Abstract

本发明涉及一种饮料酒，特别是一种含有食用金粉、金箔的超醇饮料黄金酒。其技术关键是：在白酒中含有适量食用药物金箔和食用药物金粉，每片金箔厚0.001-0.005μm，大小为0.5-5.0mm，金粉粒径为0.001-0.080μm，金箔和金粉在酒中的含量3.0-6.0(mg/l)。本发明既有白酒的各种特点，又具有观赏收减价值，特别是本发明加入的金粉比金箔更利于被人体吸收，起到保健药用效果。

黄金酒
本发明涉及一种饮料酒，特别是一种含有食用金粉、金箔的超醇饮料黄金酒。
目前，市售及人们饮用的超醇饮料酒类，以蒸馏白酒类为主，如果人们为了某种药用需求，可以向酒中泡入人参、鹿茸、灵芝草等补品，以期饮用白酒时达到滋补身体作用。在人类社会的历史上，金(Au)对人体的药用价值已有多种发现，如《太清丹经要决》记载：“石亭脂四两，……金一两，……食三丸治疗癫痫，久服凝骨髓益血脉，润肌肤颜色，安魂魄通神仙也”。《本草纲目》对金的药性、食用性作了最详细研究记载，在其金石部记载“镇精神，坚骨髓，通利五脏邪气，服之神仙，疗小儿惊伤五脏，风痫失志，镇心安魂魄。癫痫风热，上气咳嗽，伤寒肺损吐血，骨蒸劳极作喝，并以箔入丸散服，破冷气，除风”“金器煮汁频频冷嗽，能杀粉毒”。《药性本草》谓金箔“疗小儿惊伤五脏，风痛失志，镇心安魂魄”。《本草蒙鉴》谓金“除邪杀毒，却热去烦，安魂魄，养精神，坚骨髓和血脉，禁癫狂疾走，止惊悸风间，幼科药作锭丸，必资此以为衣饰”。日本《金的杂学读本--科学历史技术》中称：“在某一时期金的胶体曾作为对结核病有疗效药物得到应用……在原子反应堆中用中子波辐射可造出具放射性的金198，可释放出强烈的β射线，且半衰期为2.7天。因而将少量金198插入癌症部位，β射线可破坏癌细胞，之后就迅速衰灭而消失，因而不会伤害正常细胞，可安全地发挥治疗作用”。尽管如此，多少年来，酒类和金是分别发挥作用的，很少有人将嗜好性饮料酒和金有机地结合起来对人体产生作用。瓶装金箔酒(中国专利92236831.7)观赏效果不佳，在人体吸收金元素、达到保健药效方面作用很小。
本发明的目的是提供一种黄金酒，在白酒中加入适量金箔和金粉，在人们饮用酒时能达到较佳保健药用效果，又具有最佳观赏价值，克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的实现：下面结合附图对本发明进行说明。
附图1为制作工艺流程图。
在白酒中加入适量食用药物金箔和食用药物金粉，每片金箔厚0.001-0.005μm，大小为0.5-5.0mm，金粉粒径为0.001-0.080μm。在制作时，以优质(65％)浓香型白酒为基酒，加浆降度除浊后，制得38％V/V优质低度白酒，再加入适量金箔和金粉，保证金箔金粉含量3.00-6.00(mg/l)，即制得本发明黄金酒。
本发明的优点：①在感官标准上，无色清亮透明，含有金箔和金粉，并可摇匀呈分散状，并具有浓郁的己酸乙酯为主体的复合香气；口味较绵甜爽净，香味谐调，余味悠长；风格上既有浓香型白酒风格，又有金箔金粉的保健作用及观赏收藏价值。②从人体吸收角度来看，以金箔和金粉相结合办法加入白酒中，金粉比金箔更利于人体吸收，增加药用或保健效果。③符合“优质低度多品种”发展方向的新型白酒饮料，满足中高档消费者需求。

1．一种黄金酒，其特征是：在白酒中含有适量食用药物金箔和食用药物金粉，每片金箔厚0.001-0.005μm，大小为0.5-5.0mm，金粉粒径为0.001-0.080μm，金箔和金粉在酒中的含量3.00-6.00(mg/l)。
