背景技术
随着人们生活水平的迅速提高，人们对室内装饰和家具越来越重视。各种别具风格的橱柜应运而生。但是，目前橱柜的门板封边因经常开关而损坏。封边主要适用于板式家具、膜压橱柜门板边廓的粘贴和装饰，在操作上只能由手工粘贴的方法完成。粘贴木质封边条的胶合剂为水溶性胶合剂或强力胶合剂，粘贴时只要门板体边廓平整就行，在环境温度上没有具体要求。以往的封边强度低，易开边，使用寿命短，颜色图案不够多样化。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种封边用铝型材，本铝型材用于门板的封边使用，质量轻、强度高，刚度好，坚固耐用；耐腐蚀，使用维修方便，色泽美观。
采用的技术方案是：
一种封边用铝型材，包括底板和面板，其特征在于：底板的一侧边缘和面板对应的一侧边缘垂直设置，在面板上位于底板的同侧垂直设置有中间固定板，底板、面板和中间固定板为一次成型整体结构，底板为长方形，底板的长度和面板的底边长度相同，在中间固定板的上端固设有多个三角形倒钩。三角形倒钩和中间固定板为一次成型整体结构。在底板的另一侧边缘设有第一倒角，在面板的另一侧边缘设有第二倒角。
其优点在于：本铝型材用于门板的封边使用，质量轻、强度高，刚度好，坚固耐用；耐腐蚀，使用维修方便；色泽美观，表面可着色成多种颜色或带色的花纹，还可涂装饰膜使表面光亮。

1.一种封边用铝型材，包括底板(1)和面板(2)，其特征在于：底板(1)的一侧边缘和面板(2)对应的一侧边缘垂直设置，在面板(2)上位于底板(1)的同侧垂直设置有中间固定板(3)，底板(1)、面板(2)和中间固定板(3)为一次成型整体结构，底板(1)为长方形，底板(1)的长度和面板(2)的底边长度相同，在中间固定板(3)的上端固设有多个三角形倒钩(4)；三角形倒钩(4)和中间固定板(3)为一次成型整体结构。
