Abstract
The invention discloses an expansion bolt and a pin and a clamp sleeve for the expansion bolt. The pin comprises a pin body, one end of the pin body is an extension end, the other end of the pin body is a tail end, an extending portion, a holding portion and a retracting portion are sequentially formed in a first direction from the extension end to the tail end, the outer diameter of the extending portion is gradually increased in the first direction, the outer diameter of the holding portion is unchanged, and the outer diameter of the retracting portion is smaller than that of the holding portion. The expansion bolt and the pin and the clamp sleeve for the expansion bolt can be disassembled and assembled without special tools, and the disassembled expansion bolt can be reused.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a connecting piece, in particular to an expansion bolt, and a pin and a clamping sleeve for the expansion bolt.
Background
The expansion bolt is fixed by utilizing the wedge-shaped slope to form expansion, so that the fixing effect is achieved. A typical expansion bolt includes a screw and a cylinder that fits over the screw. One end of the screw is threaded, and the other end of the screw has a gradient or larger outer diameter. The screw is covered with a cylinder, one half of the cylinder is provided with a plurality of notches, the cylinder and the notches are plugged into a hole drilled on a wall together, the screw is pulled outwards by using a special tool, the other end of the screw is pulled into the cylinder, and the cylinder is expanded and then is tightly fixed on the wall, so that the screw is generally used for fastening protective guards, raincoats, air conditioners and the like on materials such as cement, bricks and the like.
When disassembly is required, the deformed cylinder is generally sheared off, and the cylinder remaining in the hole is punched out with a punch pin.
The expansion bolt is disposable, is complex to disassemble, and can be continuously used after being disassembled. In some connections that require repeated disassembly, the expansion bolts cannot be used.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an expansion bolt, a pin and a clamping sleeve for the expansion bolt, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art, and can ensure that the expansion bolt is simple in structure, light in weight, convenient to disassemble and reusable.
In one aspect, the invention provides a pin for an expansion bolt, which comprises a pin body, wherein one end of the pin body is an extending end, the other end of the pin body is a tail end, a direction from the extending end to the tail end is a first direction, and an outward expansion part, a holding part and a contraction part are sequentially formed in the first direction; wherein, in the first direction, the outer diameter of the flared portion gradually increases, the outer diameter of the holding portion does not change, and the outer diameter of the constricted portion is smaller than the outer diameter of the holding portion.
The pin for an expansion bolt as described above, wherein the constricted portion has a transition section and a fixed section, the outer diameter of the transition section gradually decreasing to the outer diameter of the fixed section.
The dowel for an expansion bolt as described above, wherein the holding portion further has a stopper projection formed at each of the starting end and the ending end thereof. .
The pin for the expansion bolt is characterized in that a reinforcing rib is fixedly arranged between the extending end of the pin body and the tail end.
The pin for an expansion bolt as described above, wherein a buffer portion is further formed between the extending end and the flared portion, and an outer diameter of the buffer portion is equal to or smaller than an outer diameter of a starting portion of the flared portion.
On the other hand, the clamping sleeve for the expansion bolt is further provided with a clamping sleeve body, and the clamping sleeve body consists of a top seat and a clamping jaw; wherein, the top seat is provided with a through hole; the jack catch encircle the perforating hole with footstock fixed connection to the direction that the jack catch is kept away from the one end of footstock is down, the lower part of jack catch has the bulge, the bulge to the direction extension at the central line place of perforating hole.
The ferrule for an expansion bolt as described above, wherein the four claws are uniformly provided around the through hole.
In still another aspect, there is provided an expansion bolt comprising: the pin for the expansion bolt and the ferrule for the expansion bolt; the pin is sleeved in the through hole, and the extending end passes through the protruding part and is positioned below the protruding part.
Based on expansion bolts and for expansion bolts pin and cutting ferrule that this application provided, need not to adopt specialized tool to realize the dismouting. And the disassembled expansion bolt can be reused.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative only and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
The invention discloses an expansion bolt, a pin 1 for the expansion bolt and a clamping sleeve 2, wherein the pin 1, the clamping sleeve 2 and the expansion bolt are respectively explained below, and naturally, for the sake of simplicity of explanation, the pin 1 for the expansion bolt is uniformly and simply called the pin 1, and the clamping sleeve 2 for the expansion bolt is uniformly and simply called the clamping sleeve 2.
The following describes the pin 1, and referring to fig. 1, the pin 1 has a pin body, one end of the pin body is an extending end 122, and the other end is a tail end 121, when in use, the extending end 122 is inserted into the ferrule 2, so that the ferrule 2 deforms to realize a fixing function, and specific contents will be described below. The extending portion 123, the holding portion 124, and the contracting portion 125 are sequentially formed in the first direction, which is the direction from the extending end 122 to the trailing end 121. Turning now to the individual parts, in a first direction the flared portion 123 has an outer diameter that gradually increases, i.e. slowly expands the ferrule 2, and the retaining portion 124 has an outer diameter that does not change, as in the above described retaining ferrule 2, and the constricted portion 125 has an outer diameter that is smaller than the outer diameter of the retaining portion 124, i.e. the ferrule 2 can be retracted. It needs to be understood that the outer diameter of the extending portion 123 is gradually increased from the starting end, but the outer diameter of the starting end is not necessarily enough to support the cutting ferrule 2 to extend, the pin 1 and the cutting ferrule 2 are used in cooperation when the pin is generally used, in order to improve the working efficiency and avoid the scattered pin 1 and the cutting ferrule 2 from being lost, the pin 1 can be inserted into the cutting ferrule 2, when the pin is not used, the starting end of the extending portion 123 of the pin 1 can correspond to the cutting ferrule 2, the extending cannot occur, and the use is not affected.
As for the above-mentioned constriction 125, it may have various forms, for example, form 1 is: the constrictions 125 and the holders 124 provide a buffer zone, gradually forming a change in outer diameter. Specifically, the constriction 125 has a transition section and a fixation section, the outer diameter of the transition section gradually decreasing to the outer diameter of the fixation section. The constricted portion 125 may be tapered, and thus, it is known that the outer diameter of the constricted portion 125 is gradually reduced. For example, the constriction 125 may also be of the form 2, i.e. directly connected to the holding portion 124, without a direct change in size.
Further, the start end and the end of the retaining portion 124 are respectively formed with a limiting protrusion, so that the ferrule 2 is not easily slipped when the retaining portion 124 retains the flared configuration, thereby avoiding the fixation failure caused thereby.
Further, a reinforcing rib 127 is fixedly arranged between the extending end 122 of the pin body and the tail end 121. As can be seen from the figure, the inner surface of the rib 127 is in contact with the flared portion 123, the holding portion 124 and the constricted portion 125 (hereinafter, the flared portion 123, the holding portion 124 and the constricted portion 125 are simply referred to as "three portions") of the pin 1, and in some embodiments, the rib 127 is fixed to the three portions, for example, by welding or bonding, or, of course, may be integrally formed with the three portions. In one embodiment, a buffer portion 126 is further formed between the extending end 122 and the flared portion 123, and an outer diameter of the buffer portion 126 is smaller than or equal to an outer diameter of the flared portion 123 at the beginning. When the pin 1 and the cutting ferrule 2 are used in a matched mode, in order to improve the working efficiency and avoid the loss of the scattered pin 1 and the cutting ferrule, the pin 1 can be inserted into the cutting ferrule, but when the pin is not used, the buffer part 126 of the pin 1 corresponds to the cutting ferrule, the cutting ferrule cannot stretch out of the buffer part 126, and the use is not influenced. Of course, reference is made to the use of some pins 1 and ferrules, which will be described in detail in the following part of the description.
Turning now to the ferrule, see fig. 2, there is a ferrule body comprised of a top seat and jaws 22; the top seat is provided with a through hole 21, and the through hole 21 is used for inserting a pin; the claw 22 surrounds the through hole 21 and is fixedly connected with the top seat, the direction of one end of the claw 22 far away from the top seat is taken as the lower direction, the lower part of the claw 22 is provided with a convex part 221, and the convex part 221 extends towards the direction of the center line of the through hole 21. The protrusion 221 may cooperate with three portions of the pin to achieve a flare or the like, which is clear from the above description of the pin.
Preferably, the protrusion 221 may have a smooth structure, so that the pin may be inserted more smoothly and prevented from being scratched.
Generally, the claws 22 have four and are uniformly arranged around the through hole 21, but other numbers of claws 22 can be used in the present application, and even one claw 22 can be positioned by the cooperation of the pin.
Now, an expansion bolt is described, which comprises the above-mentioned pin and the above-mentioned ferrule 2, the pin being fitted in the through hole 21, the end of the pin extending through the projection 221, and being located below the projection 221.
When the pin is used, the pin can move up and down in the through hole 21, as the pin extends into the through hole 21 from top to bottom, the flared part 123 and the holding part 124 sequentially abut against the convex part 221, and the flared part 123 enables the claw 22 to be gradually flared; the retaining portion 124 maintains the jaw 22 in a fixed range of outward deformation; the constricted portion 125 stops abutting against the protruding portion 221.
For example, in use, the ferrule 2 may now be placed into a pre-set hole and the pin inserted. Or the pin and the cutting sleeve 2 are matched firstly and put into the hole.
The use of the expansion bolts will be described with reference to fig. 3-6, for example, in fig. 3, the expansion bolts are used to fix the first object 3 and the second object 4, and the combined expansion bolts are inserted into the holes of the object a and the object B, in this case, the protruding portion 221 may correspond to the buffering portion 126, or may be the starting end of the flared portion 123, and therefore, it can be understood that the starting end of the flared portion 123 does not necessarily abut against the outward expansion of the ferrule 2.
When the fixing is required, the pin is pushed downwards, the claw 22 is expanded as the expanding part 123 gradually pushes against the convex part 221 of the cutting ferrule 2, as shown in fig. 5, finally the convex part 221 is clamped on the holding part 124, and the claw 22 is kept at a fixed expanding position, thereby realizing the fixing. When disassembly is required, the pin is pushed further downwards, so that the projection 221 disengages from the engagement of the retaining portion 124, as shown in fig. 6, and enters the constriction 125, releasing the fixation by elastic return of the pawl 22 itself.
The used expansion bolt can be used for pulling out the pin again for repeated use.
The construction, features and functions of the present invention are described in detail in the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, which are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited by the drawings, and all equivalent embodiments modified or changed according to the idea of the present invention should fall within the protection scope of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention covered by the description and the drawings.
Claims (8)
1. A pin for an expansion bolt, which is provided with a pin body and is characterized in that,
one end of the pin body is an extending end, the other end of the pin body is a tail end, the direction from the extending end to the tail end is a first direction, and an extending part, a holding part and a contracting part are sequentially formed in the first direction; wherein,
in the first direction, the outer diameter of the flared portion gradually increases, the outer diameter of the holding portion does not change, and the outer diameter of the constricted portion is smaller than the outer diameter of the holding portion.
2. A pin for an expansion bolt according to claim 1,
the constriction has a transition section and a fixation section, the outer diameter of the transition section tapering to the outer diameter of the fixation section.
3. A pin for an expansion bolt according to claim 1,
the starting end and the ending end of the holding part are also respectively provided with a limiting bulge.
