Abstract
The invention provides a silencer of a compressor and the compressor with the silencer. The silencer of the compressor comprises a main body, wherein an air containing cavity is arranged on the main body, a perforated plate is fixedly arranged in the air containing cavity, the perforated plate and the upper wall of the main body form a back pressure cavity, and vent holes are formed in the perforated plate. The silencer of the compressor has better silencing effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air conditioning equipment, in particular to a silencer of a compressor and the compressor with the silencer.
Background
Air conditioning compressors, particularly rotary compressors, generate noise during operation due to the presence of components that move relative to each other as a result of the compression and discharge of the gas. The outward transmission of the noise can affect the use feeling of users and can cause noise pollution. In order to reduce the noise generated by the working of the air-conditioning compressor, a silencer is usually arranged in the compressor to reduce the noise, but the existing silencer can only reduce the noise in a certain frequency band, and the silencing effect is limited.

The invention provides a silencer of a compressor, which comprises a main body, wherein an air containing cavity is arranged on the main body, a perforated plate is fixedly arranged in the air containing cavity, the perforated plate and the upper wall of the main body form a back pressure cavity, and a vent hole is formed in the perforated plate.
Further, the silencer is a side exhaust silencer, and a side exhaust hole is formed in the main body.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a silencer of a compressor includes a main body 10, an air accommodating chamber 19 is provided on the main body 10, a perforated plate 20 is fixedly provided in the air accommodating chamber 19, the perforated plate 20 forms a back pressure chamber with an upper wall of the main body 10, and a vent hole 21 is provided on the perforated plate 20. The air-containing cavity 19 of the silencer of the compressor is used for containing the gas output by the compressor and silencing the gas. Through set up perforated plate 20 in holding air cavity 19, utilize the broadband noise elimination effect of perforated plate 20, increase the noise elimination bandwidth of muffler, improve the noise elimination performance of muffler. The noise elimination effect is better, and the use effect of the compressor is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the main body 10 further includes a bottom plate 11 and a housing 12, the housing 12 is fixedly disposed on the bottom plate 11, and the housing 12 forms an air accommodating chamber 19.
The base plate 11 is used for connection with other components of the compressor. The base plate 11 is provided with a fixing hole 111 for connection to a compressor. A connector may pass through the fixing hole 111 and fix the muffler to other structures of the compressor. The connecting member may be a bolt, a screw, a rivet, or the like. The fixing holes 111 are plural and are uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the bottom plate 11.
In the present embodiment, the bottom plate 11 has a circular shape. The base plate 11 may be other rectangular or other shapes.
The housing 12 and the base plate 11 are integrally formed, and the housing 12 and the base plate 11 may be formed by punching using a steel plate. It may be formed by casting or the like. Of course, the housing 12 and the bottom plate 11 may be separately processed and then connected by welding or the like.
In the present embodiment, the muffler is a side exhaust muffler, and the main body 10 is provided with a side exhaust hole. The position and the aperture of the side vent hole can be obtained through simulation calculation.
A perforated plate 20 is added on the side exhaust silencer, a backpressure cavity is formed by the perforated plate 20 and the silencer main body, and the silencing frequency band is wider; meanwhile, the side exhaust holes are combined with the perforated plate 20, so that the influence of the larger flow resistance of the perforated plate 20 on the performance and power consumption of the compressor can be avoided.
In order to allow the body 10 to be installed in the compressor, a flange shaft fitting hole 18 is provided on an upper wall of the body 10. The flange shaft fitting hole 18 is for a shaft of the compressor to pass through. Suitably, the perforated plate 20 is provided with a shaft through hole 22 coaxial with the flange shaft mating hole 18. The shaft through hole 22 is for a shaft of the compressor to pass through.
As shown in fig. 3, the perforated plate 20 is provided with a plurality of vent holes 21. The perforated plate 20 is a micro-perforated plate. The aperture and pitch of the vent holes 21 can be calculated by the noise elimination theory so as to obtain the optimal theoretical noise elimination effect.
For example, the hole diameter and pitch of the vent holes 21 are roughly set to a certain value, the admittance of the perforated plate 20 is calculated according to a theoretical formula, and then the admittance coefficient is introduced into the simulation of the silencer for calculation and check. The pore size generally cannot be too large, generally cannot be larger than 2mm or the microperforation characteristics are lost.
The perforated plate 20 is disposed inside the case 12 of the main body 10. The perforated plate 20 may be disposed parallel to the bottom plate 11. The perforated plate 20 has a peripheral wall shape matching the peripheral wall shape of the air accommodating chamber 19 of the main body 10. I.e. the outer contour of the perforated plate 20 is determined by the outer shape of the housing 12 of the silencer, ensuring that the perforated plate 20 can be tightly fitted to the air-containing chamber 19 of the silencer without air leakage.
In the present embodiment, the top surface of the perforated plate 20 has a first distance from the upper wall of the main body 10. The space between the top surface of the perforated plate 20 and the upper wall of the main body 10 is a back pressure chamber. The first distance may be calculated by simulation. The minimum distance cannot be less than 10mm, and too small a distance may result in too small a back pressure chamber to exert a significant effect.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a compressor, which includes a muffler, wherein the muffler is the above-mentioned muffler of the compressor. The perforated plate 20 is welded on the side exhaust silencer for the common compressor, and the silencing frequency band bandwidth of the original silencer is expanded by utilizing the special broadband silencing effect of the perforated plate, so that the silencer achieves a better effect.
Specifically, the compressor comprises an upper bearing seat, and the silencer is fixedly arranged on the upper bearing seat. The gas discharged from the compressor through the compression cavity enters the gas containing cavity 19 of the silencer and passes through the silencing effect of the gas containing cavity 19.
The silencer of the compressor and the compressor with the silencer have the following technical effects:
through increasing the microperforated panel in the muffler for the compressor, through the noise elimination of microperforated panel, realize the broadband noise elimination of compressor muffler, utilize the side exhaust hole to combine with the microperforated panel simultaneously, avoid the muffler flow resistance too high, avoid the influence to compressor performance and consumption. Compared with the conventional silencer, the silencer with the microperforated plate has wider silencing bandwidth, better silencing effect, small flow resistance of the silencer and small influence on the performance of the compressor

The silencer of the compressor is characterized by comprising a main body (10), wherein the main body (10) comprises a bottom plate (11) and a shell (12) fixedly arranged on the bottom plate (11), an air containing cavity (19) is formed in the shell (12), a perforated plate (20) is fixedly arranged in the air containing cavity (19), a back pressure cavity is formed by the perforated plate (20) and the inner side wall, far away from the bottom plate (11), of the shell (12), and vent holes (21) are formed in the perforated plate (20); the muffler is the side exhaust muffler, be provided with the side exhaust hole on main part (10), the side exhaust hole set up in perforated plate (20) with between bottom plate (11), the aperture of air vent (21) is not more than 2 mm.
2. Muffler of a compressor according to claim 1, characterized in that the top surface of the perforated plate (20) has a first distance from the upper wall of the body (10).
3. The muffler of a compressor according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein a flange shaft fitting hole (18) is provided on an upper wall of the main body (10), and a shaft through hole (22) coaxial with the flange shaft fitting hole (18) is provided on the perforated plate (20).
