Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,广泛应用于服装、鞋帽、头饰、手袋、箱包及工艺品等物品上,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
纺织面料是制作服装的材料,大部分纺织面料的图案是通过织造或印花工艺制成的,其色彩丰富、图案多样,风格翻新快,深受人们的喜爱。但这些面料多是平面面料,没有立体感。且存在织物弹力不轻松、不舒适、不长久等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种富有立体感的立体印花弹性面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种立体印花弹性面料,包括基布,所述基布的上表面为印刷层,印刷层的上面为绒毛层,所述印刷层包括印刷花,所述绒毛层包括绒毛花和绒毛块,所述绒毛花与印刷花的花式一致,且绒毛花覆盖部分印刷花,所述绒毛块大小一致、均匀分布于绒毛花周围,所述基布由织物制成,所述织物为经编织物,垫纱规律为1-0/2-3,面纱采用75D/36
T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝,底纱采用FDY 84D/36F涤纶长丝,所述T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝中空,截面呈十字形。织物下设置复合面料层,复合面料层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、带有花形的凸起绒毛不仅使立体印花弹性面料手感柔软舒适,而且掩映了印花面料艳丽的花形,增强了立体印花弹性面料的朦胧感和立体感。
2、本发明制成的织物弹力轻松、舒适、长久。织物柔软、挺括、悬垂性好。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明涉及一种立体印花弹性面料,包括基布1,所述基布1的上表面为印刷层2,印刷层2的上面为绒毛层3。所述印刷层2包括色彩艳丽的印刷花21;所述绒毛层3包括绒毛花31和绒毛块32,绒毛花31和绒毛块32均为同一色。所述绒毛花31与印刷花21的花式一致,且绒毛花31覆盖部分印刷花21。所述绒毛块32大小一致、均匀分布于绒毛花31周围。
所述基布1由织物制成,所述织物为经编织物,垫纱规律为1-0/2-3,面纱采用75D/36
T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝,底纱采用FDY 84D/36F涤纶长丝,所述T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝中空,截面呈十字形。织物下设置复合面料层,复合面料层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。

1.一种立体印花弹性面料,包括基布(1),其特征在于:所述基布(1)的上表面为印刷层(2),印刷层(2)的上面为绒毛层(3),所述印刷层(2)包括印刷花(21),所述绒毛层(3)包括绒毛花(31)和绒毛块(32),所述绒毛花(31)与印刷花(21)的花式一致,且绒毛花(31)覆盖部分印刷花(21),所述绒毛块(32)大小一致、均匀分布于绒毛花(31)周围,所述基布(1)由织物制成,所述织物为经编织物,垫纱规律为1-0/2-3,面纱采用75D/36 T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝,底纱采用FDY 84D/36F涤纶长丝,所述T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝中空,截面呈十字形,织物下设置复合面料层,复合面料层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。
