本发明公开了一种高强度屏蔽型电缆,包括阻水层,阻水层内侧装有耐腐蚀层,耐腐蚀层内侧装有保护层,保护层内侧设有钢丝和铜丝编织而成的屏蔽网层,屏蔽网层内侧设有内垫层,内垫层内部设有导线和光纤,光纤外侧设有保护套,保护套内设有铜丝屏蔽网层,内垫层中装有中心加强件,本发明结构新颖,耐腐蚀防护性能好,屏蔽效果好,用途广泛,满足了现代电缆的使用要求。

一种高强度屏蔽型电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,具体是一种高强度屏蔽型电缆。
背景技术
电缆,定义1:由一根或多根相互绝缘的导体和外包绝缘保护层制成,将电力或信息从一处传输到另一处的导线。定义2:通常是由几根或几组导线(每组至少两根)绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。电缆具有内通电,外绝缘的特征。电缆有电力电缆、控制电缆、补偿电缆、屏蔽电缆、高温电缆、计算机电缆、信号电缆、同轴电缆、耐火电缆、船用电缆、矿用电缆、铝合金电缆等等。它们都是由单股或多股导线和绝缘层组成,用来连接电路、电器等。
为了防止受到机械损伤,电力电缆在外层铠装保护层,形成铠装电缆。电缆加上铠装层的目的除了增强抗拉强度、抗压强度等机械保护延长使用寿命外,更主要的是通过屏蔽保护提高电缆抗干扰性能,还有可以防砸、压、挤破电缆外皮后损伤线芯导致短路。铠装电缆主要用于化工、冶金、机械制造、发电和科学试验等的温度测量、信号传输及特殊加热,现有电缆的不足在于:耐腐蚀性能较差,抗拉强度较低;屏蔽效果差,不能用于电磁干扰严重的场合;这些问题都是急需要解决的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度屏蔽型电缆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高强度屏蔽型电缆,包括阻水层,阻水层内侧装有耐腐蚀层,耐腐蚀层内侧装有保护层,保护层内侧设有钢丝和铜丝编织而成的屏蔽网层,屏蔽网层内侧设有内垫层,内垫层内部设有导线和光纤,光纤外侧设有保护套,保护套内设有铜丝屏蔽网层,内垫层中装有中心加强件。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述内垫层内设有填充绳。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述导线外设有绝缘保护套。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述阻水层为阻水绝缘层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述中心加强件为尼龙绳。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构新颖,耐腐蚀防护性能好,屏蔽效果好,用途广泛,满足了现代电缆的使用要求。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种高强度屏蔽型电缆,包括阻水层1,阻水层1内侧装有耐腐蚀层2,耐腐蚀层2内侧装有保护层3,保护层3内侧设有钢丝和铜丝编织而成的屏蔽网层4,屏蔽网层4内侧设有内垫层5,内垫层5内部设有导线8和光纤10,光纤10外侧设有保护套11,保护套11内设有铜丝屏蔽网层12,内垫层5中装有中心加强件7,内垫层5内设有填充绳6,导线8外设有绝缘保护套9,阻水层1为阻水绝缘层,中心加强件7为尼龙绳。
上述所述的一种高强度屏蔽型电缆,所述阻水层是由以下重量份的材料制成的:中密度聚乙烯或高密度聚乙烯:65—85份、尼龙6:5—10份、沥青:1—5份、碳化硅:10—20份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯:8—12份、氢氧化镁:2—4份、聚丙烯酸树脂:3—6份、纳米级玻璃微球:5—7份、聚氨酯:15—25份、环氧树脂:5—9份、市售型号为168的抗氧化剂:1—3份、聚四氟乙烯:12—18份。
上述阻水层材料制成的电缆,阻水层厚度为1.8—2.0mm;通过了单根及成束燃烧测试,燃烧后护套形成坚硬的壳体,对于电缆芯线伤害很小,而且,可以方便地回收,不需要象现有技术中的电缆那样,燃烧后残渣留在绝缘线之间;上述材料做成的阻水层,在pH值为10.5的溶液中浸泡2400小时,表面未见开裂;上述材料做成的阻水层,在pH值为5的溶液中浸泡2400小时,表面未见开裂;上述材料做成的阻水层,在质量百分比浓度为28%的氯化钠溶液中浸泡2400小时,表面未见开裂;上述材料做成的阻水层,两端头密封,浸在10米深的水底,连续720小时,取出后,未见水分渗透阻水层。
本发明结构新颖,本发明通过阻水层1,阻水层1内侧装有耐腐蚀层2,耐腐蚀层2内侧装有保护层3的设计,耐腐蚀防护性能好,通过钢丝和铜丝编织而成的屏蔽网层4的设计,屏蔽效果好,通过导线8和光纤10的设计,使得本发明用途更加广泛,其中光纤通过铜丝屏蔽网层的设计,能够有效的避免外界和导线对光纤的干扰,通过中心加强件的设计,使得本发明抗拉强度更好,本发明满足了现代电缆的使用要求。

1.一种高强度屏蔽型电缆,包括阻水层,其特征在于,阻水层内侧装有耐腐蚀层,耐腐蚀层内侧装有保护层,保护层内侧设有钢丝和铜丝编织而成的屏蔽网层,屏蔽网层内侧设有内垫层,内垫层内部设有导线和光纤,光纤外侧设有保护套,保护套内设有铜丝屏蔽网层,内垫层中装有中心加强件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度屏蔽型电缆,其特征在于,所述内垫层内设有填充绳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度屏蔽型电缆,其特征在于,所述导线外设有绝缘保护套。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度屏蔽型电缆,其特征在于,所述阻水层为阻水绝缘层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强度屏蔽型电缆,其特征在于,所述中心加强件为尼龙绳。
