本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种制作服装、玩具的面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着纺织技术的发展和人们消费观念的不断改变以及生活品味的不断提高，对面料的质量和档次的要求也在不断提高。绒布作为最近几年出现的面料，因其手感柔软舒适，深受人们的喜爱。但由于其直立的绒毛长短一致、分布均匀，立体感较差。且不具有闪光功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种立体感强的立体闪光绒布。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种立体闪光绒布，包括基布，所述基布的表面设有若干绒毛块和通道，所述通道交错分布于绒毛块的周围，所述通道的宽度为0.1～1厘米，所述基布由织物制成，所述织物由经向纱线和纬向纱线相互交织构成，所述的经向纱线和纬向纱线的断面均为三角形。基布下设置抗紫外线层，抗紫外线层由经纱和纬纱交织而成，所述经纱和纬纱为棉纱或涤纶纱，所述经纱或纬纱的表面涂覆有可抗紫外线的保护层，所述织物层外围包覆有PU材料制成的具有弹性的涂层。保护层为二氧化钛层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、色彩缤纷的绒毛块和通道组成的立体闪光绒布，立体感强，手感柔软舒适。
2、当白光通过三角纱线后，会形成不则颜色的光，透过布面的光会形成较强列的反射和折射，使织物具有较高光泽度。

参见图1，本发明涉及一种立体闪光绒布，包括基布1，所述基布1的表面设有若干绒毛块2和通道3。所述绒毛块2大小不一，带有各自的色彩。所述通道3交错分布，置于绒毛块2的周围，所述通道3的宽度为0.1～1厘米。
所述基布1由织物制成，所述织物由经向纱线和纬向纱线相互交织构成，所述的经向纱线和纬向纱线的断面均为三角形。
基布下设置抗紫外线层，抗紫外线层由经纱和纬纱交织而成，所述经纱和纬纱为棉纱或涤纶纱，所述经纱或纬纱的表面涂覆有可抗紫外线的保护层，所述织物层外围包覆有PU材料制成的具有弹性的涂层。保护层为二氧化钛层。
