In addition, according to the system provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the remote intelligent terminal fails and a new remote intelligent terminal is replaced, no other operation is required to be performed by an operator, the new remote intelligent terminal can automatically acquire the VIN of the vehicle, manual operation is reduced as much as possible, and a more intelligent VIN programming effect is achieved.

Claims (4)

1. A method for automatically programming VIN codes by a remote intelligent terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
before a vehicle is off-line in a production line, burning a VIN code into a vehicle controller of the vehicle;
the remote intelligent terminal to be bound on the vehicle judges whether the VIN code condition is met or not; if yes, sending a VIN code acquisition instruction to the whole vehicle controller through a CAN bus;
the remote intelligent terminal detects whether the VIN code sent by the vehicle control unit is received within a set time; if yes, checking whether the VIN code meets the coding requirement;
if the VIN code meets the coding requirement, storing the VIN code;
the method further comprises the following steps:
setting a VIN code reading and writing zone bit and a VIN code instruction sending zone bit;
after the remote intelligent terminal stores the VIN code, setting the VIN code read-write zone bit;
after the remote intelligent terminal sends a VIN code acquisition instruction to the vehicle control unit through the CAN bus, setting the VIN code instruction sending zone bit;
the obtaining the VIN code condition includes:
1) the VIN code reading-writing flag bit is not set;
2) the ignition lock is in an ON gear and the vehicle is in a ready state;
3) the vehicle driving mileage is larger than the first mileage value;
4) the VIN code instruction sending flag bit is not set;
the remote intelligent terminal detects whether the VIN code sent by the vehicle control unit is received within a set time, and the VIN code comprises the following steps:
the remote intelligent terminal detects whether the VIN code of a first set digit sent by the vehicle control unit is received within a first set time; if not, clearing the VIN code reading and writing zone bit, and returning to continuously judge whether the VIN code obtaining condition is met;
if yes, the remote intelligent terminal continuously detects whether the VIN code of a second set digit sent by the vehicle control unit is received within a second set time; if not, clearing the VIN code reading and writing zone bit, and returning to continuously judge whether the VIN code obtaining condition is met;
if yes, the remote intelligent terminal continuously detects whether the VIN code of a third set digit sent by the vehicle control unit is received within a third set time; if not, clearing the VIN code reading and writing zone bit, and returning to continuously judge whether the VIN code obtaining condition is met;
and if so, combining the acquired VIN code with the first set digit, the VIN code with the second set digit and the VIN code with the third set digit by the remote intelligent terminal to obtain the VIN code.
2. The method for the remote intelligent terminal to automatically write the VIN code according to claim 1, further comprising:
and the remote intelligent terminal reports the ID of the remote intelligent terminal and the VIN code to the Internet of vehicles service platform together so that the Internet of vehicles service platform stores and binds the ID and the VIN code.
3. The method for automatically programming the VIN code by the remote intelligent terminal according to claim 1, wherein the verifying whether the VIN code meets the coding requirement comprises:
and checking whether each bit of the VIN code is a number between 48 and 57 or 65 and 90.
4. A system for automatically programming VIN codes by a remote intelligent terminal is characterized by comprising: the remote intelligent terminal and the vehicle control unit burnt with the VIN code; after confirming that the condition of acquiring the VIN code is met, the remote intelligent terminal sends an VIN code acquisition instruction to the vehicle control unit through the CAN bus, detects whether the VIN code sent by vehicle control is received within set time, and if so, checks whether the VIN code meets the coding requirement; if the VIN code meets the coding requirement, storing the VIN code;
the remote intelligent terminal is also used for setting a VIN code read-write zone bit after the VIN code is stored;
the remote intelligent terminal is also used for setting a VIN code instruction and sending a zone bit after sending the VIN code acquisition instruction to the vehicle control unit through the CAN bus;
the obtaining the VIN code condition includes:
1) the VIN code reading-writing flag bit is not set;
2) the ignition lock is in an ON gear and the vehicle is in a ready state;
3) the vehicle driving mileage is larger than the first mileage value;
4) the VIN code instruction sending flag bit is not set;
the system further comprises:
a vehicle networking service platform;
after the remote intelligent terminal stores the VIN code, reporting the ID of the remote intelligent terminal and the VIN code to the Internet of vehicles service platform together; the Internet of vehicles service platform stores and binds the ID and the VIN code;
the remote intelligent terminal detects whether the VIN code sent by the vehicle control unit is received within a set time, and the VIN code comprises the following steps:
the remote intelligent terminal detects whether the VIN code of a first set digit sent by the vehicle control unit is received within a first set time; if not, clearing the VIN code reading and writing zone bit, and returning to continuously judge whether the VIN code obtaining condition is met;
if yes, the remote intelligent terminal continuously detects whether the VIN code of a second set digit sent by the vehicle control unit is received within a second set time; if not, clearing the VIN code reading and writing zone bit, and returning to continuously judge whether the VIN code obtaining condition is met;
if yes, the remote intelligent terminal continuously detects whether the VIN code of a third set digit sent by the vehicle control unit is received within a third set time; if not, clearing the VIN code reading and writing zone bit, and returning to continuously judge whether the VIN code obtaining condition is met;
and if so, combining the acquired VIN code with the first set digit, the VIN code with the second set digit and the VIN code with the third set digit by the remote intelligent terminal to obtain the VIN code.
