Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for realizing VTM service, comprising the following steps: respectively packaging an agent side agent toolbar comprising an interface A, a desktop sharing service and a (SipPhone) for each enterprise user; and establishing communication connection between an interface A, a desktop sharing service and a SipPhone in the seat side seat toolbar and between the interface A, the desktop sharing service and the SipPhone of the VTM through a Virtual Teller Machine (VTM) platform. Technical Field
The present application relates to Virtual Teller Machine (VTM) technology, and more particularly, to a method and system for implementing VTM services.
Background
The VTM technology is developed from the ATM technology, and compared with the ATM which can only store and fetch money, the VTM not only can realize basic services of inquiry, money storage, money fetching and transfer, but also can develop counter services of card issuing, account selling, loss reporting, deposit certificate issuing and the like. Through the video conference system on the VTM, the user can also communicate with customer service personnel through the VTM system. The VTM integrates bank counter human resources, reduces the cost of bank human resources and improves the handling efficiency of related businesses. Based on the advantages of the VTM system, services that need to be guided by customer personnel at present, such as a house accumulation fund inquiry service, a related telecommunication service of a mobile business hall, a water, electricity and gas payment service, and the like, are gradually developed towards the direction of implementation through the VTM technology.
Although VTMs have a good architecture in terms of system performance, there is a significant cost in deploying VTM tools. 3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said a-interface is an interface developed by javasicmpt, said a-interface further comprising: the agent is busy, and/or the agent is kept, and/or the agent is on-hook.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
when the interface A comprises a development interface that the seat is busy, the development interface that the seat is busy in the seat side seat toolbar and the development interface that the seat is busy in the VTM machine are connected with an OCX control in the VTM machine through a computer-telephone integration CTI and a Telephone Service Application Programming Interface (TSAPI) of a VTM platform so as to realize that the seat is busy;
when the interface A comprises a development interface kept by the seat, the development interface kept by the seat in the seat side seat toolbar and the development interface kept by the seat of the VTM machine tool are connected with an OCX control in the VTM machine tool through a CTI of a VTM platform so as to realize the maintenance of the seat;
and when the interface A comprises a development interface of the seat hanging machine, the development interface of the seat hanging machine in the seat side seat toolbar and the development interface of the seat hanging machine of the VTM machine tool are connected with an OCX control in the VTM machine tool through a CTI (computer telephony integration) of a VTM platform so as to realize the seat hanging machine.

The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises: and adding the seat side seat working bar to a preset position of a shared webpage, so that when a user accesses the shared webpage, VTM service is carried out through the seat side seat tool bar of the shared webpage.

The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises adding a zero configuration server WAS to the VTM platform, wherein the WAS realizes automatic allocation of the agent number of the agent and the terminal number of the terminal according to the agent number and the terminal number provided by the VTM platform for the agent and the agent side terminal.

The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises: and setting a TSAPI interface on the interface A, connecting the interface A with an MAGW interface of the VTM machine tool through TSAPI, and providing a WebCall interface and a WebChat interface for webpage chat for terminal services.

The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises: and packaging a webpage call interface in the VTM machine for realizing the automatic registration of the terminal SipPhone and packaging an external interface of the SipPhone and the desktop sharing service.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and realizing the service management and/or queuing functions of seat voice, and/or video, and/or webCall, and/or WebChat through the CTI of the VTM platform.
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and adding a preset application network or automatically distributing traffic ACD (automatic call distribution) to the VTM platform to realize automatic flow processing and automatic call distribution of VTM services.
11. A system for implementing a VTM service, comprising: a seat side device and a VTM platform; wherein,
the seat side device comprises an encapsulation unit, wherein the encapsulation unit is used for respectively encapsulating a seat side seat toolbar comprising an interface A, desktop sharing service and SipPhone for each enterprise user, and the interface A comprises a development interface of the seat service;
the VTM platform comprises a connection unit, and is used for connecting the development interface of the seat service in the seat side seat toolbar and the development interface of the seat service of the VTM machine tool through a CTI (computer telephony integration) of the VTM platform and an OCX (optical component interconnect) control in the VTM machine tool to realize the seat service when an interface A in the seat side seat toolbar comprises the development interface of the seat service; the desktop sharing service in the seat side seat toolbar is communicated with the desktop sharing service through the connection of a Multimedia Access Gateway (MAGW) of a VTM platform and an OCX control in the VTM machine tool so as to realize the desktop sharing service of the seat; and establishing communication connection between the SipPhone in the seat side seat toolbar and the SipPhone of the VTM machine through the VTM platform.
12. The system according to claim 11, wherein the encapsulating unit is specifically configured to encapsulate the toolbar including the a interface, the desktop sharing service, and the SipPhone seat side seat, and specifically includes:
and adding the A interface, the desktop sharing service and the SIPHONE to the corresponding tool bars of the enterprise users through an object type expansion component OCX control for packaging to generate the seat side seat tool bars of the enterprise users.
13. The system of claim 12, wherein the a interface further comprises: the development interface of the agent busy, and/or the agent holding, and/or the agent hanging machine, the connection unit is also used for,
when the interface A comprises a development interface that the seat is busy, the development interface that the seat is busy in the seat side seat toolbar and the development interface that the seat is busy in the VTM machine are connected with an OCX control in the VTM machine through computer telephony integration CTI and TSAPI of a VTM platform so as to realize that the seat is busy;
when the interface A comprises a development interface kept by the seat, the development interface kept by the seat in the seat side seat toolbar and the development interface kept by the seat of the VTM machine tool are connected with an OCX control in the VTM machine tool through a CTI of a VTM platform so as to realize the maintenance of the seat;
and when the interface A comprises a development interface of the seat hanging machine, the development interface of the seat hanging machine in the seat side seat toolbar and the development interface of the seat hanging machine of the VTM machine tool are connected with an OCX control in the VTM machine tool through a CTI (computer telephony integration) of a VTM platform so as to realize the seat hanging machine.

The system according to claim 11 or 12, wherein the agent side device further comprises a setting unit, configured to add the agent side agent work bar to a preset position of the shared web page, so that when a user accesses the shared web page, a VTM service is performed through the agent side agent work bar of the shared web page.
15. The system according to claim 13, wherein the VTM platform is further provided with a zero configuration server WAS for providing the agent number and the terminal number for the agent and the agent side terminal, and implementing automatic allocation of the agent number of the agent and the terminal number of the terminal.
16. The system according to claim 11 or 12, wherein a TSAPI interface is provided at the a interface, and the agent side device further includes a service interface unit, which is connected to the MAGW interface of the VTM tool through TSAPI, and provides a WebCall and a WebChat interface for terminal services.
17. The system according to claim 11 or 12, further comprising a VTM tool, wherein the VTM tool at least comprises a web page calling unit for packaging a web page calling interface, implementing automatic registration of the terminal SipPhone and packaging an interface external to the SipPhone and the desktop sharing service.
18. The system of claim 13, wherein the VTM platform is further configured to,
the agent voice, and/or video, and/or webCall, and/or WebChat service management and/or queuing functions are realized through CTI.
19. The system of claim 13, wherein the VTM platform is further configured to add a preset application network or ACD to implement automatic flow processing and automatic call distribution of the VTM service.
