Abstract
The invention provides a miniature loudspeaker and a mobile terminal containing the same. The miniature loudspeaker is provided with an identified device, when the identified device is matched with the mobile terminal for use, the identified device is used by the mobile terminal to identify a manufacturer of the miniature loudspeaker, so that the mobile terminal can automatically provide an audio driving parameter that is matched with the miniature loudspeaker and is output to a power amplified, therefore the miniature loudspeaker works in an optical state, the problem that the miniature loudspeakers of mobile terminals cannot completely share one audio driving parameter in mass production, and the miniature loudspeakers can reach the optical working performance when being used on the mobile terminals.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of speakers on terminals, in particular to a micro speaker and a mobile terminal comprising the same.
Background
At present, a set of terminals, including a terminal 1 and a terminal 2, is left in a micro speaker commonly used in a mobile phone, as shown in fig. 1, and a specific contact manner is a spring or a lead wire, etc. The group of terminals are internally connected with a coil of the loudspeaker, and the outside of the group of terminals is connected with the mobile phone power amplifier through the wiring for the mobile phone to drive the loudspeaker to sound.
In the mass production process of mobile phones, manufacturers generally add substitute materials to main material devices in use for the consideration of ensuring supply of goods, reducing cost and the like, wherein the main material devices come from manufacturers A, and the substitute materials come from manufacturers B or C. Devices such as a touch screen, a camera, a display screen and the like are provided with reserved ports or chips, and can be identified by mobile phone software and hardware, so that the same mobile phone software version can be compatible with components of multiple manufacturers, and the defect that one device can only use one software version is avoided. However, only one group of terminals of the loudspeaker body is used for driving the mobile phone to sound in the design at present, no extra device is reserved for identifying software and hardware of the mobile phone, and the manufacturer to which the device belongs cannot be determined after the whole loudspeaker body is assembled into a finished product. This results in that the main material speaker and the substitute material speaker can only share one set of audio driving parameters for controlling the power amplifier in one software version, and the corresponding property and the adaptability are lacked.
Objective reality also proves that although the main material loudspeaker and the substitute material loudspeaker are similar in indexes such as size, power, frequency response, distortion and the like, and can be used on the same mobile phone product, the main material loudspeaker and the substitute material loudspeaker belong to different manufacturers after all, and cannot be completely consistent in design, process, material and the like, so that the main material loudspeaker and the substitute material loudspeaker are different in some performance details. In order to ensure that the two speakers can exert respective optimal performance on the same mobile phone, respective data models need to be established respectively and independently based on the two speakers, and two sets of different external drive parameters need to be debugged. However, since neither of the two speakers supports the identification of software and hardware manufacturers, a contradiction is generated, and finally, one software version only can optimize the performance of one manufacturer speaker, and cannot give consideration to both the software version and the hardware manufacturer speaker.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a micro speaker and a mobile terminal including the same, so that each micro speaker can achieve the best working performance when being used on the mobile terminal.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the micro loudspeaker comprises: a micro-speaker body, and an identified device disposed on the micro-speaker body, wherein,
the identified device is used for providing the identity information of the micro loudspeaker to a microprocessor of the mobile terminal, and the microprocessor outputs corresponding audio driving parameters to a power amplification module of the mobile terminal based on the identity information.
Furthermore, the information output end of the identified device is connected with the signal acquisition end of the microprocessor.
Further, the identified device includes: the different micro loudspeakers provide corresponding divided potential in the information output ends of the respective resistance voltage dividing circuits, and the divided potential is used as the identity information of the micro loudspeakers; or,
and the chip circuit, different micro loudspeakers provide corresponding parameter information in the information output end of the respective chip circuit, and the parameter information is used as the identity information of the micro loudspeakers.
Furthermore, the identified device is powered by the mobile terminal mainboard.
Further, the step of providing the microprocessor to output corresponding audio driving parameters to a power amplifier module of the mobile terminal based on the identity information includes:
and the microprocessor searches the matched audio driving parameters in the corresponding relation between the prestored micro loudspeaker identity information and the audio driving parameters required by the power amplification module based on the identity information and outputs the audio driving parameters to the power amplification module of the mobile terminal.
The present invention also provides a mobile terminal, comprising: microprocessor, power amplifier module and the above-mentioned miniature loudspeaker, in which,
the microprocessor is used for acquiring the identity information of the micro loudspeaker from the identified device of the micro loudspeaker of the mobile terminal and outputting corresponding audio driving parameters to a power amplification module of the mobile terminal based on the identity information.
Furthermore, the signal acquisition end of the microprocessor is connected with the information output end of the identified device.
Further, the microprocessor is specifically configured to: and based on the identity information, searching matched audio driving parameters in the corresponding relation between the prestored micro loudspeaker identity information and the audio driving parameters required by the power amplification module, and outputting the audio driving parameters to the power amplification module of the mobile terminal.

By adopting the technical scheme, the invention at least has the following advantages:
when the micro loudspeaker with the identified device is matched with the mobile terminal for use, the identified device is used for the mobile terminal to identify manufacturers of the micro loudspeaker, and the mobile terminal can automatically provide audio driving parameters which are matched with the micro loudspeaker and output to a power amplifier, so that the micro loudspeaker works in an optimal state, the problem that the micro loudspeaker used in the mass production process of the mobile terminal cannot completely share one set of audio driving parameters due to performance detail difference is solved, and the micro loudspeakers can achieve optimal working performance when used on the mobile terminal.

To further explain the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the intended purpose, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
A first embodiment of the present invention, a micro-speaker, as shown in fig. 2, includes the following components: a micro-speaker body 200, and an identified device 201 provided on the micro-speaker body 200, wherein,
the identified device 201 is configured to provide the identity information of the micro speaker to a microprocessor of the mobile terminal, so that the microprocessor outputs corresponding audio driving parameters to a power amplifier module of the mobile terminal based on the identity information.
Specifically, the information output end of the identified device 201 is connected with the signal acquisition end of the microprocessor.
Further, the identified device 201 includes: the different micro loudspeakers provide corresponding divided potential in the information output ends of the respective resistance voltage dividing circuits, and the divided potential is used as the identity information of the micro loudspeakers; or,

A second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, introduces a mobile terminal, including: a microprocessor 300, a power amplifier module 301, and a micro-speaker in the first embodiment, wherein,
and the microprocessor 300 is configured to collect the identity information of the micro speaker from the identified device 201 of the micro speaker of the mobile terminal, and output corresponding audio driving parameters to the power amplifier module 301 of the mobile terminal based on the identity information.
Specifically, the signal collecting terminal of the microprocessor 300 is connected to the information output terminal of the identified device 201.
The microprocessor 300 is specifically configured to: based on the identity information, the matched audio driving parameters are found in the corresponding relationship between the pre-stored identity information of the micro speaker and the audio driving parameters required by the power amplification module 301, and are output to the power amplification module 301 of the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, power is supplied to the recognized device 201 by the main board of the mobile terminal.
In a third embodiment of the present invention, based on the above embodiments, a resistance voltage divider circuit is taken as an example of an identified device on a micro speaker, and an application example of the present invention is described with reference to fig. 4 to 6.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention is designed in such a way that a recognized device is added on the basis of the existing micro loudspeaker design, and corresponding software and hardware improvements are also made in a microprocessor at one side of a mobile phone in order to be matched with the recognized device for use. The device is designed on a loudspeaker body. As shown in fig. 4, the circuit connection of the identified device used in the micro-speaker is as follows, the terminal 1 and the terminal 2 are used for the mobile phone to drive the micro-speaker to generate sound through the power amplifier module, the terminal 3 and the terminal 4 are newly added, a first voltage dividing resistor Rx is connected in the middle, the other end of the terminal 3 is connected to the power supply voltage of the mobile phone motherboard through a second voltage dividing resistor R0, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a resistor voltage dividing circuit. The first divider resistor Rx used by each micro-speaker manufacturer has a different resistance.
As shown in fig. 6, one end of the microprocessor of the mobile phone is provided with a signal collecting port vout (x) for collecting the voltage level of the first voltage dividing resistor Rx in the resistor voltage dividing circuit.
The processing flow of the microprocessor of the mobile phone is as follows:
after the mobile phone is started, a hardware detection circuit of a microprocessor in the mobile phone can judge which speaker is through judging different sampling voltages at two ends of the identified device, and then mobile phone software can provide audio driving parameters matched with the speaker for controlling power amplification, so that the micro speaker works in the best state.
The identified device on the micro loudspeaker of the embodiment of the invention is not limited to a divider resistor circuit, and can also be expanded into a micro chip, and contains more parameters which can be identified and read by software and hardware of a mobile phone.
When the micro loudspeaker with the identified device is matched with the mobile terminal for use, the identified device is used for the mobile terminal to identify manufacturers of the micro loudspeaker, and the mobile terminal can automatically provide audio driving parameters which are matched with the micro loudspeaker and output to a power amplifier, so that the micro loudspeaker works in an optimal state, the problem that the micro loudspeaker used in the mass production process of the mobile terminal cannot completely share one set of audio driving parameters due to performance detail difference is solved, and the micro loudspeakers can achieve optimal working performance when used on the mobile terminal.

Claims (9)
1. A micro-speaker, comprising: a micro-speaker body, and an identified device disposed on the micro-speaker body, wherein,
the identified device is used for providing the identity information of the micro loudspeaker to a microprocessor of the mobile terminal, and the microprocessor outputs corresponding audio driving parameters to a power amplification module of the mobile terminal based on the identity information.
2. The micro-speaker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the information output terminal of the identified device is connected to the signal collecting terminal of the microprocessor.
3. The micro-speaker of claim 2, wherein the identified device comprises: the different micro loudspeakers provide corresponding divided potential in the information output ends of the respective resistance voltage dividing circuits, and the divided potential is used as the identity information of the micro loudspeakers; or,
and the chip circuit, different micro loudspeakers provide corresponding parameter information in the information output end of the respective chip circuit, and the parameter information is used as the identity information of the micro loudspeakers.
4. The micro-speaker of claim 1, wherein the identified device is powered by the motherboard of the mobile terminal.
5. The micro speaker according to claim 1, wherein the microprocessor outputs corresponding audio driving parameters to a power amplifier module of the mobile terminal based on the identity information, and the audio driving parameters comprise:
and the microprocessor searches the matched audio driving parameters in the corresponding relation between the prestored micro loudspeaker identity information and the audio driving parameters required by the power amplification module based on the identity information and outputs the audio driving parameters to the power amplification module of the mobile terminal.
6. A mobile terminal, comprising: microprocessor, power amplifier module and micro-speaker according to any of claims 1-5, wherein,
the microprocessor is used for acquiring the identity information of the micro loudspeaker from the identified device of the micro loudspeaker of the mobile terminal and outputting corresponding audio driving parameters to a power amplification module of the mobile terminal based on the identity information.
7. The mobile terminal of claim 6, wherein the signal collecting terminal of the microprocessor is connected to the information output terminal of the identified device.
8. The mobile terminal of claim 6, wherein the microprocessor is specifically configured to: and based on the identity information, searching matched audio driving parameters in the corresponding relation between the prestored micro loudspeaker identity information and the audio driving parameters required by the power amplification module, and outputting the audio driving parameters to the power amplification module of the mobile terminal.
9. The mobile terminal of claim 6, wherein the motherboard of the mobile terminal provides power to the identified device.
