技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种制作服装、玩具的面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
提花面料手感柔软舒适,透气性能好,颇受人们的喜爱。现有的提花面料多为单面提花或双面提花,层次感不强。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种层次感强的带有防辐射面料层的正反交错提花发光面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种带有防辐射面料层的正反交错提花发光面料,包括基布,所述基布的正反两面均设有提花层,所述提花层包括若干个提花区域和非提花区域,所述提花区域呈块状,所述提花区域和非提花区域交错排列,位于正反两面的提花区域和非提花区域交错对称分布,所述基布由织物制成,所述织物包括织物本体和发光线材,所述发光线经针织或刺绣方式固定设置于织物本体上,并于织物本体上形成造型体。织物下设置防辐射面料层,防辐射面料层包括经纱和纬纱织成的基布,所述的经纱和纬纱均由不锈钢纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成,所述不锈钢纤维占面料总重量的20-30%,所述涤纶纤维占面料总重量的70-80%,所述基布的一面涂覆纳米涂液,所述的基布的另一面涂覆远红外涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、带有防辐射面料层的正反交错提花发光面料的正反面均设置交错分布的提花区域和非提花区域,增强了面料的层次感。
2、本发明采用一种经过发光处理过的发光线材,即这种发光线材可以在黑暗中产生光亮,采用上述结构后,发光线材穿插在织物之中,其结构稳固,不会脱落,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明涉及一种带有防辐射面料层的正反交错提花发光面料,包括基布1,所述基布1的正反两面均设有提花层2。所述提花层2包括若干个提花区域21和非提花区域22,所述提花区域21和非提花区域22均呈块状且交错排列。位于正反两面的提花区域21和非提花区域22交错对称分布。
所述基布1由织物制成,所述织物包括织物本体和发光线材,所述发光线经针织或刺绣方式固定设置于织物本体上,并于织物本体上形成造型体。织物下设置防辐射面料层,防辐射面料层包括经纱和纬纱织成的基布,所述的经纱和纬纱均由不锈钢纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成,所述不锈钢纤维占面料总重量的20-30%,所述涤纶纤维占面料总重量的70-80%,所述基布的一面涂覆纳米涂液,所述的基布的另一面涂覆远红外涂层。

1.一种带有防辐射面料层的正反交错提花发光面料,包括基布(1),所述基布(1)的正反两面均设有提花层(2),其特征在于:所述提花层(2)包括若干个提花区域(21)和非提花区域(22),所述提花区域(21)和非提花区域(22)均呈块状且交错排列,位于正反两面的提花区域(21)和非提花区域(22)交错对称分布,所述基布(1)由织物制成,所述织物包括织物本体和发光线材,所述发光线经针织或刺绣方式固定设置于织物本体上,并于织物本体上形成造型体,织物下设置防辐射面料层,防辐射面料层包括经纱和纬纱织成的基布,所述的经纱和纬纱均由不锈钢纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成,所述不锈钢纤维占面料总重量的20-30%,所述涤纶纤维占面料总重量的70-80%,所述基布的一面涂覆纳米涂液,所述的基布的另一面涂覆远红外涂层。
