立体印花弹性面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，广泛应用于服装、鞋帽、头饰、手袋、箱包及工艺品等物品上，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
纺织面料是制作服装的材料，大部分纺织面料的图案是通过织造或印花工艺制成的，其色彩丰富、图案多样，风格翻新快，深受人们的喜爱。但这些面料多是平面面料，没有立体感。且存在织物弹力不轻松、不舒适、不长久等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种富有立体感的立体印花弹性面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种立体印花弹性面料，包括基布，所述基布的上表面为印刷层，印刷层的上面为绒毛层，所述印刷层包括印刷花，所述绒毛层包括绒毛花和绒毛块，所述绒毛花与印刷花的花式一致，且绒毛花覆盖部分印刷花，所述绒毛块大小一致、均匀分布于绒毛花周围，所述基布由织物制成，所述织物为经编织物，垫纱规律为1-0/2-3，面纱采用75D/36 T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝，底纱采用FDY 84D/36F涤纶长丝，所述T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝中空，截面呈十字形。织物下设置复合面料层，复合面料层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、带有花形的凸起绒毛不仅使立体印花弹性面料手感柔软舒适，而且掩映了印花面料艳丽的花形，增强了立体印花弹性面料的朦胧感和立体感。
2、本发明制成的织物弹力轻松、舒适、长久。织物柔软、挺括、悬垂性好。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种立体印花弹性面料，包括基布1，所述基布1的上表面为印刷层2，印刷层2的上面为绒毛层3。所述印刷层2包括色彩艳丽的印刷花21；所述绒毛层3包括绒毛花31和绒毛块32，绒毛花31和绒毛块32均为同一色。所述绒毛花31与印刷花21的花式一致，且绒毛花31覆盖部分印刷花21。所述绒毛块32大小一致、均匀分布于绒毛花31周围。
所述基布1由织物制成，所述织物为经编织物，垫纱规律为1-0/2-3，面纱采用75D/36 T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝，底纱采用FDY 84D/36F涤纶长丝，所述T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝中空，截面呈十字形。织物下设置复合面料层，复合面料层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。

1.一种立体印花弹性面料，包括基布（1），其特征在于：所述基布（1）的上表面为印刷层（2），印刷层（2）的上面为绒毛层（3），所述印刷层（2）包括印刷花（21），所述绒毛层（3）包括绒毛花（31）和绒毛块（32），所述绒毛花（31）与印刷花（21）的花式一致，且绒毛花（31）覆盖部分印刷花（21），所述绒毛块（32）大小一致、均匀分布于绒毛花（31）周围，所述基布（1）由织物制成，所述织物为经编织物，垫纱规律为1-0/2-3，面纱采用75D/36 T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝，底纱采用FDY 84D/36F涤纶长丝，所述T400聚酯纤维全拉伸丝长丝中空，截面呈十字形，织物下设置复合面料层，复合面料层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。
