一种具有电加热功能的自来水开关阀门,属于阀门技术领域。包括外壳、显示控制屏、直流电动机、电动阀门、空心内螺纹旋转杆、外螺纹旋转杆、活动阀块、变压电源、红外线感应开关、系统控制电路板、涡流器、加热电阻丝,显示控制屏、红外线感应开关位于外壳外表面上与系统控制电路板相连接,系统控制电路板与变压电源相连接,系统控制电路板与直流电动机相连接;直流电动机轴与空心内螺纹旋转杆相固定,外螺纹旋转杆一端与空心内螺纹旋转杆螺纹连接,另一端与活动阀块相固定,活动阀块位于阀体水道内;阀体水道内设涡流器,涡流器内设有加热电阻丝,阀体水道一端与入水口相通,另一端由出水管道与出水口相通。本发明具有自动加热、节水的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自来水阀门,尤其是一种具有电加热功能的自来水开关阀门。
背景技术
现在市面上销售的自来水阀大多为机械式,开关须手动地操作,存在以下不足:
1、不能节水。水流量大小需手动来调节,不能根据用水情况自行调节,容易造成水资源的浪费。
2、不能经久耐用。机械式水阀工作时摩擦力大,部件磨损严重。
3、容易传播细菌。开关水阀都要用手拧动把手,日积月累水阀上滞留大量细菌,很容易引起人体间细菌的交叉传播。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有电加热功能的自来水开关阀门。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种具有电加热功能的自来水开关阀门,包括外壳及入水口和出水口,其特征是,设有显示控制屏、直流电动机、电动阀门、空心内螺纹旋转杆、外螺纹旋转杆、电源接口、活动阀块、变压电源、出水管道、红外线感应开关、系统控制电路板、涡流器、加热电阻丝,显示控制屏、红外线感应开关位于外壳外表面上,显示控制屏、红外线感应开关与系统控制电路板相连接,系统控制电路板由导线与变压电源相连接,变压电源上设有电源接口,系统控制电路板由导线与直流电动机相连接;直流电动机由其轴与空心内螺纹旋转杆相固定,外螺纹旋转杆一端与空心内螺纹旋转杆螺纹连接,另一端与活动阀块相固定,活动阀块位于阀体水道内;阀体水道内设涡流器,涡流器内设有加热电阻丝,阀体水道一端与入水口相通,另一端由出水管道与出水口相通。
所述的出水口可以围绕出水管道旋转。
所述的直流电动机上设有旋转轴,旋转轴设有手柄。
本发明通过感应开关自动开启水阀,并根据使用情况来调节水流量的大小,从而起到明显的节水效果。该装置还可以随时产生热水,即开即用,方便又高效。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种具有电加热功能的自来水开关阀门,由显示控制屏1、外壳2、手柄3、旋转轴4、直流电动机5、电动阀门6、空心内螺纹旋转杆7、外螺纹旋转杆8、电源接口10、活动阀块11、变压电源12、出水管道14、红外线感应开关15、系统控制电路板16、涡流器17、加热电阻丝18组成,显示控制屏1、红外线感应开关15位于外壳2外表面上,显示控制屏1、红外线感应开关15与系统控制电路板16相连接,系统控制电路板16由导线与变压电源12相连接,变压电源12上设有电源接口10,系统控制电路板16由导线与直流电动机5相连接;直流电动机5由其轴与空心内螺纹旋转杆7相固定,外螺纹旋转杆8一端与空心内螺纹旋转杆7螺纹连接,另一端与活动阀块11相固定,活动阀块11位于阀体水道内;阀体水道内设有涡流器17,涡流器17内设有加热电阻丝18。阀体水道一端与入水口9相通,另一端由出水管道14与出水口13相通,出水口13可以围绕出水管道14旋转。
所述的直流电动机5上设有旋转轴4,旋转轴4设有手柄3。
自来水由入水口9进入电动阀门6中,直流电机5带动空心螺纹杆7旋转,此时外螺纹旋转杆8由于它受到长方体活动阀块11的限制,所以不能旋转只能在垂直方向上移动。空心内螺纹旋转杆7与外螺纹旋转杆8是通过内螺纹连接的,空心内螺纹旋转杆7旋转时,它会带动外螺纹旋转杆8旋转进入或旋出空心内螺纹旋转杆7中,同时外螺纹旋转杆8带动长方体活动阀块11上下运动,从而实现对进水量大小和水流开关的控制。手柄3的转轴和直流电动机5轴是一体的,目的是在停电时还可对水阀进行控制。自来水经过电动阀门6后,进入涡流器17中,在涡流器17中设有的加热电阻丝18,用于对自来水进行加热。

1.一种具有电加热功能的自来水开关阀门,包括外壳及入水口和出水口,其特征是,设有显示控制屏(1)、直流电动机(5)、电动阀门(6)、空心内螺纹旋转杆(7)、外螺纹旋转杆(8)、电源接口(10)、活动阀块(11)、变压电源(12)、出水管道(14)、红外线感应开关(15)、系统控制电路板(16)、涡流器(17)、加热电阻丝(18),显示控制屏(1)、红外线感应开关(15)位于外壳(2)外表面上,显示控制屏(1)、红外线感应开关(15)与系统控制电路板(16)相连接,系统控制电路板(16)由导线与变压电源(12)相连接,变压电源(12)上设有电源接口(10),系统控制电路板(16)由导线与直流电动机(5)相连接;直流电动机(5)由其轴与空心内螺纹旋转杆(7)相固定,外螺纹旋转杆(8)一端与空心内螺纹旋转杆(7)螺纹连接,另一端与活动阀块(11)相固定,活动阀块(11)位于阀体水道内;阀体水道内设涡流器(17),涡流器(17)内设有加热电阻丝(18),阀体水道一端与入水口(9)相通,另一端由出水管道(14)与出水口(13)相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有电加热功能的自来水开关阀门,其特征是,所述的出水口可以围绕出水管道旋转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有电加热功能的自来水开关阀门,其特征是所述的直流电动机(5)上设有旋转轴(4),旋转轴(4)设有手柄(3)。
