一种耐摩擦哑油,主体由以下质量百分比的成分组成:蜡粉1~3%、消光粉12~20%、干性植物油6~8%、环氧改性酚醛树脂15~30%、松香改性酚醛树脂15~25%、大豆油15~20%、矿物油6~8%、消泡剂0.1~1%和固化剂0.01~0.15%;其中固化剂由以下质量百分比的成分组成:双酚树脂34%,低分子量环氧树脂35%,咪唑‑氰酸脂化合物21%,季铵盐4%,季磷盐6%。本发明具有耐高温、耐水性好、硬度高的特点,使用时干燥快,且相比同类产品更耐摩擦,能有效解决印刷品出现摩擦糊版的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及油墨技术领域,具体涉及一种耐摩擦哑油。
背景技术
哑油是一种印刷材料,其涂布在纸张、纸板或薄膜上,使得印刷的色彩亮丽、光滑、更具有立体感,具有环保、安全、成本低、原材料来源广的优点,在印刷包装领域有着广泛的应用。但是,由于现在的哑油耐摩擦性较差,对于远距离和长时间运输,无法避免印刷品出现摩擦糊版的问题。
发明内容
为克服上有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的旨在提出一种耐摩擦哑油,有效的提高哑油的耐摩擦性能,避免印刷品出现摩擦糊版的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种耐摩擦哑油,主体由以下质量百分比的成分组成:蜡粉1~3%、消光粉12~20%、干性植物油6~8%、环氧改性酚醛树脂15~30%、松香改性酚醛树脂15~25%、大豆油15~20%、矿物油6~8%、消泡剂0.1~1%和固化剂0.01~0.15%;其中固化剂由以下质量百分比的成分组成:双酚树脂34%,低分子量环氧树脂35%,咪唑-氰酸脂化合物21%,季铵盐4%,季磷盐6%。
进一步,所述消光粉采用二氧化硅。
进一步,蜡粉的粒径为 7~9μm。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明提供的一种耐摩擦哑油,具有耐高温、耐水性好、硬度高的特点,使用时干燥快,且相比同类产品更耐摩擦,能有效解决印刷品出现摩擦糊版的问题。

实施例:
一种耐摩擦哑油,主体由以下质量百分比的成分组成:蜡粉1~3%、消光粉12~20%、干性植物油6~8%、环氧改性酚醛树脂15~30%、松香改性酚醛树脂15~25%、大豆油15~20%、矿物油6~8%、消泡剂0.1~1%和固化剂0.01~0.15%;其中固化剂由以下质量百分比的成分组成:双酚树脂34%,低分子量环氧树脂35%,咪唑-氰酸脂化合物21%,季铵盐4%,季磷盐6%。其中:消光粉可采用二氧化硅、滑石粉、硬脂酸铝、硬脂酸钙、低分子热塑性树脂中的一种或几种;蜡粉的粒径为 7~9μm。
其中耐摩擦哑油的优选配方质量百分比的成分如下:蜡粉2%、消光粉18%、干性植物油7%、环氧改性酚醛树脂25%、松香改性酚醛树脂21%、大豆油19%、矿物油7%、消泡剂0.9%和固化剂0.1%。
本实施例中松香改性酚醛树脂采用醛和酚类的缩合产物与松香加成后,并与多元醇脂化改性而成的合成树脂,具有独特的蜂窝状结构,能与颜料良好润湿。采用的环氧改性酚醛树脂能够改善哑油的粘结性和耐热性能,并在其中添加了少量的固化剂,能够提高哑油整体的耐磨性能。

1.一种耐摩擦哑油,其特征在于:主体由以下质量百分比的成分组成:蜡粉1~3%、消光粉12~20%、干性植物油6~8%、环氧改性酚醛树脂15~30%、松香改性酚醛树脂15~25%、大豆油15~20%、矿物油6~8%、消泡剂0.1~1%和固化剂0.01~0.15%;其中固化剂由以下质量百分比的成分组成:双酚树脂34%,低分子量环氧树脂35%,咪唑-氰酸脂化合物21%,季铵盐4%,季磷盐6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐摩擦哑油,其特征在于:所述消光粉采用二氧化硅。
