Abstract

本发明公开了一种渣浆泵过流部件表面修补工艺,其包括:(1)对待修补过流部件表面进行喷砂粗化;(2)将所述喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面用丙酮和乙醇洗涤,干燥;(3)将TiN陶瓷颗粒占20‑45wt%、NiCrMoSiB粉末合金余量混合粉末、作为黏结剂的环氧树脂及固化剂混合均匀,形成浆料;(4)将所述浆料涂覆在洗涤干燥后的喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面,以使得表面均匀,且涂覆厚度不小于0.5mm,80‑120℃下干燥;(5)用激光进行搭接,在待修补过流部件表面形成TiN‑NiCrMoSiB陶瓷覆盖层。本发明通过选用特定的耐磨蚀耐腐蚀材料,通过激光强化工艺,修补了过流部件表面,并对整个过流部件表面进行了强化,增加了其耐腐蚀和耐磨蚀性能。

Description

一种渣浆泵过流部件表面修补工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种渣浆泵过流部件表面修补工艺。
背景技术
离心式渣浆泵磨粒磨损及腐蚀性磨蚀离心式渣浆泵过流部件多采用韧性材料,其水流动力学磨粒磨损是由微切削磨损和变形磨损组成的复合磨损。离心式渣浆泵正常运转过程中,流经于过流部件的液圊两相浆体的流态是紊流状态,浆体中固体颗粒(煤、矸石、磁铁矿粉)的形状处于随机取向。
以小角度冲击过流部件表面的固体颗粒,以尖角与表面接触时,在接触点很小的面积上将产生很高的冲击压力,冲击压力的垂直分量使固体颗粒压人材料表面,冲击压力的水平分量使其沿大致平行于过流部件表面的方向移动,使材料表面接触点产生横向塑性变形,从而切出一定量的微体积材料,造成过流部件的微切削磨损。
以大冲角冲击过流部件表面的固体颗粒在冲击压力的垂直分量作用下,使固体颗粒压人材料表面形成弹塑性变形,到颗粒停止压入运动为止,最终形成不能恢复的塑性变形-冲击凹坑,在凹坑边缘有塑性变形挤出的材料堆积物。冲击坑边缘堆积物将重新受挤压变形和移位而从材料表面剥落,引起一定量的微体积材料损失,造成过流部件的变形磨损。
同时,由于渣浆泵处理的流体中含有各种腐蚀性液体,因此会在过流部件表面腐蚀造成凹痕、腐蚀面等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种渣浆泵过流部件表面修补工艺,能够将所述过流部件表面进行修补。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种渣浆泵过流部件表面修补工艺,其包括:
(1)对待修补过流部件表面进行喷砂粗化;
(2)将所述喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面用丙酮和乙醇洗涤,干燥;
(3)将TiN陶瓷颗粒占20-45wt%、NiCrMoSiB粉末合金余量混合粉末、作为黏结剂的环氧树脂及固化剂混合均匀,形成浆料;
(4)将所述浆料涂覆在洗涤干燥后的喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面,以使得表面均匀,且涂覆厚度不小于0.5mm,80-120℃下干燥;
(5)用激光进行搭接,所述激光相变工艺条件包括:激光功率1200-2000W,扫描速度600-1000mm/min,光斑直径4-8mm,搭接率15-25%,在待修补过流部件表面形成TiN-NiCrMoSiB陶瓷覆盖层。
本发明通过在被腐蚀被磨蚀的过流部件表面涂覆一层浆料,所述浆料填补各种腐蚀凹坑或者裂隙,并在整个过流部件表面形成光滑的外表。通过激光强化,干燥后的浆料中TiN、NiCrMoSiB熔融并渗入过流部件基体,将所述凹坑和裂隙填补平整。未有腐蚀或磨损的部位,也被渗入TiN陶瓷颗粒、NiCrMoSiB粉末合金形成硬化涂层,起到保护作用。浆料中的环氧树脂和固化剂,在激光强化过程中炭化,与部分金属形成碳化物,增强了其耐磨蚀和耐腐蚀性能。未被炭化的环氧树脂,本身硬度较大,同样可以作为耐磨蚀材料使用。
本发明所述的NiCrMoSiB粉末合金,其组成按重量百分含量包括Cr 10-15%,Ni3-7%,Mo 2-6%,Si 1-5%,B 2-4%,余量Ni。
优选的,TiN陶瓷颗粒占30-40wt%,进一步优选35wt%。
本发明制备得到的耐磨涂层,去与基体形成冶金结合,结合强度大于600MPa,覆层为组织均匀、致密无孔的铸态结晶组织,其覆层硬度高达80洛氏硬度以上,使用寿命相较于不含覆层的叶片延长6-7倍以上,抗气蚀能力提高10倍以上。
本发明采用的有机黏结剂环氧树脂,其含量只要起到粘结作用,将所述TiN陶瓷颗粒、NiCrMoSiB粉末合金混合粉末粘结到过流部件基体表面即可,其用量最多过量20%。
所述固化剂的含量,只要能起到固化作用即可,一般稍微过量,但不会过量20%。
所述修补后的过流部件,经冲蚀速度为10m/s、冲蚀角为70°、冲蚀时间为连续48小时连续冲蚀磨损后,其体积磨损量只是不添加涂层的过流部件的20%左右,同时整个填补的涂层表面完整,没有剥离现象。
本发明通过选用特定的耐磨蚀耐腐蚀材料,通过激光强化工艺,修补了过流部件表面,并对整个过流部件表面进行了强化,增加了其耐腐蚀和耐磨蚀性能。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种渣浆泵过流部件修补工艺,其包括:
(1)对待修补过流部件表面进行喷砂粗化;
(2)将所述喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面用丙酮和乙醇洗涤,干燥;
(3)将TiN陶瓷颗粒占20wt%、NiCrMoSiB粉末合金余量混合粉末、作为黏结剂的环氧树脂及固化剂混合均匀,形成浆料;
(4)将所述浆料涂覆在洗涤干燥后的喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面,以使得表面均匀,且涂覆厚度不小于0.5mm,80℃下干燥;
(5)用激光进行搭接,所述激光相变工艺条件包括:激光功率1200W,扫描速度600mm/min,光斑直径4mm,搭接率15%,在待修补过流部件表面形成TiN-NiCrMoSiB陶瓷覆盖层。
实施例2
一种渣浆泵过流部件修补工艺,其包括:
(1)对待修补过流部件表面进行喷砂粗化;
(2)将所述喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面用丙酮和乙醇洗涤,干燥;
(3)将TiN陶瓷颗粒占45wt%、NiCrMoSiB粉末合金余量混合粉末、作为黏结剂的环氧树脂及固化剂混合均匀,形成浆料;
(4)将所述浆料涂覆在洗涤干燥后的喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面,以使得表面均匀,且涂覆厚度不小于0.5mm,120℃下干燥;
(5)用激光进行搭接,所述激光相变工艺条件包括:激光功率2000W,扫描速度1000mm/min,光斑直径8mm,搭接率25%,在待修补过流部件表面形成TiN-NiCrMoSiB陶瓷覆盖层。
实施例3
一种渣浆泵过流部件修补工艺,其包括:
(1)对待修补过流部件表面进行喷砂粗化;
(2)将所述喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面用丙酮和乙醇洗涤,干燥;
(3)将TiN陶瓷颗粒占35wt%、NiCrMoSiB粉末合金余量混合粉末、作为黏结剂的环氧树脂及固化剂混合均匀,形成浆料;
(4)将所述浆料涂覆在洗涤干燥后的喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面,以使得表面均匀,且涂覆厚度不小于0.5mm,100℃下干燥;
(5)用激光进行搭接,所述激光相变工艺条件包括:激光功率1600W,扫描速度800mm/min,光斑直径6mm,搭接率20%,在待修补过流部件表面形成TiN-NiCrMoSiB陶瓷覆盖层。
实施例1-3所述修补后的过流部件,经冲蚀速度为10m/s、冲蚀角为70°、冲蚀时间为连续48小时连续冲蚀磨损后,其体积磨损量只是不添加涂层的过流部件的20%左右,同时整个填补的涂层表面完整,没有剥离现象。

1.一种渣浆泵过流部件表面修补工艺,其包括:
(1)对待修补过流部件表面进行喷砂粗化;
(2)将所述喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面用丙酮和乙醇洗涤,干燥;
(3)将TiN陶瓷颗粒占20-45wt%、NiCrMoSiB粉末合金余量混合粉末、作为黏结剂的环氧树脂及固化剂混合均匀,形成浆料;
(4)将所述浆料涂覆在洗涤干燥后的喷砂粗化后的过流部件表面,以使得表面均匀,且涂覆厚度不小于0.5mm,80-120℃下干燥;
(5)用激光进行搭接,所述激光相变工艺条件包括:激光功率1200-2000W,扫描速度600-1000mm/min,光斑直径4-8mm,搭接率15-25%,在待修补过流部件表面形成TiN-NiCrMoSiB陶瓷覆盖层。
