本发明涉及一种防腐绝缘型风力发电机定子,包括定子本体,所述定子本体由多片硅钢片(1)连续叠置压固而成,所述硅钢片(1)的中心设有穿孔(2),其特征在于所述穿孔(2)外缘的硅钢片(1)上均匀凹设有54个线槽(3),所述硅钢片(1)由4个扇形硅钢片单元(4)焊接而成,所述硅钢片单元(4)的中心角为90°,所述硅钢片1的外表面设置有高导磁镀硅层、0.7~1.0μm水性硅钢片涂料层以及绝缘膜。本发明硅钢片由4个扇形硅钢片单元焊接而成,使得该防腐绝缘型风力发电机定子的硅钢片裁剪成型时不会浪费大量材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐绝缘型风力发电机定子,属于机电技术领域。
背景技术
风力发电机由机头、转体、尾翼、叶片组成。每一部分都很重要,各部分功能为:叶片用来接受风力并通过机头转为电能;尾翼使叶片始终对着来风的方向从而获得最大的风能;转体能使机头灵活地转动以实现尾翼调整方向的功能;机头的转子是永磁体,定子绕组切割磁力线产生电能。传统的防腐绝缘型风力发电机定子是通过多片一体裁剪成型的硅钢片叠置压固而成的,由于硅钢片为环形结构,硅钢片裁剪成型时浪费大量材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种硅钢片裁剪成型时不会浪费大量材料的防腐绝缘型风力发电机定子。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种防腐绝缘型风力发电机定子,包括定子本体,所述定子本体由多片硅钢片连续叠置压固而成,所述硅钢片的中心设有穿孔,所述穿孔外缘的硅钢片上均匀凹设有54个线槽,所述硅钢片由4个扇形硅钢片单元焊接而成,所述硅钢片单元的中心角为90°,所述硅钢片的外表面设置有高导磁镀硅层、0.7~1.0μm水性硅钢片涂料层以及绝缘膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明硅钢片由4个扇形硅钢片单元焊接而成,使得该防腐绝缘型风力发电机定子的硅钢片裁剪成型时不会浪费大量材料。
