本发明公开了一种基于干簧管的磁开关电路,涉及磁开关技术。本发明包括电源(000);设置有干簧管开关模块(100)、去抖模块(200)和电源开关模块(300);电源(000)、干簧管开关模块(100)、去抖模块(200)和电源开关模块(300)依次连接。本发明使用干簧管作为开关器件替代常用的按钮或者按键,不仅电路简单可靠,而且结构上能实现全封闭设计,能有效的实现防水。

一种基于干簧管的磁开关电路
技术领域
本发明涉及一种开关电路,尤其涉及一种基于干簧管的磁开关电路。
背景技术
在当前的电子设备中,开关器件一般都是通过按钮或者按键来实现,这样一般要在结构上开孔,很难做到防水设计。本发明使用的干簧管磁开关可以使用强性磁铁作为开关器件与干簧管隔离开来,结构上不需要开孔,可以轻松做到防水设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的问题和不足,提供一种基于干簧管的磁开关电路。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
①通过干簧管作为开关器件代替一般常用的按钮或者按键;
②通过电阻和电容来实现简单的去抖;
③通过MOS管的Vgs电压来控制MOS管的开关,从而实现电源的通断。
具体地说,本电路的结构是:
包括电源;
设置有干簧管开关模块、去抖模块和电源开关模块;
电源、干簧管开关模块、去抖模块和电源开关模块依次连接。
本发明具有下列优点和积极效果:
①使用干簧管作为开关器件可以使得结构上不需要为了开关器件开孔,能有效的做到防水设计;
②通过干簧管、MOS管、电阻和电容等简单的器件实现电路的通断;
总之,本发明使用干簧管作为开关器件替代常用的按钮或者按键,不仅电路简单可靠,而且结构上能实现全封闭设计,能有效的实现防水。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例详细说明:
1、总体
如图1,本电路的结构是:
包括电源000;
设置有干簧管开关模块100、去抖模块200和电源开关模块300;
电源000、干簧管开关模块100、去抖模块200和电源开关模块300依次连接。
其工作原理是:
电源000的电压输入到干簧管开关模块100,干簧管开关模块100受外面强性磁铁控制干簧管开关模块100的开与关,干簧管开关模块100输出到去抖模块200去除干扰,去抖模块200输出控制信号控制电源开关模块300,实现通过强性磁铁控制电源的通断。
2、功能块
1)干簧管开关模块100
如图2,干簧管开关模块100是一种由SW1干簧管102构成的开关电路,包括C1电容101和SW1干簧管102。
其连接关系是:
C1电容101并在SW1干簧管102两端,SW1干簧管102一端接电源000,另一端连接到去抖模块200。
其工作原理是:
电源000的电压输入到干簧管开关模块100,SW1干簧管102受外面强性磁铁控制其通断。
2)去抖模块200
如图2,去抖模块200是由C2电容202组成的去抖电路,包括R2电阻201和C2电容202。
其连接关系是:
R2电阻201一端接到干簧管开关模块100的输入信号,另外一端接上C2电容202到地,且输出到电源开关模块300。
其工作原理是:
通过R2电阻201及C2电容202实现简单的去抖动。
3)电源开关模块300
如图2,电源开关模块300是一种由Q4MOS管303组成的开关电路,包括Q1MOS管301、R1电阻302、Q4MOS管303和R3电阻304。
其连接关系是:
Q4MOS管303的G极接去抖模块200的输入控制信号,且接R3电阻304到地,Q4MOS管303的S极接到地;Q4MOS管303的D极接到Q1MOS管301的G极,Q1MOS管301的G极接R1电阻302到Q1MOS管301的D极,Q1MOS管301的S极输出电源给系统供电。
其工作原理是:
去抖模块200输出控制信号到Q4MOS管303的G极,当Q4MOS管303的G极电压大于开启电压时,Q4MOS管303导通,Q4MOS管303的D极电压为0V;此时Q1MOS管301导通,实现了控制电源输入的通断。

1.一种基于干簧管的磁开关电路,包括电源(000);
其特征在于:
设置有干簧管开关模块(100)、去抖模块(200)和电源开关模块(300);
电源(000)、干簧管开关模块(100)、去抖模块(200)和电源开关模块(300)依次连接;
所述的干簧管开关模块(100)是一种由SW1干簧管(102)构成的开关电路,包括C1电容(101)和SW1干簧管(102);其连接关系是:C1电容(101)并在SW1干簧管(102)两端,SW1干簧管(102)一端接电源(000),另一端连接到去抖模块(200);
所述的去抖模块(200)是由C2电容(202)组成的去抖电路,包括R2电阻(201)和C2电容(202);其连接关系是:R2电阻(201)一端接到干簧管开关模块(100)的输入信号,另外一端接上C2电容(202)到地,且输出到电源开关模块(300);
所述的电源开关模块(300)是一种由Q4MOS管(303)组成的开关电路,包括Q1MOS管(301)、R1电阻(302)、Q4MOS管(303)和R3电阻(304);其连接关系是:Q4MOS管(303)的G极接去抖模块(200)的输入控制信号,且接R3电阻(304)到地,Q4MOS管(303)的S极接到地;Q4MOS管(303)的D极接到Q1MOS管(301)的G极,Q1MOS管(301)的G极接R1电阻(302)到Q1MOS管(301)的D极,Q1MOS管(301)的S极输出电源给系统供电。
