Abstract
本发明提供了一种防水防油阻燃面料,属于纺织产品技术领域。它解决了现有面料防火防水性较差的问题。本防水防油阻燃面料,包括由下往上依次设置的透气吸水层、防火层和防水层,透气吸水层的内部设有多个透气腔,防水层的内部设有多个微米材料凸起,面料还包括由上往下依次贯穿防水层和防火层的透气槽,透气槽位于微米材料凸起之间的空隙中,且透气槽与透气腔相连通。本面料具有良好的防水防火和透气性,同时微米材料凸起还能够减少油污粘附,起到防油的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织产品技术领域,涉及一种面料,特别是一种防水防油阻燃面料。
背景技术
随着经济技术的发展,人们的生活水平提高,穿衣打扮也自然提高了很多,而面料就是用来制作服装的材料;作为服装的重要因素之一,面料可以诠释服装的风格和特性,衡量面料的好坏有很多指标,比如面料的透气性,舒适性,弹性等,但是传统的面料所具备的功能比较单一,尤其是对于儿童的衣服面料要求也是非常高的,儿童爱玩耍,经常衣服上会沾染水渍和油污,而且防火也很重要,这是为儿童的生命做个保障,最重要的就是透气性要好,而这些都是传统的面料所难以同时克服实现的一个问题,所以以上问题都亟待解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种防水防油阻燃面料,它解决了现有技术中防火防水差,透气不良,容易沾染油污,容易沾身,排水性差的问题。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种防水防油阻燃面料,其特征在于,包括由下往上依次设置的透气吸水层、防火层和防水层,所述透气吸水层的内部设有多个透气腔,所述防水层的内部设有多个微米材料凸起,所述面料还包括由上往下依次贯穿防水层和防火层的透气槽,所述透气槽位于微米材料凸起之间的空隙中,且透气槽与透气腔相连通。
本面料具有良好的防水防火和透气性,同时微米材料凸起还能够减少油污粘附,起到防油的效果。
在上述的防水防油阻燃面料中,所述微米材料凸起的中部均贯穿设有一层生物蜡,且微米材料凸起的外表面设有纳米纤维。生物蜡以其极其精细的结构来防止水的渗透,以及油污的沾染。
在上述的防水防油阻燃面料中,所述防火层由陶瓷纤维和玻镁材料混织而成,所述防火层内设有多个填料腔。
在上述的防水防油阻燃面料中,所述填料腔内填充有氧化铝纳米颗粒或酚醛树脂颗粒。可以进一步提高防火性。
在上述的防水防油阻燃面料中,所述透气槽的顶端制为向上敞口的漏斗腔。漏斗腔上大小下,透气效果更好。
在上述的防水防油阻燃面料中,所述漏斗腔的顶面覆盖有透气膜,所述透气膜均匀设有多个气孔,气孔的孔径大于空气分子且小于水分子。透气膜具有良好的放水透气性。
在上述的防水防油阻燃面料中,所述透气腔均为两侧开口的椭圆形结构,各透气腔之间通过侧开口相互连通。透气腔方便挤压,既使得面料具有良好的透气性,又使得面料具有弹性。
在上述的防水防油阻燃面料中,所述透气腔内充填有橡胶纤维。橡胶纤维可以避免透气腔10塌陷,同时使得面料更具有弹性。
在上述的防水防油阻燃面料中,所述透气吸水层的底端设有真丝层。真丝层不沾身,使人穿在身上更舒服。
与现有技术相比,本面料通过设有透气腔以及气孔来高效的排出汗水,通过设有陶瓷纤维和玻镁材料混织而成防火层来防火,通过设有生物蜡的微米材料凸起来防止油污的沾染和水的渗透,通过设有微米材料凸起以及纳米纤维来与水分子进行疏离,通过设有漏斗腔以及气孔提高了透气效果,并防止雨水的进入。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
参照图1,本实施例为一种防水防油阻燃面料,包括由下往上依次设置的透气吸水层12、防火层6和防水层5,透气吸水层12的内部设有多个透气腔10,防水层5的内部设有多个微米材料凸起1,面料还包括由上往下依次贯穿防水层5和防火层6的透气槽8,透气槽8位于微米材料凸起1之间的空隙中,且透气槽8与透气腔10相连通。
进一步的,微米材料凸起1的中部均贯穿设有一层生物蜡9,且微米材料凸起1的外表面设有纳米纤维2。生物蜡9以其极其精细的结构来防止水的渗透,以及油污的沾染,且微米材料凸起1的表面均匀设有纳米纤维2,微米材料凸起1和纳米纤维2结合形成微纳结构,形成很小的气室来阻挡水的渗透,
进一步的,防火层6由陶瓷纤维和玻镁材料混织而成,所述防火层6内设有多个填料腔7,填料腔7内填充有氧化铝纳米颗粒或酚醛树脂颗粒。可以进一步提高防火性。
进一步的,透气槽8的顶端制为向上敞口的漏斗腔4,漏斗腔4及防水层5的顶面共同覆盖有透气膜3,透气膜3均匀设有多个与漏斗腔4相连通的气孔10,气孔10的孔径大于空气分子且小于水分子。
进一步的,透气腔10均为两侧开口的椭圆形结构,各透气腔10之间通过侧开口相互连通,透气腔10内充填有橡胶纤维,橡胶纤维可以避免透气腔10塌陷,同时使得面料更具有弹性。透气腔10方便挤压,既使得面料具有良好的透气性,又使得面料具有弹性。
进一步的,透气吸水层12的底端设有真丝层13,使得面料穿在人身上不沾身,更舒服。
本防水防油阻燃面料,通过在透气吸水层12内设有透气腔10以及在漏斗腔4的顶端设有透气膜3来高效的排出汗水,同时避免外界的水进入到面料中;通过在防火层6填充耐火材料来提高防火性;通过在微米材料凸起1的中部设有生物蜡9来防止油污的沾染和水的渗透;通过在防水层5内设有微米材料凸起1以及在微米材料凸起1的表面设有纳米纤维2通过两者形成的微小气室来与水分子进行疏离,具有较好的防水性。

1.一种防水防油阻燃面料,其特征在于,包括由下往上依次设置的透气吸水层(12)、防火层(6)和防水层(5),所述透气吸水层(12)的内部设有多个透气腔(10),所述防水层(5)的内部设有多个微米材料凸起(1),所述面料还包括由上往下依次贯穿防水层(5)和防火层(6)的透气槽(8),所述透气槽(8)位于微米材料凸起(1)之间的空隙中,且透气槽(8)与透气腔(10)相连通,所述微米材料凸起(1)的中部均贯穿设有一层生物蜡(9),且微米材料凸起(1)的外表面设有纳米纤维(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水防油阻燃面料,其特征在于,所述防火层(6)由陶瓷纤维和玻镁材料混织而成,所述防火层(6)内设有多个填料腔(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防水防油阻燃面料,其特征在于,所述填料腔(7)内填充有氧化铝纳米颗粒或酚醛树脂颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水防油阻燃面料,其特征在于,所述透气槽(8)的顶端制为向上敞口的漏斗腔(4)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防水防油阻燃面料,其特征在于,所述漏斗腔(4)的顶面覆盖有透气膜(3),所述透气膜(3)均匀设有多个气孔,气孔的孔径大于空气分子且小于水分子。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防水防油阻燃面料,其特征在于,所述透气腔(10)均为两侧开口的椭圆形结构,各透气腔(10)之间通过侧开口相互连通。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防水防油阻燃面料,其特征在于,所述透气腔(10)内充填有橡胶纤维。
8.根据权利要求1-7任意一条所述的防水防油阻燃面料,其特征在于,所述透气吸水层(12)的底端设有真丝层(13)。
