本发明涉及射频识别领域,公开了一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签及其使用方法,包括RFID芯片和天线(1)、水溶层和防水层(3),RFID芯片和天线(1)设置于两层水溶层之间,两层水溶层的外侧均覆盖防水层(3)。本发明通过水溶层与RFID芯片和天线(1)结合,使附着在服装产品上的RFID射频标签经过水洗后,结构更容易被破坏,达到对水洗过的服装产品进行标记的目的。商家检查过程中,通过射频读取器对服装产品上RFID射频标签进行检查,可以判断该服装是否水洗过,有效地反馈出结果。

一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及射频识别领域,尤其涉及了一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签及其使用方法。
背景技术
RFID是一种无线通信技术,可以通过无线电讯号识别特定目标并读写相关数据,而无需识别系统与特定目标之间建立机械或者光学接触,无线电的信号是通过调成无线电频率的电磁场,把数据从附着在物品上的标签上传送出去,以自动识别与追踪该物品,某些标签在识别时从识别器发出的电磁场中就可以得到能量,并不需要电池;也有标签本身拥有电源,并可以主动发出无线电波,标签包含了电子存储的信息,数米之内都可以识别,与条形码不同的是,射频标签不需要处在识别器视线之内,也可以嵌入被追踪物体之内。
射频识别电子标签技术应用十分广泛,典型应用在:动物晶片、门禁控制、航空包裹识别、文档追踪管理、包裹追踪识别、畜牧业、后勤管理、移动商务、长跑防伪、运动计时、票证管理、汽车晶片防盗器、停车场管制、生产线自动化、物料管理等领域。
同时,随着射频标签的日益普及,射频标签在人们的服装商品中也得到了广泛的应用:传统的RFID标签(吊牌)或者以吊牌形式出现,消费者购买后剪除(出店剪除),消费者对产品不满意要求退货时,就无法识别是否为原厂货物,或者以标签形式溶于水洗唛或者植入服装内衬形式,这种形式虽然确定了识别厂商,但对于消费者来说有被“监控”的消费感受,同时服装品牌厂商又有水洗过不能退还的利益需求。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中RFID标签无法判别商品是否经过水洗的缺点,提供一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签及其使用方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决。
一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签,包括RFID芯片和天线、水溶层和防水层,RFID芯片和天线设置于两层水溶层之间,两层水溶层的外侧均覆盖防水层。
作为优选,水溶层包括水溶胶和水溶纸,水溶胶覆盖于RFID芯片和天线外侧,水溶纸设于防水层和水溶胶之间。
作为优选,防水层为PP膜或PET膜。
一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签使用方法,包括如下步骤:
将RFID射频标签粘贴在待售商品上;
销售商品时揭去RFID射频标签外层的防水层;
检测是否过水,对RFID射频标签的射频有效性进行判断,结果为有效,可以判断商品未接触过水处理,结果为无效,可以判断商品接触过水处理。
作为优选,检测过程中使用射频读取器,用于对商品上RFID射频标签的射频有效性进行检测。
作为优选,待售商品为服装,结果为有效,可以判断商品未接触过水处理,可以进行调换货,结果为无效,可以判断商品接触过水处理,不可以进行调换货处理。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,具有显著的技术效果:本发明通过水溶层与无线射频天线和芯片的结合,使附着在服装产品上的RFID射频标签经过水洗后,结构更容易被破坏,射频信号消失后,达到对水洗过的服装产品进行标记的目的。商家在消费者购买服装产品后,对需要进行退换货的消费者进行返货检查,简化了退还货的流程,节省了时间。商家检查过程中,通过射频读取器对服装产品上的RFID射频标签进行检查,就可以判断出该服装是否水洗过,有效地反馈出结果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签,包括RFID芯片和天线1、水溶层和防水层3,RFID芯片和天线1设置于两层水溶层之间,两层水溶层的外侧均覆盖防水层3。水溶层包括水溶胶4和水溶纸2,水溶胶4覆盖于RFID芯片和天线1外侧,水溶纸2设于防水层3和水溶胶4之间。防水层3为PP膜或PET膜。
一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签使用方法,包括如下步骤:
将RFID射频标签粘贴在待售商品上;
销售商品时揭去RFID射频标签外层的防水层3;
检测是否过水,对RFID射频标签的射频有效性进行判断,结果为有效,可以判断商品未接触过水处理,结果为无效,可以判断商品接触过水处理。
检测过程中使用射频读取器,用于对商品上RFID射频标签的射频有效性进行检测。
待售商品为服装,结果为有效,可以判断商品未接触过水处理,可以进行调换货,结果为无效,可以判断商品接触过水处理,不可以进行调换货处理。
本发明中,RFID芯片和天线1剔除外层的承载体,并在RFID芯片和天线1的外侧,通过水溶层进行覆盖。在使用时候,揭去外层具有保护性的防水层3,在消费者在进行水洗或置于潮湿的环境中时候,水溶层会进行溶解,使内部的RFID芯片和天线1结构更加容易被破坏,最终在外力的作用下将RFID芯片和天线1结构破坏,使商家的射频读取器收不到信号,达到监测的目的。同时,RFID射频标签结构应用于服装产品的不同位置,比如图1所示的RFID射频标签结构应用于:袖口、领口和内衬。
实施例1
(1)厂家根据零售商需求,将一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签粘贴在服装的内衬上,并将制作完成的商品分发给零售商;
(2)零售商将商品出售给消费者,和消费者说明退换规则,同意后在出售前将标签表面的防水层3揭去,然后将服装给消费者;
(3)消费者对产品不满意要求退换货,零售商拿到消费者需要进行退换的服装,用射频读取器对该产品进行检测,检测结果为有效,零售商按退换规则给该消费者进行退换货。
实施例2
同实施例1,所不同的是检测结果为无效,零售商按退换规则不予进行退换货。

1.一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签,包括RFID芯片和天线(1)、水溶层和防水层(3),其特征在于:RFID芯片和天线(1)设置于两层水溶层之间,两层水溶层的外侧均覆盖防水层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签,其特征在于:水溶层包括水溶胶(4)和水溶纸(2),水溶胶(4)覆盖于RFID芯片和天线(1)外侧,水溶纸(2)设于防水层(3)和水溶胶(4)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签,其特征在于:防水层(3)为PP膜或PET膜。
4.一种权利要求2所述的水洗失效的RFID射频标签使用方法,其特征包括如下步骤:
将RFID射频标签粘贴在待售商品上;
销售商品时揭去RFID射频标签外层的防水层(3);
检测是否过水,对RFID射频标签的射频有效性进行判断,结果为有效,可以判断商品未接触过水处理,结果为无效,可以判断商品接触过水处理。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签使用方法,其特征在于:检测过程中使用射频读取器,用于对商品上RFID射频标签的射频有效性进行检测。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种水洗失效的RFID射频标签使用方法,其特征在于:待售商品为服装,结果为有效,可以判断商品未接触过水处理,可以进行调换货,结果为无效,可以判断商品接触过水处理,不可以进行调换货处理。
