯苓、分心木、黄精、川芎、当归、山药、侧柏叶、牡蛎、银杏叶和铁皮石斛中加入3~5倍重量份的水,浸泡20~24h,然后冰冻3~6h,再解冻,重复冰冻和解冻操作3~5次后,超声波提取20~40min,过滤,得中药提取液;在-0.08~1MPa、25~30℃下将中药提取液浓缩至其重量的0.1~0.3倍,得中药浓缩液;
(4)将均质后的浆液与中药浓缩液和麦芽糊精混合,进行喷雾干燥,干燥后的粉末与巴西莓提取物混合均匀,获得生发育发固体饮料。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中,均质的压力为20~30MPa,均质的时间为10~12min。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中,均质后的浆液与中药浓缩液和麦芽糊精混合时,还加入了甜味剂,所述甜味剂包括蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、果糖中的一种或两种以上。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中,喷雾干燥的入口温度为120~160℃,出口温度为35~60℃。
本发明所采用的以上原料中,黑豆:具有消肿下气、润肺清热、活血利水、祛风除痹、补血安神、明目健脾、补肾益阴、解毒的作用;黑米:含蛋白质、碳水化合物、B族维生素、维生素E、钙、磷、钾、镁、铁、锌等营养物质,具有清除自由基、改善缺铁性贫血、抗应激反应以及免疫调节等多种生理功能;枸杞:养肝,滋肾,润肺;黑芝麻:有滋补肝肾、益血润肠、通便、通乳的功能;核桃:核桃中86%的脂肪是不饱和脂肪酸,核桃富含铜、镁、钾、维生素B6、叶酸和维生素B1,也含有纤维、磷、烟酸、铁、维生素B2和泛酸,具有补肾、固精强腰、温肺定喘、润肠通便之功效;墨旱莲:收敛、止血、乌发、补肝肾、固齿;枸杞:养肝,滋肾,润肺;女贞子:补益肝肾,明目,清虚热,主治头晕目眩,须发早白,视物昏花,阴虚发热;茯苓:利水渗湿、健脾、宁心;分心木:健脾固肾;黄精:含有大量淀粉、糖分、脂肪、蛋白质、胡萝卜素、维生素和多种其他营养成分,具有壮筋骨、益精髓、补精气、抗氧化等作用;川芎:行气开郁、法风燥湿、活血止痛;当归:补血和血、润燥滑肠,具有抗癌、抗老防老、免疫之功效;山药:健脾益胃、滋肾益精;侧柏叶:生发乌发;牡蛎:富含大量蛋白质和人体所缺的锌,重镇安神,潜阳补阴;银杏叶:活血化瘀,通络止痛,敛肺平喘,化浊降脂;铁皮石斛:生津养胃;滋阴清热;润肺益肾;巴西莓:含维生素A、B1、B2、B3、B6和B12、还有维生素C、D、E以及十七种主要矿物,抗氧化物和维生素A、C及E,有效加速人体细胞生长,修补受损肌肤。
根据中医学的“发为血之余”,本发明以黑豆、黑米、枸杞、黑芝麻和核桃为主要原料,结合少量的墨旱莲、女贞子、茯苓、分心木、黄精、川芎、当归、山药、侧柏叶、牡蛎、银杏叶、铁皮石斛和巴西莓提取物作为辅助药物,即食补为主,药补为辅,帮助人们补血活血,强肾健脾,疏通头部的经脉气血,促进头部气血循环,从而达到生发育发的目的,治愈率达90%以上。
本发明在制备中药浓缩液时,采用冷冻-解冻法破碎中药原料表皮细胞及紧密的纤维成分,加速中药有效成分的溶出,并配合采用超声波提取,有利于中药有效成分提取完全,整个提取过程避免采用高温手段,防止有效成分在制备过程中遭到高温破坏;在将浆液与中药浓缩液混合制备成固体饮料时,通过采用喷雾干燥的方式缩短干燥的时间,可有效减少营养物质和中药有效成分的损失,从而保证固体饮料的生发育发功效。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于以下实施例。
制备实施例1
(1)称取以下中药原料:黑豆320g、黑米330g、枸杞180g、黑芝麻100g、核桃40g份、墨旱莲20g、女贞子15g、茯苓50g、分心木15g、黄精15g、川芎15g、当归20g、山药50g、侧柏叶15g、银杏叶10g、牡蛎5g、铁皮石斛20g、巴西莓提取物2g;
(2)在黑豆、黑米、枸杞、黑芝麻和核桃中加入2910g的水,浸泡8h,加热至沸腾,煮制30min,冷却,打浆,磨浆,磨好的浆液放入均质机中,均质后的浆液备用;
(3)在墨旱莲、女贞子、茯苓、分心木、黄精、川芎、当归、山药、侧柏叶、牡蛎、银杏叶和铁皮石斛中加入800g的水,浸泡20h,然后冰冻5h,再解冻,重复冰冻和解冻操作5次后,超声波提取30min,过滤,得中药提取液;在-0.08MPa、28℃下将中药提取液浓缩至90g,得中药浓缩液;
(4)将均质后的浆液与中药浓缩液、150g的麦芽糊精混合,进行喷雾干燥,干燥后的粉末与巴西莓提取物混合均匀,获得生发育发固体饮料。
制备实施例2
(1)称取以下中药原料:黑豆390g、黑米360g、枸杞220g、黑芝麻140g、核桃50g、墨旱莲40g、女贞子20g、茯苓70g、分心木20g、黄精20g、川芎20g、当归30g、山药80g、侧柏叶20g、银杏叶20g、牡蛎10g、铁皮石斛30g、巴西莓提取物8g;
(2)在黑豆、黑米、枸杞、黑芝麻和核桃中加入3450g的水,浸泡10h,加热至沸腾,煮制40min,冷却,打浆,磨浆,磨好的浆液放入均质机中,均质后的浆液备用;
(3)在墨旱莲、女贞子、茯苓、分心木、黄精、川芎、当归、山药、侧柏叶、牡蛎、银杏叶和铁皮石斛中加入1520g的水,浸泡24h,然后冰冻6h,再解冻,重复冰冻和解冻操作5次后,超声波提取40min,过滤,得中药提取液;在-0.08MPa、28℃下将中药提取液浓缩至160g,得中药浓缩液;
(4)将均质后的浆液与中药浓缩液、250g的麦芽糊精混合,进行喷雾干燥,干燥后的粉末与巴西莓提取物混合均匀,获得生发育发固体饮料。
制备实施例3
(1)称取以下中药原料:黑豆380g、黑米350g、枸杞200g、黑芝麻120g、核桃50g、墨旱莲30g、女贞子15g、茯苓60g、分心木20g、黄精15g、川芎20g、当归20g、山药60g、侧柏叶15g、牡蛎5g、银杏叶15g、铁皮石斛30g、巴西莓提取物5g;
(2)在黑豆、黑米、枸杞、黑芝麻和核桃中加入2750g的水,浸泡10h,加热至沸腾,煮制30min,冷却,打浆,磨浆,磨好的浆液放入均质机中,均质后的浆液备用;
(3)在墨旱莲、女贞子、茯苓、分心木、黄精、川芎、当归、山药、侧柏叶、牡蛎、银杏叶和铁皮石斛中加入920g的水,浸泡24h,然后冰冻6h,再解冻,重复冰冻和解冻操作5次后,超声波提取40min,过滤,得中药提取液;在-0.08MPa、28℃下将中药提取液浓缩至100g,得中药浓缩液;
(4)将均质后的浆液与中药浓缩液、200g的麦芽糊精混合,进行喷雾干燥,干燥后的粉末与巴西莓提取物混合均匀,获得生发育发固体饮料。
效果验证实施例
1、受试者的选择:
选择有斑秃的受试者,年龄在30~50岁之间,男女各60名。
2、试验方案:
(1)试验方法:
将受试者分为三组,每组男女各20名,分别使用上述生发育发固体饮料,饮用时,预先40~50℃的温水溶解,每次10g,每日2次,使用2个月。
(2)效果判定:
a.显效:使用后原脱发部位全部有毛发开始生长。
b.有效:使用后原脱发部位部分有毛发开始生长。
c.无效:使用前后无变化。
(3)试验结果:

结果表明:上述生发育发固体饮料均有良好的效果,其中,制备实施例3的效果最佳。
制备实施例3的具体试验效果观察:
吕女士:48岁,使用前头部约有30%的部位头发脱落,使用1个月后原脱发部分已全部有毛发开始生长,使用2个月后头发长约2cm,且头发油亮乌黑。
汪先生:37岁,使用前头部约有40%的部位头发脱落,使用1个月15天后原脱发部分已全部有毛发开始生长,使用2个月后头发长约1cm,且原部分黄色头发转黑。
韦先生:42岁,使用前头部约有35%的部位头发脱落,使用1个月后原脱发部分已全部有毛发开始生长,使用2个月后头发长约1.5cm,且原部分黄色头发转黑。

1.一种生发育发口服固体饮料,其特征在于:
主要由以下原料按重量份配比制备而成:黑豆30~45份、黑米30~45份、枸杞15~25份、黑芝麻8~15份、核桃3~6份、墨旱莲1~5份、女贞子1~3份、茯苓3~8份、分心木1~3份、黄精1~3份、川芎1~3份、当归1~3份、山药3~8份、侧柏叶1~3份、银杏叶1~3份、牡蛎0.5~1份、铁皮石斛1~3份、巴西莓提取物0.2~0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生发育发口服固体饮料,其特征在于:
主要由以下原料按重量份配比制备而成:黑豆32~39份、黑米33~36份、枸杞18~22份、黑芝麻10~14份、核桃4~5份、墨旱莲2~4份、女贞子1.5~2份、茯苓5~7份、分心木1.5~2份、黄精1.5~2份、川芎1.5~2份、当归2~3份、山药5~8份、侧柏叶1.5~2份、银杏叶1~2份、牡蛎0.5~1份、铁皮石斛2~3份、巴西莓提取物0.2~0.8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的生发育发口服固体饮料,其特征在于:
主要由以下原料按重量份配比制备而成:黑豆38份、黑米35份、枸杞20份、黑芝麻12份、核桃5份、墨旱莲3份、女贞子1.5份、茯苓6份、分心木2份、黄精1.5份、川芎2份、当归2份、山药6份、侧柏叶1.5份、牡蛎0.5份、银杏叶1.5份、铁皮石斛3份、巴西莓提取物0.5份。
4.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的生发育发口服固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各原料;
(2)在黑豆、黑米、枸杞、黑芝麻和核桃中加入2~3倍重量份的水,浸泡5~10h,加热至沸腾,煮制10~40min,冷却,打浆,磨浆,磨好的浆液放入均质机中,均质后的浆液备用;
